Overall, positive experience. Technicalities of sales contact, mortgage process and closing were superior. This is a spec house and quality of sinks, tubs, cabinets, appliances not what I would expected from a $1.2M home but I working through replacements and enhancements. Also, we missed an appt (apparently a one-time appointment opportunity through walk-through) with fridge repairman and have been frustrated making new appointment -- 20+ minute wait on phone. I would have to say quality of refrigerator is the most distressing. Thanks for reading.

We lived in Oklahome during the building process. Jake, our construction manager, was extremely informative throught out the building process. Not only did he email us with updates, but also we had zoom meeting to reveiw stages of the build.

We are very happy with our new home! Especially happy with the project manager and warranty superintendent . Very patient and thorough making sure that everything was done properly and that we were very happy with everything. They also made sure that we knew how to use all of the smart features on our home.

Our house is well built construction and would purchase another home from this homebuilder

Pulte built a quality home with quick response to any issues we have had.

No help with using the homes features no follow up repairs done after walkthrough.

I had an extremely good experience with Lisa Potts in the sales office. She was so kind patient and understanding throughout the entire process. it was very frustrating not being able to reach Todd the construction manager, due to very bad cell phone signal on his end. A construction manager should be accessible and have a phone that works in the jurisdiction he's working in. also, we were not left any touchup paint at all and after hanging pictures and such it was needed. called the warranty line and hope they will be timely delivering it.

Great job by the entire team! We were super impressed with their professionalism, follow up and great attitudes!

Although we had 3 construction managers during the construction of our home, the final construction manager was great. His name is Aaron R. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He was easy to contact and responded to all of our emails.

Our driveway and sidewalk were damaged via a dumpster put on our new driveway after construction by builder. Not yet fixed….. Trim missing by hood over stove… Damaged front gutter… Have appointment with supervisor coming up.

A good experience and was always informed by the construction manager Monica. She was very professional and provided a good exchange when I closed.

This company is competent. So many mistake and dangerous ones at that. I am sorry that I did not have an inspection prior to closing there are so many things wrong

Working with Divosta has felt like a one-way street. Up front you’re required to meet each and every deadline or you will incur penalties. Then, the home is delivered with all sorts of problems leaving you to deal with the post closing. Getting Divosta to act in a timely fashion is near impossible. We’ve been in our house for over 2 months now and we still cannot use our master shower due to poor workmanship. If you do decide to purchase a home from Divosta or Pulte make sure that EVERYTHING is completed to your satisfaction prior to closing. Otherwise, refuse to close.

Our Field Manager, Monika was great. She was responsive and paid attention to detail. If we had a problem, concern or complaint, she addressed it.

Our new home has exceeded our expectations. Monica, the construction manager, was great to work with.

Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. She always returned our phone calls promptly and was honest with her answers. She is a great example of someone who believes in your company and promotes your brand to us, the customer! Felt super rushed from he start especially during the design process. 3 Hours to select everything? really? Trustworthiness was loss when my discussion with Brian about the need and purpose for me purchasing Tankless Water Heater which was not going to meet my needs with the model Divosta was going to install but Brian never mentioned that and when I escalated to his boss (Justin) his word was taken over mine the customer therefore they refuse to resolve the issue by simply installing a Recirculation Pump for less than $1000. Also was told I could get the color scheme I wanted for the elevation of the house because the neighbor had selected that color which I found hard to believe when I am actually moved in more than 2 months before the neighbor. Found several areas of the house with poor workmanship that can not be fixed. I am not sure I would recommend Divosta (Pulte) to a friend at this unless they would be fully aware of the issues I encountered. ... More
