I had an extremely good experience with Lisa Potts in the sales office. She was so kind patient and understanding throughout the entire process. it was very frustrating not being able to reach Todd the construction manager, due to very bad cell phone signal on his end. A construction manager should be accessible and have a phone that works in the jurisdiction he's working in. also, we were not left any touchup paint at all and after hanging pictures and such it was needed. called the warranty line and hope they will be timely delivering it.

Although we had 3 construction managers during the construction of our home, the final construction manager was great. His name is Aaron R. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He was easy to contact and responded to all of our emails.

Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. She always returned our phone calls promptly and was honest with her answers. She is a great example of someone who believes in your company and promotes your brand to us, the customer! We love our new home in Winding Cypress. The house is well built. We have a few punch list items which were addressed in a timely manner. The salesperson was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with our decision to purchase our new home. The construction supervisor was very competent and responsive.

We had reservations about building in Florida. Thought it would be easier and faster to buy existing. DiVosta made the building new process painless and extremely quick. They accommodated us being out of state and the process from beginning to end was the easiest experience we have ever had. I would not hesitate to do it again or recommend them to others that want a new home.
