Our driveway and sidewalk were damaged via a dumpster put on our new driveway after construction by builder. Not yet fixed….. Trim missing by hood over stove… Damaged front gutter… Have appointment with supervisor coming up.

A good experience and was always informed by the construction manager Monica. She was very professional and provided a good exchange when I closed.

Our Field Manager, Monika was great. She was responsive and paid attention to detail. If we had a problem, concern or complaint, she addressed it.

The follow up after we moved in great. They took care of a lot. The home came together at the end just like they said it would. I will and I have recommended people to this plan. Those 2 families who moved in here are also happy.

Our salesperson/designer was terrific. Answered all our questions & was helpful & responsive.

We were disappointed with the tile. The trade installed the tile beautifully, but used many chipped tiles. DiVosta is having the issue repaired. The painters have some pretty big drips. Other than that, we are very happy with our home and the building process.

I bought a model so I really didn't deal with the builder when they were building the home

The builder responds to our needs. We're able to reach them by phone or email without delay.

We entrusted Divosta with every detail since we lived 3,000 miles away. From the sales department to the field manager’s updates, we were kept informed (with pictures), emails, texts, and phone conversations regarding all pertinent Issues as the house was built. Even Before and after closing, Divosta continues to manage minor issues related to detail and finishing cosmetics. We appreciate the quality and look forward to living in our well-built new home for many years to come!

I love my new home. My kitchen is fabulous and enjoy walking around the neighborhood.

Great build and support thru the build. Warranty group/ responsiveness not so good.

Had water damage from a roof leak. Subcontractor didn’t address problem for a few days. Aragon Pools has terrible customer service. Had pool issues that weren’t taken care of for a month.

It’s a pretty hands off process, but they are willing to keep you as informed and educated as you want to be.

Your representatives were very responsive until the day of closing. Since then, promises made are so far just promises. We are also hearing similar complaints from our new neighbors. Not really big issues, but we get the unmistakable feeling that now you have our money, your concern about our approval is less important. We have not been contacted by Aragon pools ever, after a few phone calls to them.

Felt super rushed from he start especially during the design process. 3 Hours to select everything? really? Trustworthiness was loss when my discussion with Brian about the need and purpose for me purchasing Tankless Water Heater which was not going to meet my needs with the model Divosta was going to install but Brian never mentioned that and when I escalated to his boss (Justin) his word was taken over mine the customer therefore they refuse to resolve the issue by simply installing a Recirculation Pump for less than $1000. Also was told I could get the color scheme I wanted for the elevation of the house because the neighbor had selected that color which I found hard to believe when I am actually moved in more than 2 months before the neighbor. Found several areas of the house with poor workmanship that can not be fixed. I am not sure I would recommend Divosta (Pulte) to a friend at this unless they would be fully aware of the issues I encountered. ... More
