Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. Felt super rushed from he start especially during the design process. 3 Hours to select everything? really? Trustworthiness was loss when my discussion with Brian about the need and purpose for me purchasing Tankless Water Heater which was not going to meet my needs with the model Divosta was going to install but Brian never mentioned that and when I escalated to his boss (Justin) his word was taken over mine the customer therefore they refuse to resolve the issue by simply installing a Recirculation Pump for less than $1000. Also was told I could get the color scheme I wanted for the elevation of the house because the neighbor had selected that color which I found hard to believe when I am actually moved in more than 2 months before the neighbor. Found several areas of the house with poor workmanship that can not be fixed. I am not sure I would recommend Divosta (Pulte) to a friend at this unless they would be fully aware of the issues I encountered. ... More

Excellent communication and understanding with all parties from Divosta!

Some product have to be replaced

It is such a disappointment with the 7-page typed punch list of items that need to be fixed after we moved in. The list continues to grow. This home was not at all move in ready and the field manager was never seen on site to monitor the contractors and did not fix items throughout the build of the home that were sent to him. We moved in with wet paint and wet grout, have already had a roof leak, and fuses keep shutting off. It has been a horrible experience and I am just praying that everything will be resolved.

COVID played a key role in the builders ability to deliver on time

I would recommend others It was a pleasant experience

The pool & pool deck was perfect. Roof, exterior stucco & soffit were top notch. Inside, the walls and ceilings were excellent. The tile floors, shower floors, and trim work were horrible. Shoddy craftsmanship for the price of this home. Corner joints that didn't match up, with much too much caulk to hide the mistakes. One of the worst grout jobs I have ever seen (have quite a bit of experience in construction). Finishing jobs like this would NEVER be accepted up in the where I came from.

DiVosta is building a tract home. Don't try to make any changes no matter how minor. If it is not on their option list, forget about it. Make sure any issues on pre-closing walk-through are documented, and photographed. After purchase follow up repairs are not timely. Finally, I suggest that one not use Pulte Mortgage. I had to repeatably submit the same document, use a highlighter for the underwriter to see the requested information. I finally gave up and went elsewhere for funds.

Response team is very good and very professional, quality of home has had issues.

Almost complete lack of communication during the build. Overall build quality is not great.

A Great place to live

If I ever build another home, they would be my builder of choice!

We love our new home in Winding Cypress. The house is well built. We have a few punch list items which were addressed in a timely manner. The salesperson was very professional and made sure we were comfortable with our decision to purchase our new home. The construction supervisor was very competent and responsive.

Great build and support thru the build. Warranty group/ responsiveness not so good.

The follow up after we moved in great. They took care of a lot. The home came together at the end just like they said it would. I will and I have recommended people to this plan. Those 2 families who moved in here are also happy.

My wife and I have built 5 homes over the years and this by far has been the worst house in regards to quality of finish work . The contractors don’t have any regard to quality craftsmanship or pride in their work. An example of poor regard to quality - we had office doors with flawed glass - replacement doors were ordered ( wrong style ) and when installed actually looked like they were bounced around in the back of the truck - much more damage than we started with . The same was true for the replacement garage man door .

Good experience with sale person and building supervisor.
