On the building side the contruction management and warranty teams of ***** were excellent. 5 Stars. Extremely responsive, customer focused and solid workmanship. The pool contractor was horrible which brings the review down. Also the sales team was excellent for the first half of the project buy my lead salesperson was transferred in the middle of my project and after that responsiveness was very difficult. I would definitely recommend Pulte but be careful of all the subs including pool contractors, ***** closing and settlement and their other recommended vendors.

The house is beautiful. They are a great builder. That being said, there are a few things that should be included…not up charged for. For example, the garage floors should be painted or grinded down and smoothed. They looked horrible as they were rough, unfinished, and were stained with paint, etc. ***** access stairs in the garage should also be included. For the price of our house and the package, these are not expensive for the builder to include. Other than that, we are happy. Pulte has an army of dedicated people in place to help with your buying experience from sales to project management and from mortgage, title and insurance, if you’re so inclined. The quality of the house was almost perfect except for the mysterious outdoor air system that features a separate filter for the outside air. This filter is not for the do it yourself’er. It’s in the attic which doesn’t have a pull down ladder and the attic opening is designed for a small, thin person. Also, the fact that there is an unscreened vent for the air intake above the front door gives me pause. I understand the reason for this clean air addition to the ac but if I was an engineer I would have designed it differently. ... More

You can feel the quality in this beautiful Divosta home. Everything in the house makes sense. I love the options and the choices that were provided. I love the design process. The builder’s salesperson helped me find the perfect lot. TheDevelopment is truly magnificent - the builders are real visionaries. My only complaint was with the Divosta in-house lender and closing department. They kept asking me for the same documents over and over again, did not respond in a timely fashion, and seemed unorganized. I purchased this as an investment property, but I would definitely buy a Divosta/Pulte home for myself in the future if one comes to my area and becomes available. ... More

Quality on par with other Florida home builders, maybe slightly better. Homes are being built very fast, in 4-5 months.. As a plus, they conduct several pre-close inspections which are helpful. Warranty team is responsive but you will spend the first 6 months getting work redone and products replaced. Not sure what the onsite managers actually do prior to closing, so best to get an independent home inspection despite it’s a new home. We had a gas leak externally underground then another under the stovetop. Yet, the City of Palm Beach Gardens gave a Certificate of Occupation and DiVosta stated the home passed all of its inspections. Seriously? The sales process was very well organized with extensive documentation of alternative options and costs. Pricing was very inflexible. Asked for a $25,000 concession on a $1.5 million home and the sales manager refused. Her reason? She bought a home here and didn’t get a concession from management. Then added she didn’t need to sell the property for 18 months. Seriously? There is so much overbuilding in Fl. Take your time and explore all options and communities. ... More

We worked with Liz, during the initial meeting stage thru sale completion . Everything about Liz and the process was excellent. Then, from the walk thru until current time ( which is about 6 weeks ) we have dealt with Chris, and again just like dealing with Liz- Chris has been excellent to deal with. When something has or had come up, he was and is very responsive, and got all done to our liking. Chris , we also rate as excellent - a 10 star rating for both Liz and Chris

This is our 3rd new build home and by far, the team at Divosta exceeded our expectations at every step along the way. The attention to the consumer experience is beyond words. The quality control and craftsmanship is industry leading.

Hello I’m currently satisfied with the overall construction of the home as well as my construction mgr. However I’m very dissatisfied with the sales and selling agent. I signed my contract on a Saturday and went back Sunday to move a sink from the garage to laundry room and I was denied! I think there should be some flexibility for the first few days, buyer satisfaction should be paramount! Also I was told the construction storage area for regency “bone yard” across the “lake” behind my house would be gone upon closing. It’s a disgusting eyesore there are at least 12 large containers… If I had known that I possibly would have picked a different lot! No one seems to know the time frame for it to be removed and cleaned up. Ty ... More

Neither buying nor selling (our last house) has been a terrible experience, especially with the abject stupidity of Divosta. Things have been constantly breaking or in need of some sort of remediation (on an almost daily basis). Their shortsightedness is both costly to them and the buyer. Costly Items that I did not want, I had to buy, then uninstall them and replace them with what I did want, of course I paid for the uninstallation then paid again to install the items I did want, necessitating the same workmen twice They were happy - me not so much). How in any universe is this cost efficient? I am not referring to 5 & dime items, but items costing many thousands of dollars. The ultimate cookie cutters. I loved my first Divosta home so much, I bought a second. Great quality and workmanship and beautifully designed. My builder, Amy, is a top notch professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive to my questions.

Completely unorganized, one sided and unprepared for anything from purchase to closing and transition into the development.

Everyone we worked with was truly so intentional and amazing. Zorinel and Amy were the best and went above and beyond. With some minor issues after moving in, Raul has been so quick with fixing things and always following up.

happy with the house and the experience. onsite construction manager was terrific...house is very well built and appliances are top shelf had some initial issues with design center which they have now addressed and are fixing later this spring.... all other minor problems fixed in a timely manner.... wish primary bedroom in Scarlet was on first floor and there was a separate golf cart garage.... very happy with purchase

Build team was very responsive to everything we asked of them after our walkthrough, and the buying process was quick. Overall, the upgraded tile and fixtures look beautiful, but the base materials (LVP floors, drywall) feel cheap. The drywall is very thin, making hanging curtains or art difficult, but the home is well insulated, and maintains its temperature well in both the heat and the cold. The “upgraded” kitchen appliances still do not feel “top of the line”, but the extra year of warranty Pulte provides is nice.

Just a decent new build house

Sales ok, didnt disclose that thir was NO mail service. some issues are good, some they read a stupid script to you and cant think for themselves. Some they want to fix vs let manufaturer do a warranty replacement like the refrigerator (came broken). If dealing with Service guy direct he is good but limited by his bosses They dont leave extra parts or flooring or tiles like other builders. also they forgot to paint closets the house color and will not give extra paint to make your own repairs in those areas.

So many things are left out that they claim to have told you, but when you check, you find out they never did, like a missing sliding door and a forgotten floor outlet that they don’t want to add later.

We purchased in Jupiter-Bridgewater and were immediately taken with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of their sales associate Brent. Brent followed through so well with our first purchase that we decided to purchase again when the Preserve homes were in the construction phase. Brent again was fantastic and with Ryan supervising the building and Tony's follow-up and attention to detail it was such a pleasurable experience. Home buying anywhere and especially in Florida can be harrowing to say the least. With Divosta, you get what you pay for...plain and simple.
