Just a decent new build house

Sales ok, didnt disclose that thir was NO mail service. some issues are good, some they read a stupid script to you and cant think for themselves. Some they want to fix vs let manufaturer do a warranty replacement like the refrigerator (came broken). If dealing with Service guy direct he is good but limited by his bosses They dont leave extra parts or flooring or tiles like other builders. also they forgot to paint closets the house color and will not give extra paint to make your own repairs in those areas.

So many things are left out that they claim to have told you, but when you check, you find out they never did, like a missing sliding door and a forgotten floor outlet that they don’t want to add later.

We purchased in Jupiter-Bridgewater and were immediately taken with the professionalism and thoughtfulness of their sales associate Brent. Brent followed through so well with our first purchase that we decided to purchase again when the Preserve homes were in the construction phase. Brent again was fantastic and with Ryan supervising the building and Tony's follow-up and attention to detail it was such a pleasurable experience. Home buying anywhere and especially in Florida can be harrowing to say the least. With Divosta, you get what you pay for...plain and simple. You receive a product that is a great value with amenities that are at the high-end of the spectrum. If you have any concerns or changes that need to be made, that process is a phone call away. From start to finish, our sales rep Stephanie, our construction manager Chris and all the other people that helped build our dream home, we’re so thrilled with the overall experience!

The pre-construction experience was very good. Post-construction not as good...they were not very responsive to sod and irrigation issues and I'm still having issues and its been almost 2 months in.

Wash machine still broken, broken 1day after we moved in…(still broken) Stove/micro dead, 2 days after we moved in…Broken/dead - breaker in electrical panel broke.. GFI - In all bathrooms broke etc etc. etc Currently- Wash machine still broken still broken And. Garage door panel was dented ( before we moved in) Divosta said they would fix it… panel replaced But nobody. Is painting the solid white panel, on the grey garage…the rest of the garage is grey, I have requested repairs. to paint garage.. No response. Nothing

Great company to work with. We didn’t like that the interior trim was installed before the hardwood floors. It required them to use quarter round throughout the house!!! It’s a short cut that saves the builder time and money but it’s an unattractive finish for a high priced home.

Overall a great experience with the construction manager!

Alex in the sales office and Giroy the construction manager made the purchase and build experience an absolute pleasure for us. Couldn’t be happier.

Our construction manager Amy, has made our experience wonderful. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and met us several times at the property during construction. She is an absolutely wonderful asset to your company. This is the 4th house that me and my husband built and have never had someone like Amy to assist when we needed it.

In today’s business environment, where customer service can often feel lacking, we were genuinely impressed by the customer service experience. Both Zorinel and Seth were highly responsive and went above and beyond to address our needs and concerns without hesitation. Zorinel, our sales representative and Seth, our construction manager, made our DiVosta experience smooth and pleasant.

Excellent experience with Julio from start to finish. Project was delivered on time, with no outstanding issues. Communication throughout the process was thorough. We really enjoyed watching the process through the pictures and video sent, and updates on inspections etc.

My team of Alex, Zorinet & Seth did an OUTSTANDING JOB guiding and helping me every step of the way with my home. They each went above and beyond what they needed to do to help and it was so greatly appreciate by me.

We were happy with our sales agent, project manager and house closer. But but….. We deeply regret putting our trust and investment with your company. We were mistreated and lied to by your mortgage company’s incompetence who did our mortgage. We were overcharged for your product. We will not refer our friends and acquaintances to do business with your organization.

Still waiting for many repairs to be made

Love the design of the house! Our construction manager was great!!! The only thing is we r having some minor issues and still waiting to hear from someone to resolve them.
