People were still working on the house when we walked into it after closing.

Very good home building experience . I have built 5 homes Over the years and this was by far my best experience. Responsiveness , honestly and quality were all A plus!!

Walk thru was conducted prior to settlement. The items were never followed thru for its completion. We closed almost two months back. Issues are still outstanding. Similar issues with management company who never gave us the second car gate access decal and the one they gave never worked.

The overall experience has been extremely horrible. This is also the same for many neighbors we have spoken to in our community. The houses are being closed without being finished and the construction managers are not really inspecting any of the work done on the home. In our personal experience we had a driveway done in the incorrect width and the construction managers did not even know what the correct width should be. In addition, we had walls that were not straight, floor tiles broken and stained (cement and paint). Also when we brought this up to the warranty manager we got a different answer than the construction manager. We ended up escalating our issues with the company VPs and they could not believe what was happening in our home, but still things continue to be done incorrectly. There are some trees in the backyard poorly placed. The reason was it is designated there by it blocks the back view of the house.

- be prepared for mismanagement of expectation throughout, lack of communication and responsiveness & resolving of these issues. - understand "their" level of tolerance from the builder, vs your own level of tolerance / acceptance -- for example I have two walls e.g. kitchen counter that are 100% crooked, not even close to being straight and I was told "this is the level of tolerance by the builder" - It could of been put up by a small child. - be prepared for A LOT of issues when you move in - we had: -- no electricity in the front of our house for 5 days, I was told it was a small issue but it clearly was not, they were here for 3+ hours ripping sockets out of the walls. I was told the house was set up incorrectly - not ideal and not delivering confidence in my purchase. -- the wall sockets from the electrician are still hanging out of the wall, it's been 2+ weeks waiting for a plasterer and painter to stop by -- floor tile cracked in living room -- Window cracked -- no mention of anyone coming by to fix it (noted at closing) -- office doors need to be replaced -- no mention of anyone coming by to fix it (noted at closing) -- master bedroom door damaged -- no mention of anyone coming by to fix it (noted at closing) -- shower tiles now cracked -- no pressure in the guest shower -- no pressure in the main shower -- blockage in the master shower -- ANTS -- THOUSANDS of ANTS -- we now have an infestation of FRUIT FLIES -- our garage was not cleaned for over a week, covered in plaster + dirt -- when we closed, there were no keys for our house and no one seemed to know where the keys were. First day one in our new house, we finally had to call a locksmith at 11pm on a Friday night to get us keys to the house ($400 later) ... More

Some things could be improved due to lower quality materials, overall design could be also improved

Lack of communication in some areas. Small things that could have been seen and addressed beforehand were not, that has cost me so many inconveniences as I am now living in the home. Follow ups are subpar.

Property manager did amazing job, great knowledge, respect. But, subcontractors poor workmanship is a huge issue.

Overall it was a great experience. A few things needed follow up and the date was pushed out a few times but in the end we are happy!

The whole experience was very comforting. I know such a strange way to explain it but between CJ (Construction manager) and Pam. I honestly couldn’t ask for better duo. They consistently kept in contact and let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their patients. My home is complete, beautiful, and everything I could of imagined. Literally no complaints here. 10 stars!

Salesperson Dave was top-notch! Project Manager C.J. was great! Happy with 99% of the house. We are living a dream! Only disappointments are that some materials used were cheap & the paint inside did not have an eggshell finish so it shows everything and is not easily cleaned.

DiVosta in Bridgewater (Jupiter, FL) is a new neighborhood with phenomenal lot sizes, numerous home design options with quality construction. Buying process was very professional and smooth. Everything was communicated well throughout the entire process from initial marketing, lot/plan/options selection to the actual construction build. We would highly recommend this neighborhood and DiVosta.

I wanted to sell the minute I moved in. Things I was told was done wasn't done. Warranty services called several times and never call back. I gave up.

The entire building experience with DiVosta was outstanding! From the Mortgage process through closing was easy. Not to mention the quality in the construction process. CJ and Kim were a gem to deal with. They addressed ALL of our concerns, and put my wife and I at ease. We are so happy to be a part of the DiVosta tradition, and to call it...HOME.

This is our third New Build Pulte Home in 8 years - Our first house in Willowsford VA was a mess at closing - Our second house in Sonoma Isles took two extra months - but we felt that was acceptable b/c there seemed to be contractors working and it was during the tail end of Covid. This house in Bridgewater we were told that it would take 8 months to build. And that only the best contractors would be working on our home. It took almost 18 months to close on the house and it was still not 100% ready. There was a big delay in the permitting process to get our house started. Then the house sat for 3 Months and no one told us that there was a structural issue. Then no one would tell us when we could expect to close when we got a letter from Pulte on get ready to expect to close. For the amount of money that we paid for our house - Pulte fell way short of delivering on expectations- We paid a premium for our pool and it was not and is still not ready / fully functional since we closed. We have been in the house for five weeks and we still have no answers on our punch list and our heater in our pool is not functional. This is a horrible experience- we have purchased 4mil in homes with Pulte and because of us we have brought in close to another 10 million in referrals to Pulte only to be treated like we were buying a 400k house - This house should be a million dollars less based on our experience and the overall craftsmanship… ... Great buying experience from purchase to move-in

John, our Construction Manager is wonderful. From the first time we met, he was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. We have had some minor issues, as with any new build, and John has been very helpful. He responds within minutes to calls or texts, and immediately gets issues resolved. He even responds on weekends and in the evenings! He has been a Godsend!!

It was quite a painful experience. Unresponsive upper management who directed their efforts to build their spec homes and neglected the already contracted homes. Delays after delays, blaming it on Covid then on workforce then on materials. Meantime they built numerous spec homes that started a year after I bought mine. The house was not completely finished but I had to close because of rate lock issues. Six weeks after closing there are still electric wires hanging out of walls and ceiling, the front door cannot be securely locked and none of the punch list is completed….This isn’t what I expected from this builder. ... A long list of items to repair and a very slow response to make repairs once you close

If you’re entertaining buying an expensive home from Pulte in a $2 Million + neighborhood - save yourself the aggregation and do not! They are out of their league at a higher end price point. My 10-12 month build turned out taking 15 months with zero changes during the build.

Design is clumsy in many respects and turn-over quality less than expected.

Although we had to wait three months longer to get our home, we had to go through so many challenges because of the lack of appliances which were ordered and paid for three months in advance, yet … Once we got in the house, there were a couple of concerts. Our customer service representative has been very helpful; trying to get items fixed. With the box loads of dishes to wash before placing them in the cabinets, the dishwasher overflowed; the plumber finally got there three days later and unblocked something then only took 5-20 minutes. The other major issue was noting all the little ants. gnats and flies in the house; we finally noted opening s at the bottom of the glass sliding doors was not closed off. As we continue to have dinner, we were constantly fanning, gnats and flies. We finally notice big openings at the top of the glass sliding doors. Our customer service rep came back to try and help us with that. He brought in the little bristle things andGive me and a cork gun. We will follow up on that; I’m not comfortable if a cork gun can fix that; especially with hurricane strength, sliding doors through the hurricane seasons. ... More

The craftsmanship is not on par with price. House was delivered with many items on punch list to be fixed. It has been close to 45 days since closing and Divosta has yet to start fixing things

The neighborhood is shaping up nicely now. Most homes are being built on spec, and I think the builder has gotten its act together and quality is better, less mistakes to repair and cause delay, less disappointment.
