I love my new house

We have some issues that need attention. I known we’re not the only one, but it seems like it’s taking a long time for someone to get these things done.

More space nice home

Great experience. Solid house. Great location. Cleaners need to do a better job.

Our experience with DiVosta has been exceptional from the start. Jesus our construction manager and Chuck our sales agent gave us reqular updates on the construction process with photos, explanations of what comes next, time tables etc. The home was finished within a week of the promised date. The communication from both Jesus and Chuck was often and answered promptly with a couple tours of the construction to show how it was proceeding and the quality of material they were using.. The orientation (aka Celebration) was very thorough, and follow up items were communicated promptly to our Customer Service Representative, Katie. Just waiting on a few minor issues to be corrected so was unable to give 5 stars on "Responsiveness to issues". ... More

They have you close on a house that has many imperfections and promise it will be taken care of right away- well a months later, nobody comes back totaled care of any of it. Frustrating!

We shopped new construction homes in S. Florida and looked at a number of different builders. The team at DiVosta Homes made us feel like we belonged here and were very transparent about their fees and their build process. I believe we have purchased a quality home from a quality builder who actually care about their customers. We ended up spending more to move into a DiVosta community because of the value that they display, and we're very happy with the end result.

Builder spent a lot of time and money perfecting the layout of the homes. The home we picked (The ClubView) has a fantastic layout as do the others. Gathering Room, Kitchen, and Cafe are superbly integrated for comfortable living and easy entertaining. We can't wait to throw some parties. The bedrooms are all out of the way for privacy, peace and quiet.

We closed one day after the walkthrough with the assurance that all the open items would be taken care of quickly. Now 6 weeks later most of the items that should have been taken care of prior to closing are still unaddressed. damage to kitchen cabinets, damaged windows and screens, front door repairs, and a temporary refrigerator. If we knew that t would take this long to address these issues we would have delayed closing. We only closed because it seemed important to the builder to make their quarterly sales numbers.

It is good need to improve on certain areas

Be careful as they will tell you one thing and do another. While we love our home, we have lost trust with Pulte completely. Our appliances were on backorder and we were told they would arrive 5 days post-close (this was told to us in writing). Post-closing, we were then told the date was not accurate and there is no ETA. Pulte is now saying they will not provide any credit or allow us to go get appliances, we just have to sit and wait. Totally unacceptable as they have made this exception for others. Unfortunately, this type of discrimination and action will only be resolved via legal action.

We love our new home snd community. The building experience was easy, and our construction supervisor was amazing and responsive. The materials available to chose from i the design center and some of the home styling elements are outdated! Wish options and materials were more on current trend. Landscaping throughout the community is also very poor compared to most gated communities in PBC- not sure why lawns and common areas look so bad!

Brent (Sales) & Meredith (Design Center) were amazing to work with and made all the difference throughout the process. Brent sent frequent photos and updates, and answers any questions that arose - he truly cares about customer experience. Things weren't as smooth as closing approached; unresolved punch-list issues and an unfinished pool were the WHAT, but the HOW in terms of communication and fair-dealing from the DiVosta 'executives', Pulte title etc., was where things broke down. The customer care displayed by Brent was sabotaged by a team that simply didn't care about the customer and failed at clear communications, fairness, expectation-setting, and ownership of issues. We delayed our closing and in the 3 weeks the punch list was unresolved, and the pool 'barely' finished. After a month in the home, we're still waiting for resolution on most punch-list items. Overall build quality is good, but as with any home built in Florida during this manic time, workmanship on any one thing can suffer from inexperienced labor, so there were plenty of (mostly) small things that shouldn't have been allowed to pass, that now sit on an unresolved punch-list. Difficult to review, especially in the categories of the star ratings. Brent is a 5-star employee, as is Meredith, but most of the stuff post 'signing' was sub-par - especially for the price paid. ... More

I love my new home. Construction is A+. Neighborhood is great.

Pros: Very well built homes. I was remote so I loved being kept up to date on the home build via drone pics sent by the sales rep B.M. The completion of the punchlist after the initial walk-thru was complete and timely prior to closing......well done! I love the post close customer service assignment. Great to have someone committed to issue follow-up. Not all builders offer this. Love the landscape packaging offer...both design and installation, as well as the maintenance plan. Improvement opportunities: The overall completion was a a bit delayed from the original promise date, but probably to be expected in a pandemic and weather challenges with a winter delivery. Question response time was a little delayed at times I believe due to this being a desired community and maybe understaffed to handle the volume? A bit of back and forth with builder mortgage company (Pulte Mortgage) on getting loan approval finalized....came down to the wire just before closing (March 2021) even though we started the process in October 2020. In the end it all worked out, but knowing loan is final approved way in advance would be less stress. ... More

PM was great to deal with during difficult times with subs and materials due to Covid. They only give you 30 days to find problems which is not enough time because of moving delays and issues. They do have a one year warranty on structural items.

The home was delivered on time and workmanship is generally excellent

Been living in my home for almost 2 months now. Received a call that our gas range was being delivered, no one told us that the one we already had was not the correct one. Gas range was delivered and couldnt be connected so now it is sitting in my living room. Also, my FPL account is sitting in limbo because there was no inspection in the beginning which is required for service to be activated. We were told lies from the beginning and now things are still a mess. Horrible experience!

Overall great house for the money , whole construction / sales team was good , quality is very good So far very happy

Over all from start to finish Divosta was amazing. Alex & Jesus were great and made the whole experiance easy and seamless.

set higher expectations than they were able to follow through with as per timing with building to closing.

Love our Summerwood home and could not be more elated about our purchase.

Great customer service, exceptional response to questions.

Don’t use their mortgage company. Horrible experience.
