Be careful as they will tell you one thing and do another. While we love our home, we have lost trust with Pulte completely. Our appliances were on backorder and we were told they would arrive 5 days post-close (this was told to us in writing). Post-closing, we were then told the date was not accurate and there is no ETA. Pulte is now saying they will not provide any credit or allow us to go get appliances, we just have to sit and wait. Totally unacceptable as they have made this exception for others. Unfortunately, this type of discrimination and action will only be resolved via legal action.

Maybe I set my expectations a bit high. Divosta had a good name which is why I chose to buy into this community. There were many deficits during our walk through which the foreman promised to correct prior to closing. The closing itself was postponed multiple times due to supply chain issues and from an initial closing date in October of 2021, we finally closed in March 2022. The overall building process was very slow even understanding there were material delays. Our home went for extended periods of time where nothing was being done simply due to improper scheduling of trades. Upon inspection of our home we found shorty craftsmanship and carelessness from the subcontractors. The "overall" experience was truly a great one until the week of closing, closing day, and the week afterward. Christy, the Sales Representative, was great from beginning and still is a shining example of great customer service. Took the time to get answers to all of our questions pre-construction and communicated really well and thoroughly. Any hiccups, she gets them smoothed out quickly. You have to be present during the building process. We found several mistakes that had to be corrected while the house was being build. Location of A/C vents, light pendants, electrical outlets. Windows in the wrong place during the block stage.

Good, solid hurricane proof house. There are very few standard options. You have to add a lot of upgraded options which are grossly overpriced. There is a mix of houses and townhomes in the community which has now changed to more townhomes than houses and less estate homes being built. Many homeowners are not happy about the builder changing the community plans. Ask the sales associates a lot of questions. They were very nice and helpful but didn't .disclose some important details about our lot. Overall, it's a very nice community

The tiles are uneven. None of the outlets in the bathrooms work. Concrete drips are all over the floor. Beautiful home. Great neighborhood. Terrible consultant, Brent in particular is a used car salesman. The new manager of his is a very nice lady. She’s helpful. Look out for hidden fees.

We closed one day after the walkthrough with the assurance that all the open items would be taken care of quickly. Now 6 weeks later most of the items that should have been taken care of prior to closing are still unaddressed. damage to kitchen cabinets, damaged windows and screens, front door repairs, and a temporary refrigerator. If we knew that t would take this long to address these issues we would have delayed closing. We only closed because it seemed important to the builder to make their quarterly sales numbers.

Brent (Sales) & Meredith (Design Center) were amazing to work with and made all the difference throughout the process. Brent sent frequent photos and updates, and answers any questions that arose - he truly cares about customer experience. Things weren't as smooth as closing approached; unresolved punch-list issues and an unfinished pool were the WHAT, but the HOW in terms of communication and fair-dealing from the DiVosta 'executives', Pulte title etc., was where things broke down. Walk thru was conducted prior to settlement. The items were never followed thru for its completion. We closed almost two months back. Issues are still outstanding. Similar issues with management company who never gave us the second car gate access decal and the one they gave never worked.

It was quite a painful experience. Unresponsive upper management who directed their efforts to build their spec homes and neglected the already contracted homes. Delays after delays, blaming it on Covid then on workforce then on materials. Meantime they built numerous spec homes that started a year after I bought mine. The house was not completely finished but I had to close because of rate lock issues.
