The home was delivered on time and workmanship is generally excellent

set higher expectations than they were able to follow through with as per timing with building to closing.

Needs improvement on after closing issues like dryers

Tim, our construction and quality build, reviewer, was very nice and response to all issues, we liked all his help and comments, pre-closing. He was also very helpful post closing. this was very important to us.

Overall the house is what we expected, just minor repairs needed to be done. Great communication with Divosta team (sales, repairs). Happy with my new house

We just got a big townhouse and I was here watching the construction every week and daily at the end, and these buildings are built well. Solid. Our foreman Andrew was great! That said I have been here two months and the appliances have had to be checked out because they weren't working well, the standard carpet looks about 2 years old (I get its standard, but at this price point the standard should at least make it a year), and of course there is a list of other things that need to be fixed from the warranty department which is annoying. Though nothing major. I will say that the worst part is Pulti Mortgage. If you can pay cash, do it. They give you a credit to use them that basically covers the closing cost, but they were a mess. We feel that Divosta built a sound home. There are a few issues as can be expected but we are confident that everything will be resolved.

We would recommend more attention to fine details with respect to the finishing craftsmanship of the home. Items like grout finishes are sloppy and electrical boxes are out in crooked. Small details make all the difference to the consumer.

From the first time we entered the sales office until the day of closing, we loved our experience. Our sales rep Christy was absolutely THE BEST. After that we met, and got to know our pm Ky. Again The best to work with as he was responsive to our questions. Lastly, Angelina, our warranty representative, was also not just reactive to our needs but was easy to deal with and seemed very good at her job of scheduling and coordinating our warranty issues. The downside of our experience was/ is the poor quality of the drywall and paint. It seems that the painters did zero prep and simply slapped paint unevenly on the walls. No wall sanding, no wood sanding and pitiful quality. After 50 years in construction, I thought I had seen it all but if Divosta hired properly qualified painters, warranty issues would be minimal. There are some larger issues but Angel seems to be addressing them in a positive manner and with a smile. Christy and Ky remain and still, after closing, respond to any items we wish to discuss, these three are the main reason for the high reviews while almost exclusively, the painting is the reason for the less than stellar review on the finish ... Pool subcontractor not of the quality to be part of DiVosta Homes

Sales ok, didnt disclose that thir was NO mail service. some issues are good, some they read a stupid script to you and cant think for themselves. Some they want to fix vs let manufaturer do a warranty replacement like the refrigerator (came broken). If dealing with Service guy direct he is good but limited by his bosses They dont leave extra parts or flooring or tiles like other builders. also they forgot to paint closets the house color and will not give extra paint to make your own repairs in those areas.

So many things are left out that they claim to have told you, but when you check, you find out they never did, like a missing sliding door and a forgotten floor outlet that they don’t want to add later.

Great company to work with. We didn’t like that the interior trim was installed before the hardwood floors. It required them to use quarter round throughout the house!!! It’s a short cut that saves the builder time and money but it’s an unattractive finish for a high priced home.

Love the design of the house! Our construction manager was great!!! The only thing is we r having some minor issues and still waiting to hear from someone to resolve them.

A long list of items to repair and a very slow response to make repairs once you close

HOA at Castle has no contact number except a call center. This makes for poor customer service. They need to communicate better with gates being open/closed and way to test before closing with homeowners, and other issues that will arise. When internet went down, it took 3 days to repair because we have nothing but a 800# for AT&T and they were unresponsive for over 24 hours.

Overall good experience, quality home. Having issues after close and move in having some warranty issues resolved. I know that response time from vendors is problematic, but frustrating nonetheless

The quality of the building appears to be excellent. My experiences with the process was average.

We love our new home snd community. The building experience was easy, and our construction supervisor was amazing and responsive. The materials available to chose from i the design center and some of the home styling elements are outdated! Wish options and materials were more on current trend. Landscaping throughout the community is also very poor compared to most gated communities in PBC- not sure why lawns and common areas look so bad!

PM was great to deal with during difficult times with subs and materials due to Covid. They only give you 30 days to find problems which is not enough time because of moving delays and issues. They do have a one year warranty on structural items.

Overall great house for the money , whole construction / sales team was good , quality is very good So far very happy

I think the inside paint could of being better quality,, every time there is a scuff mark on the wall and i try to clean it the paint rubs' off
