I love my new home but the post purchase and home delivery processes have been less than stellar. I expected better. The closing was nothing special, the delivery was "here are your keys - good luck", and the post delivery follow up has been almost non-existent.

We love our new home but find the response to fixing post move in / post closing issues to be very slow and have some "no shows" when work is scheduled. Would love a phone call even if appointment cannot be met and has to be cancelled and rescheduled.

60 days later And my list of issues still not taken care of. I want appointments for any workers coming to my home. I think 60 days after closing my list of shoddy workmanship should be completed but it’s not! I’m weighing my many options... Left to fix on lot 402 01-13-20 Scratches inside bathroom sink by office (very lite) Kitchen cabinet left next to refrigerator replacement A/C per Nick notes on install Relocate Flood Lighting on SE corner by master bedroom Cabinet/vanity trim in master bath not same color as rest of vanity. The garage ceiling has an electrical open electrical box with a wire hanging  Media box repair RJ45 plug Wires hanging out of it. The vents leading to the roof from the two guest bathrooms make a Lotta noise with any kind of wind at all and it needs to be fixed.  ... More

I Been living in my new home for about a month I find it a challenge dealing with the painting of wall . One of the challenges is that the paint scathed very easy. We believe the our inside paints is a color primmer. Not a paint

We were very excited during the building phase. There were some issues during the build but our sales agent stayed on top of them. We do believe it is a structurally sound home. But when we moved in and took a closer look, the workmanship regarding the finishing details was questionable. Our punch list has many items to be addressed. To name a few, the tile floors have cement, grout and paint dripped In several places, some of the doors would not close and lock properly, the painting and edge cutting was mediocre, one of the shower doors is not sealed so water leaks on the floor, some of the sheet rock around doors was not completed properly. We have to schedule many after build contractors to correct the issues. These contractors are hit or miss. We like the house and location, but overall, for the money we paid for this house, we expected a somewhat better result. ... More

So far not the best experience.

We just got a big townhouse and I was here watching the construction every week and daily at the end, and these buildings are built well. Solid. Our foreman Andrew was great! That said I have been here two months and the appliances have had to be checked out because they weren't working well, the standard carpet looks about 2 years old (I get its standard, but at this price point the standard should at least make it a year), and of course there is a list of other things that need to be fixed from the warranty department which is annoying. Though nothing major. I will say that the worst part is Pulti Mortgage. If you can pay cash, do it. They give you a credit to use them that basically covers the closing cost, but they were a mess. We are very happy with the entire process from the beginning to present... all of our concerns have been addressed in a timely manner and we have been very happy with each outcome ..

We feel that Divosta built a sound home. There are a few issues as can be expected but we are confident that everything will be resolved.

As an architect and client construction manager, I have high standards for what I expect of my designers and contractors. I know how difficult it is to find quality workers right now, especially in these prosperous times. However, I cannot overlook the overall poor craftsmanship, especially in regards to finishes, on display in my home. I feel I headed off may structural and other "buried" to the untrained eye issues. My best wishes go out to those who do not catch issues as they arise during construction. But, the poor finishes were too much for me to keep up with. I got to the point where I just figured I would fix them on my own, because every time "professionals" addressed issues, they made the situations worse. In regards to Pulte, in many respects, they performed very well (Mortgage folks for example). But, beware, salespeople are salespeople. Their job is to sell. Take notes every step of the way and verify with the people who will actually build your home.....as well as the HOA folks. Ask the same question and you'll probably get (3) different answers, at (3) different times. And, nobody want to say "yeah, that's my responsibility - I'll take care of it". We made the mistake of trusting people. Don't do the same. All that being said, we love our home. But, in order to feel that love, we have expended way too much time and effort of our own than we should have. ... More

A dedicated builder with core focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Divosta was with us side by side guiding us on what home suited our budget and then building the home to the specifications that suited us. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and most of all the final product of our home. Divosta has certainly lived up to the high quality their brand demands.

Great team from sales through construction management. Everyone was responsive and professional.

We are loving our new place and feeling like is still a dream.

I was very please with the communication and responsiveness of the Divosta. The finished product was exactly as expected, and any minor issues we had after move-in, were promptly addressed.

Communication with sales office/warranty personnel is poor. Was put off by unfriendly sales clerks who think they are better than everyone.

The day of closing was to be a day of celebration in our new home. To show up for closing to find workers still working and painting. Everything was rushed for closing day and the quality of finish work was extremely poor. After three days of waiting for workers to finish fixing list of items no one would come or answer my calls to find out what going and why our place is not finished. Floor not cleaned, a lot of paint drops on floors from sloppy painting. Quality of painting very poor and sloppy and a lot of spots missed. Many areas on walls and trim work had damage that was just painted over and not fixed. Paid for up graded carpet and padding and the padding was not upgraded feels like walking on cement and very bumpy. We love the community and everything else. Its just your day of closing should be a day of celebration, and to be rushed to close and find many thing not finished and very poor quality finish work ruined our day of celebration. Decent quality home built. But unfortunately, 3 months later were still waiting on things that should have been completed before move in. Did try to complete after our move in, but so many punch items unable to complete in a week. Told many times, coming for repair but no show.

Nice house.

I've purchased 4 previous homes from other developers. DiVosta Homes by far was the best buying experience.

An outstanding job by Brent with the sales process, Chuck with the construction phase and Raul with post closing. Very responsive, professional and customer focused! The closing team made the process seamless .
