This is my second DiVosta home and I am pleased with the quality. My construction manager was very thorough and detail oriented during the build process. After one month in my new home I have found a few things to be repaired - I’m not happy that I have to wait eleven months to have them addressed.

Purchased a Quick Move In - so I did have the ability to catch issues during pre-construction. At first, I did feel that I had to push for things to be considered builders responsibility, but with my persistence, most all of my issues are getting addresses, some slower than I would like.

We had a fantastic experience with DiVosta in building our new home in Florida. Their team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning and option selection process, making it smooth and enjoyable. The construction manager was highly responsive and provided great support every step of the way. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations, and their follow-up maintenance has been excellent. It was fun working with Chris, sales manager, during my purchase. He was always in a good mood and excited about my new purchase. I appreciated the time spent one on one with Dan, construction manager, before the closing. There were some problems to be resolved but he responded quickly and followed through on my requests. And then went through a book of information at the end leaving me references for the future which was helpful. I would and already have recommended Divosta Homes to my friends.

We purchased a move in ready home, so all of the decisions were made and completed in construction already. After completing our walk thru of the home, we were very happy with the completion of tasks to repair any minor flaws and make the home ready for us to move in!

We are extremely pleased with the timeliness of the build and have had no major issues with the home. Further, Hurricane Milton just made landfall only 25 miles from our home and there was absolutely no damage from the hurricane, not even a single lost roof shingle! Our hurricane rated windows and all the other precautions taken by the builder kept our house sealed up nice and tight. We are very pleased!

We live in the Talon Preserve community and our new home is beautiful! We bought it already built and the colors, tile, countertops are everything I would have chosen had we built from the beginning. We have a beautiful lake behind us. Our amenities are beyond our expectations. Our home has gone through both Tropical Storm Debby and Hurrican Helene and we sustained no damage or water leaks. I would highly recommend DiVosta!

The portal helped track the build and mortgage process to make it easy to satisfy request and understand the status of the build. The design team was extremely detailed in creating a plan for my home and options to enhance the final product. The build team delivered a quality home earlier than the targeted delivery date. Excellent experience.

We had a positive experience building our new home with Divosta. The house was finished ahead of time. The construction manager was very responsive & responsible & kept us informed throughout the process.

The house was completed on time and all outstanding issues were done prior to closing date.

The home buying experience was extremely organized.

Our Construction Manager, Justin S. was great! He explained everything about the home construction and features especially the features specific to Florida building codes. He supported three walkthroughs to accommodate our schedule. Most important he did everything he could and worked with customer care to make sure all items on our punch list were done. Great professionalism!

Our contractor Chris was amazing! We built the Layton model and we love our house! He was great with communication and very helpful during the build. Ryan has been great with any little things that have come up since we moved in. Our house is beautiful and we love it!

We had previously owned in Florida and were visiting friends who had purchased in Beachwalk. We didn’t intend to buy but we loved the community and the home we eventually purchased. It was a fast, seamless purchase - everything was explained in advance and all went smoothly (as expected). Professional service at each step from sales through the after-sales warranty process. We feel that we have a quality product at a reasonable price!
