I am happy with my purchase. There are some issues that need to be addressed, and we will wait to see if that happens. Most disappointed in the landscaping company (SunnyGrove) and in the amount of trash the construction crew leaves everywhere. I am also upset that the amenity center is not open and doesn't seem to have a date to open. This was one of the main reasons I chose this community.

Everything that DiVosta/Pulte tell YOU the consumer about expecting the best is REALLY not what you get! Though our Project Manager Dan is a pretty great guy, he can only do so much with what he has to work with. The quality of the workmanship is HORRIBLE, especially when paying this kind of money for housing. There is NO pride in workmanship at all. I guess we never understood "production" building before. Our first Field Manager during construction did not communicate well at all. Seems as though she did not want to communicate "bad news" with the delays we encountered. Our second Field Manager took over our for the last 6 weeks or so and was great.

I was never shown a selection of pools available to select. Seems as though the design professional was discouraging us due to the backlog pool company had. We ended up with a standard pool which was not what we preferred.

My home owners guide boasts the build quality experience and customer satisfaction. Still waiting. I will say warranty is doing their best to correct all the issues with the house, but I do not feel that a new house should have had so many failings in so many areas.

Poor communication about construction progress, until we made contact with the construction supervisor. Long delays with no apparent reason. Other delays due to lack of materials and contractors - just like everything else during covid. Poor oversite of quality, however they are responding to correct all mistakes.

They overcharge on everything. My new bathroom drawers were made smaller I’m sure because it is cheaper for a smaller drawer. I went from a Summerwood to a Stonnewater. I think my bathroom being that much larger should have had at least the same size drawer space. I

Good: Foreman once he took over from sales. Bad: Disconnect of sales person not making sure things we specified were actually in contract and for not communicating clearly that our house had a live buyer and not a spec with foreman.

Foreman was very good once he was able to get engaged. We were told the house was coded a spec and he had no buyer. Joe was very responsive and tried to stay within company rules and yet still meet our needs. Once suggestion, somehow electronically share the foreman's list of pending corrections or punch list with a buyer so they can see what things are on his radar with planned date. Right now, my final review could be higher after my punch list is completed.. That is to occur Aug 8-9 and we are returning to FL for that.

Great building experience...no major issues along the way and minor issues were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, our warranty experience has not been the same. We closed months ago, and not all items on our 30 day list have even been scheduled to be fixed via the warranty department. They have addressed some items but others are still pending

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We were forced to close rather quickly with unfinished work. Getting people back to complete the job has been very stressful. No one wants to take ownership for unfinished work it is blamed between construction and warranty.

- Initial house Sales personnel were excellent - The Sales person for the changes/upgrades/options/etc pushed us through and did a poor job at describing all the options - Attention to detail in the building is lacking and there’s some areas of shabby workmanship - Items to be finished before Closing were pushed off to the Warranty Team - The Warranty Team is excellent and stays on all the repair work until it is completed properly. Note, this is a long process but their tenacity is highly appreciated.

For the majority of the building period we were very pleased. However once we did our walk through we found a number of issues that were supposed to be taken care of already. We ended up doing three final walk throughs. Although I was disappointed with how things were handled just prio to closing overall I am pleased with our new home.

Working with the sales rep, Jane was a good experience and she was very responsive. Trying to close was not great. Our closing date was changed 3 times and once we did move in, there were several issues that needed to be addressed. To be fair, our Pulte contractor did mention some of these issues, like our windows not matching through out the house. How do you install 2 different windows? Bought our lot in Oct. 21, broke ground in Feb. 22, and after multiple delays and 3 different closing dates, we finally moved in on Dec. 27. We closed on the builders deadline and had to wait three hours at our closing for them to secure a certificate of occupancy from the county. Went back to our home after the closing to find debris and unfinished items in our home. Not a pleasant closing experience at all. One month later we are still waiting for punch list items to be completed, our liaison at DiVosta ignores my emails, contractors don’t show up equipped to do repairs due to poor communication with DiVosta. This is our third DiVosta home, but nowhere near the smooth process of the others.

This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

CM and boss were great. Good solid house. Finishes leave much to be desired. Finish carpentry and drywall work were sub par. My backsplash telework had to be done 3 times before it was acceptable. Pulte needs to train and hire some skilled laborers, not just laborers.

Knowing about the DiVosta we were expecting more professionalism, espessially regarding responding to numerous issues. Several staff members, that supposed to take care of our issues, got fired and nobody notified us about that. Because of that we lost time. The work order, that we were waiting for a month and a half, didn't occur and we were notified only on the day it was supposed to happen.
