We’ve had a 5 star experience with DiVosta from the sales center to the design center and finally the actual quality of the home’s construction. Follow up has been very good, especially before turnover. Our only complaint has been a slower than expected follow up on a few post-closing punch list items, but no major issues since the list was very short. Overall we are super happy with the entire experience!

My only disappointment is that the cabinets are kind of on the chinchy side. Other than that - the staff is AMAZING and responsive and I love love LOVE my new home

Good timeline for build well done

Quality and responsiveness of the construction manager.

Unfortunately we did not have the greatest experience building our new home. I understand there are uncontrollable issues that come up but our closing was delayed numerous times totaling over 3 months. We had 3 different construction managers including 1 that was fired during our build. We were not local for the build so our home I feel did not get the attention it deserved. Our neighbor would call and let us know no one had been working at our house for weeks at a time.

Our Building Manger (Joe Kenny) was AWESOME! Denise and Wendy at PGP and Cindy (Builder Representative) helped make the end process go SMOOTHLY! Many thanks to all!

Foreman was very good once he was able to get engaged. We were told the house was coded a spec and he had no buyer. Joe was very responsive and tried to stay within company rules and yet still meet our needs. Once suggestion, somehow electronically share the foreman's list of pending corrections or punch list with a buyer so they can see what things are on his radar with planned date. Right now, my final review could be higher after my punch list is completed.. That is to occur Aug 8-9 and we are returning to FL for that.

Overall a good buying experience.

Our field manager was changed so communication was off from the beginning. He was not very responsive to questions and concerns we had. Overall satisfied now that we have closed.

DiVosta offered excellent home choices in the Islandwalk property. And the communication with the various teams was very consistent - from sales all the way through to the quality team at the completion of the build. I'd highly recommend.

We are still waiting on refrigerator, front door sweep & permanent WINDOWS on front of home . We closed over a month ago.. so very disappointing!!

We had a very pleasant experience

There are a lot of small issue.i can see a push for the timeline to get done before closing. Door painting issue. Counter top issue. Door cannot close easily. AC whistle both inside and outside. Both toilet have issue to fix. Electric outlet issue. Even the window is installed Wrong Still have not replaced yet. 50+ days after closing. Are uou kidding me asking about quality?

Everything was easy and on time.

This is the fourth house we've built with DiVosta, and have always found them to produce a good product. Our home is comfortable and well-built. We have the whole house done in tile on the diagonal and the tile work is beautiful. Great job by the tile person! The best part of living in the community is the wonderful people - very friendly and cordial.

Divosta are a friendly team but that doesn’t fix the quality workmanship… When building make sure you visit the site on a weekly basis. Especially before drywall goes up!! Lots of the structure are not installed square. When inspecting everything make sure to take a speed square and a 4 foot level. We have been in our place for 2 months and they are still fixing things. Hope this helps.

This was our first home build. What should have been an exciting time ended up being very disappointing. We had little communication and site manager changes as well as faulty equipment installed in our home. Now we can’t get the fridge we paid for and no one is helping us find a resolution. Very upsetting.

Excellent service from start to finish. In the end they will make it all right and listen to needs and fix it.

Building a home quickly, comes with a trade off. Mistakes will be made. The good news is that Divosta has stood behind their product and warranty by addressing the concerns I've had since closing.

Dan went out of his way from the first time we met him to keeping us informed and always going out of his way to take care of us.
