Our sales rep, Jessica, was great to work with. Project Manager Patrick was also great. We wish you would upgrade the brand of appliances. We hadn't been in the hope two weeks when the ice maker in the refrigerator broke.

We were about 11.5 months from purchase to closing, which was nice. Jen kept us informed with great photos the whole way. We were very confident in our builder, Dustin, after meeting him and he came through with a great home. Thanks also to Joe, who did our walkthrough with us.

DiVosta builds a quality home, as with any build there will be some outstanding items the true test of the builder is how they address and remedy. So far we have had a great experience! Austin, our CM delivered for us, very pleased. Jessica C. Our salesperson was always there to answer questions and hold our hand through the process.

We looked at almost fifty homes before deciding to buy in Talon Preserve. The sales process was very low pressure and professional. Chris was as super helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. We bought the home sight unseen and it was better than we thought it would be when we arrived last week. Five stars DiVosta!

We couldn’t be more happy with our home! It is absolutely breathtaking! We did wait a long time for it to be built with Covid and the hurricane, the supply chain and shortage on workers, but, it was totally worth the wait! Our home was quality built and it is amazing to live in! Can’t see ourselves ever moving out of this one!!

Despite setbacks during Covid and supply chain issues, our home turned out beautiful and we’re very pleased with it.

Although our home building process was lengthy due to covid supply issues and hurricane Ian, my construction managers Pat and Joe and my sales person Jessica resolved every one of our issues in a very respectful and prompt manner. Divosta has amazing employees.

Everyone has been very supportive with helping through the entire process from the beginning to the end. Our home was delivered perfect and on the day as promised. The entire team also has helped us when we needed to make adjustments to our choices from the design center as well as accommodate us with the few things we needed done to the house. For the past year our building manager has kept us updated on the progress of our build and any problems that have arose. He was a gem to work with and we appreciate all that he did. Our warrantee manager has since taken over and he too is responsive and helpful. We are happy with our very happy with our new home.

Brian has been great to work with. Any communications that we had were answered quickly and he always had an answer. the overall experience was to say the least, painless.

Despite longer than expected building time due to trade and supply issues nationwide , we are very happy with the choice we made . After moving in , any issues we had were or are being addressed immediately and resolved . Would chose again

We just retired and searched Florida for the ideal place for our "winter home". Beachwalk by Manasota Key is the only place we found where we are 2 miles from the beach, and it is an any age development with great amenities. The building process was guided by Nadine, our constructions manager and our Salesperson Linda was also very helpful. I would also suggest a realtor to guide you through the process. We have a lovely well built home in a great location with wonderful neighbors.

My project manager, Pat, was outstanding. DiVosta out of goodwill fixed some of the damage from hurricane Ian even though they didn’t have to. The entire process from buying, choosing options and closing was seamless. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

Jessica and Justin were excellent to work with. They were both extremely quick to respond to our needs and always very nice.

Beau was very helpful re. choosing the home model best suited to my wants and needs. Both Justins (construction foremen) kept me current on the building process, were quick to answer questions and a pleasure to work with in person. Kaitlyn has been totally on it re. cosmetic issues and remaining interior work.

DiVosta was very good to work with and even though the entire process took much longer than anyone wanted it to, they delivered a high quality home that probably exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them based on our experience.

We were very lucky to build our dream house by DiVosta. From the time that we just started to select the model of the house to the time when we closed the house it was really an unbelievable experience. My sales consultant Faith has been there for me for every step of the process. She went beyond and above her professional duties working with us, which is just remarkable! My construction manager Pat has been responsive and attending while building the house in a very difficult climate of shortages with building materials and workforce. He made me fill that I can trust the building process completely. The management personnel has been involved when certain things needed to be addressed. The Director of Sales Carissa has demonstrated that entire DiVosta organization really cares to make the home buyers happy by attending to any issues that might rise during the building process. The closing of the house has been as smooth as one can only imagine. Leslie made the process really personalized, so it fell completely trustworthy. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and tremendous respect for the entire staff of the DiVosta organization working at the different departments of this huge corporation, and yet managing to make the process very personalized for its customers!
