From the outset our experience with DiVosta sales department was very favorable. Thoroughly knowledgeable with various models and related features. Very helpful in deciding which model was best for us without undo pressure. Very responsive to our questions and contacts. Initial contract signing went smoothly. During the design review and selection of options we did experience a rather frustrating issue with the kitchen cabinets. Although we had selected a specific cabinet in the initial quote (off-white) we were told during the design review that they were discontinued. However, they were confident they would be able to secure them. Two days later we were advised that the cabinets could not obtained and that a white cabinet was the only alternative. This was totally unacceptable to my wife and only after repeated exchanges, a suitable off-white kitchen cabinet was identified and subsequently installed. Our most frustrating experience relates to Pulte Mortgage. Although most of the people we interfaced with were pleasant enough, the mortgage approval process was not. Repeated and redundant requests for documents, statements and financial records seemed totally unnecessary and burdensome. On a more positive note, the construction manager was very professional and responsive throughout the process. We were out of State buyers and of course we had a lot of questions. Chris Hill and David Bennett were always responsive to our questions. We even had an outside inspector come for a once over. The inspector did not have any issues with the house.

Overall the experience has been very disappointing for the expense of the house we purchased. Builder only seemed interested in taking our money and building as fast as possible. Quality of finishes is lacking and have needed warranty work. There were no proactive updates during construction process as promised, unless we asked. There has been consistently very poor communication and follow up, unless we pushed for it. Numerous construction quality issues still being worked on months after closing. The people are nice, but the delivery and quality of the work needs improvement.

Our experience was wonderful, until we had to choose our options. That experience was not ideal.

There doesn't appear to be anyone involved in our home to be dedicated or committed to getting the issues resolved in a timely manner - there is no sense of urgency by anyone!!! We have a $10K zero corner sliding glass door that hasn't worked and we're still waiting to have it repaired after 7 weeks.

With workers being dedicated to each facet of construction, and a strong process, home was built in 4 months. Supervisor was very responsive and handled issues promptly. Parts of the work was sloppy - painting especially and some of the installations (e.g. showers).

We bought our home in February and closed in August but because of Covid have not been able to see it in person. Our project manager was great at calling us with updates, pictures and videos along the process and before closing. During the final tour we found some minor things which they corrected within 24 hours. We feel very confident that our home will be everything we expected and we hope to see and enjoy it in person very soon.

Our home was built while we were out of town. Communication was great and our home is beautiful with few few issues after we moved in.

We were pleased with the accuracy of the projected timeline of completion and closing dates.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new home in Island Walk. The building process was easy and the credit goes to the sales and building team. They made the whole process easy!! Thank you for your great work!

So far the experience has been very good. Since we have not been able to occupy our new home yet we can't make a completely accurate assessment on all aspects of the criteria listed above. There was one outstanding issue that has not been resolved yet (a damaged window screen).

Because of the speed in constructing these houses simple things like inproper hanging of windows and doors and especially the lanai sliding glass doors the buyer suffers dealing with getting these things repaired whitch sometime takes a long time.

The many options available can be somewhat overwhelming. Make sure you take your time to select exactly what you want and ask questions even if you have to repeat them for yourself. We were not able to be on location while the house was built, but received photos throughout the process, which was very exciting and helpful. Interacting with the onsite project manager over the phone and via email was easy and efficient. No worries!

List all of your concerns and report them to them to your project managers so they can be addressed. Many of the flaws will be a quick fix. The most urgent problems will be attended to first so they don't become a major issue in the future. When the staff plans to do a repair at your home, have them give you a scheduled date and time. This way you will be prepared to be at home and ready to assist if necessary.

Ceilings & walls need to be taped in kitchen and living and dining room, Floors need to be cleaned and grout has three colors. We haven't put any furniture in yet because the floors were (are) a mess. Counter is falling apart and has big scratches, The sliding door was Caulked so it doesn't go into the pocket, Tiles in the bath room need to be Caulked. The gutters need to be added in the corners. had 21 things on the list.

This is our second Pulte home. We were very pleased with Dominic during our sales process and Shaun during construction. Our new home is beautiful and suits our lifestyle very well.

If you are buying home from Divosta/Pulte - find your own title company, because they will charge you for title insurance. But actually you don't need title insurance with a brand new house. Low quality of kitchen cabinets

Home buying experience was excellent! Design and options experience with Joan was outstanding. Build experience with Nick was also excellent, although you do have to watch the build as we corrected several mistakes with our project manager during the build. Recommend viewing the build on Sundays when construction crews are not working. Overall, we worked with quality people who were professionals.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. Cage company stated that having this as an option would not cause any planning/execution problems. Given the small distance between homes, this should have been available. 3. We spent $ 11,000 for the Gathering Room extension. The work was done but (a) the location of the dining room table chandelier was off-center by almost 2 feet per building code and the standard location of a table and a buffet, and (b) the dining room window was put in the wrong place given the design of the dining room area. We are still, after almost 2 months, waiting to have the light placement issue fixed. We are also waiting on hearing that several other issues have been resolved. 4.
