All was great with a people involved.

We have had non-stop issues with our home. Nobody communicates the problem correctly, everyone is apparently overworked, we currently have NO POWER on half our house for the third time and we have only had it since March and no way to resolve it. Nobody wants to help or address any problems after you move in

Our build was so fast. We were in our house in five months from the day we signed our contract. Jessica (Sales) and Austin (Build) kept us informed along the way. We walked into our new house with no surprises. We pinch ourselves every day to make sure this is not a dream.

We identified an HVAC issue during the walk-through and were told it was fixed prior to close. It was not. Hard to understate the importance of your AC in Florida. As the new owner, we were obligated to take the lead in the repair effort. (Time and headaches) DiVosta/Pulte's local vendor was sent out 4-5 times to repair - always with temporary success. Our best resolution now is a functioning AC with replacement parts. Given the misrepresentation that the problem was repaired prior to closing and Pulte's strong relationship with the product supplier, I would have expected Pulte to be more proactive in the repair or replacement of the unit after the second or third failure. ... To start off sales team is terrible 2 of the sales people that I dealt with over the course of time I will not recommend, Chris and Dominic , they could careless Now Chris did me a favor by pushing Madison on us. She was professional, nice , accommodating, she went above and beyond for us , she was the reason we continued with talon preserve , she should have been given the full commission for the sale of our home , also be promoted and teach the rest of the sales people how to conduct themselves , I hope that she is recognized for the great job that she did

The purchase experience is set up for ground up build, and is not pertinent for "Quick Close" customers. Avoid Pulte Title if at all possible. Poor communications, surprise last minute notary documents, Calls from people in various remote locations. Inconsiderate customer treatment. New homes come with no bedroom lights, cheap apartment style closet shelves and hangers, poor construction cleanup. Interior wall studs are flimsy steel on 20-24 inch centers....how can I hang heavy things on these? My home will be OK once I finish building it. Nice community well build home excellent amenity

Vitek just left the house for the fifth time and our TV is still screwed up. One of the cords just dangles down in front of the wall and now they’ve washed their hands of it. They’re now forcing us to have to deal with going to Pulte and turn it in as a warranty claim and telling us that you’re gonna have to tear the wall apart to get the cord fish through the wall because somebody put a fire break where all of the cords run through. On the sliding doors outside the amount of overspray on it is insane. The finish on the cabinets is terrible. We have a chip in the floor. The doorbell doesn’t even work. After paying well over $1 million for the house I would’ve expected so much more. I hate to go online and start badmouthing this, but it’s gotten to the point of just total frustration. ... More

Overall experience was pretty good. We purchased a pre-construction home, but they still allowed us to make a couple of minor changes. The only disappointment is that we missed a couple of things during the walk-through and were later told that those items were not under warranty. If you buy from them, make sure you review every nook and cranny of your home during the walk-through.

The experience with this builder one of contention. We had a disatrous experience with our initial rep, Chris, but came back after speaking with our new rep, Gladys. She was responsive and extremely receptive to our multiple questions. You must remember that these homes are not custom built homes, you are buying stock items from the builder. The home is a well built home. You are buying the experience of living in a community so choose wisely.

Not happy with customer care

Kept calling my future HOME a production build house. I kept stressing for them to take their time and do it right the first time. They told me they had a schedule to keep. Needless to say there were over 65 issues with the house are own inspector we hired found and still trying to get things done good luck.

Easy buying process. Sale team is knowledgeable and responsive. Construction Manager deserves the highest rating. Build quality and workmanship are top rated.

This is our second time building a home with Pulte. The first was in Las Vegas, and now in Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch. Overall, the experience was very positive. on any new construction issues are to be expected. The difference is how they are dealt with. We were very satisfied with how Pulte responded to all of our construction issues. Our construction manager and our warranty manager are both outstanding. We love the community and I would highly recommend Pulte as a builder for your forever home.

Great new place. The team here does a great job of making sure everything goes well and cleaning up quickly if something is amiss. We would buy again from them!

My sales person and construction manager were outstanding and easy to communicate with. The closing went very smoothly, and so far the warranty people have been responsive to the few issues I have had. I do believe that there should be a credit given for appliances if you wish to have your own favorite brands installed. And a couple personal peeves of mine is that the "texturing" of the walls is terrible. Also there is no choice except for flat paint for finishing walls. Otherwise the basic construction of the house is rock solid, the general layout of the neighborhood was very well thought out and the amenities are great. ... More

This is my second DiVosta home and I am pleased with the quality. My construction manager was very thorough and detail oriented during the build process. After one month in my new home I have found a few things to be repaired - I’m not happy that I have to wait eleven months to have them addressed.

I want to commend DiVosta for my Salesperson Dominic and my construction manager Dan. Both were extremely responsive to my communications and needs. Overall, the construction quality has been A+ other than a couple of issues that have been mostly resolved or are in process. The home is my dream home for my retirement after owning over 20 homes and properties. Keep up the good work!

Purchased a Quick Move In - so I did have the ability to catch issues during pre-construction. At first, I did feel that I had to push for things to be considered builders responsibility, but with my persistence, most all of my issues are getting addresses, some slower than I would like.

We had a fantastic experience with DiVosta in building our new home in Florida. Their team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning and option selection process, making it smooth and enjoyable. The construction manager was highly responsive and provided great support every step of the way. The quality of construction exceeded our expectations, and their follow-up maintenance has been excellent. We truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and would highly recommend DiVosta to anyone looking for a well-built home!

This is our second Pulte built home in 2 years. The first build went so well, we chose to do it again in Beachwalk. Although quicker, the build experience in Beachwalk was nothing like the prior home. Recognizing how diligently Auston worked on our behalf, the subcontractors could not deliver the same level of quality and finish we had come to expect. With the build process now behind us, we're hoping to enjoy the beautiful community.

Smooth process for buying house, financing, settlement. Jessica in the sales office was extremely pleasant and helpful!

We built a home in Florida while living in another state. We received pictures on the build as major changes occurred. This was exciting to us. There were no major items wrong with the house when it was finished. Several small issues but all are being worked.
