While we haven’t actually moved in yet, we fell in love with the Cascadia Duplex when we saw the model. Everything moved quickly once we decided to purchase and we were quite satisfied with the communication from DiVosta throughout. We had the opportunity to see our house via Facetme during construction and our Field Manager sent us photos. When we actually saw the house for the first time last week we were delighted with every aspect. There was just one small problem (rust spots on the tub), but as soon as we reported it we had a response the next day and a follow up phone call to schedule repairs. My experience with the DiVosta team was very professional from the sales person to the field manager. We bought a quick move-in which was designed better than the choices I would have made. The field manager accommodated us to see the house during the construction. The house is very well made and the flow is perfect. Our house was evaluated by the field manager for any flaws several times prior to the closing. We were able to move into our house with no major issues noted.

- Seasonal residents, your Field Manager is very important during construction as he will send pictures or address any concerns you have leading up to the celebration event. Assigned Field Manager was fantastic! - Closing Celebration and paperwork...if you are not a homesteader or have had a previous home, plan on being out there two weeks for any repairs discovered at celebration event , banking, etc. You won't feel so rushed. - Keep the phone numbers for vendors recorded on your cell phone if you are not a permanent resident and need to arrange repairs. Turnaround time for any repair issues, etc. has been very good. Home is on a street with "new builds" underway, construction site is exceptionally clean - impressive! ... More

This is our second time building a home with Pulte. The first was in Las Vegas, and now in Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch. Overall, the experience was very positive. on any new construction issues are to be expected. The difference is how they are dealt with. We were very satisfied with how Pulte responded to all of our construction issues. Our construction manager and our warranty manager are both outstanding. We love the community and I would highly recommend Pulte as a builder for your forever home.

It took only from March to August to built our new home. Very much appreciated. All is looking good. Unfortunately after the first month two hurricanes hit our area. But no issue or damage to our house. Very happy.

Our CM, Pat was very responsive and Proactive. A great CM eliminates worry and uncertainty during the build process.

The sales person and the CM were outstanding and supportive.

We have been considering buying a home in Florida for several decades. Annually, we rented a home in Boca Grande for a month, but the cost was equivalent to the cost of a new home. We found Beachwalk on a house hunting trip. The cost came in at around $400/sqft and the on-site amenities were outstanding. We plan on spending the winters at Beachwalk and the remainder of the year in Colorado where we have a river front home in Almont, CO and our main house in Colorado Springs.
