Great experience to date. Excellent response time to any repair issues i.e. painting, door hinge, counter top, pavers, electrical. All completed timely. A few dead landscaping plants were reported with some delays on replacement. Still waiting for a large bush to be replaced, update provided.

Helpful hoest company that has a real system to help you choose models andoptions and then built in 4 months. Cocerned and responsive about quality and fixing problems if any.

I was local so I could visit the home often during the build process. As with all construction, there were a few hicups along the way but Divosta was responsive. Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy with the quality of my home. Have had very little issues since closing almost 2 months ago. I love the community!! I would recommend Divosta and Mallory Park to others.

We are so pleased with our new year round home in The Lakes at Waterway Village! The craftsmanship is outstanding! Extremely professional approach, we were in contstant communication with our Project Manager throughout the build. Now that we're in our home we have a contact here in The Lakes that handles the minor followup work that is always needed. We highly recommend DiVosta homes without hesitation.

We had reservations about building in Florida. Thought it would be easier and faster to buy existing. DiVosta made the building new process painless and extremely quick. They accommodated us being out of state and the process from beginning to end was the easiest experience we have ever had. I would not hesitate to do it again or recommend them to others that want a new home.

We have truly enjoyed our new home from DiVosta homes, it has been a worry free experience that has surpassed our expectations. We have been out of state when our house was build and we were kept appraised in every phase of the building process . They have sent us pictures of progress and the communications has been excellent.

Made a decision on the spot on my 1st visit & I am happy that I did it. Built the house & finished it in less than four months. The house is beautiful & I am enjoying the house.

While we haven’t actually moved in yet, we fell in love with the Cascadia Duplex when we saw the model. Everything moved quickly once we decided to purchase and we were quite satisfied with the communication from DiVosta throughout. We had the opportunity to see our house via Facetme during construction and our Field Manager sent us photos. When we actually saw the house for the first time last week we were delighted with every aspect. There was just one small problem (rust spots on the tub), but as soon as we reported it we had a response the next day and a follow up phone call to schedule repairs.
