Very happy with our new home

DiVosta was easy to work with. They met the timeframe they laid out. The sales rep and the designer were very helpful and our construction manager was outstanding. We feel that this is very high quality construction and workmanship.

The whole process was quite easy. We bought a prebuilt townhome so didn't have to make too many decisions. There were no glaring gaps in building quality. The layout of the townhome is great, just what we were looking for. There is a nice big kitchen, bigger than some actual homes. A lot of counter space. Having cat6 wires is nice. Our TV is able to not soak up wifi and get 4k quality. Hurricane proof windows being standard is great. We can hear our neighbors if they are very very loud but otherwise everything is quiet.

Adam and Julio were fantastic to work with. They kept us in the know and addressed the issues within their scope.

Angel has been extremely responsive He is in the process of resolving some issues The neighborhood amenity center recently opened and is very nice

Had a wonderful experience with our sales person, construction manager and follow up with some small post close issues. I’d certainly recommend our builder and neighborhood to anyone.

We had a very pleasant experience building our new home in Talon preserve with DiVosta. Communication was very good and we are happy with the quality.

Our experience buying a home with Divosta overall was a positive experience. Everyone we worked with was helpful and responded to any questions we had. The Divosta portal was easy to use and definitely made the process of sharing documentation easier. The only thing I didn't love was having to provide the SAME documentation with the SAME explanation during the financial review / underwriting process. (I think this may be a common problem as the loan moves through different hands.)

Bought a Quick Move in home and the process went smoothly. The sales representative Robert was terrific and quick to answer any questions regarding the home. I did not experience the building process, since the home was already completed, but the construction manager and warranty representative were great with all the information about the home and responding to any questions or issues.

Our experience with Terreno in both building and prchasing our home as been an outstanding success, thanks to the exceptional support provided by Holly our Sales Consultant and Jake our Construction Manager. They were consistently attentive, approachable, and willing to assist with any questions at any time. Patrick was excellent. Kept me well informed of the build progress and explained everything.

Buying the home was simple quick and easy. The level of friendly helpful professionalism that I experienced from both Staci and Robert at Costa Pointe took a lot of the stress out of buying the home. There was a glitch with the closing dates which took place twice with Pulte Corporate. They kept getting the dates wrong and changing the times. The ball was dropped twice when vacation time took precedence over the business that was on the table. I closed on the house in Miami and on the house in Costa Pointe on the same date. Cash sales are less complicated.

The completer process of purchasing a home from DiVosta was very easy and the complete transaction was done with professionalism and patience. From my sales agent Denise to pre-inspection with with Alex and post move-in with Jesus it was very pleasant and they could not have been more accomodating and extremely helpful

My Construction manager did a great job of communicating with me and making sure issues were addressed.

Would have liked to have had a lighting and ceiling fan allowance.

Even though I had a change in my building manager halfway through the build, there was continuity, and both managers, Brandon and John, did a good job in taking care of me. The followup service after my move in has been slow and I have a couple of pending issues that need attention with Andres.

This is our second time building a home with Pulte. The first was in Las Vegas, and now in Talon Preserve on Palmer Ranch. Overall, the experience was very positive. on any new construction issues are to be expected. The difference is how they are dealt with. We were very satisfied with how Pulte responded to all of our construction issues. Our construction manager and our warranty manager are both outstanding. We love the community and I would highly recommend Pulte as a builder for your forever home.

Overall a great experience with the construction manager!

Overall it has been quite a positive experience. Whatever issues we had were quickly resolved. Both our salesperson, Vincent and Construction contact, Chris kept us informed of the progress and followed up on all questions and concerns.

Extremely happy during construction until closing. Few issues highlighted in the pre-closing not addressed properly. Now waiting for the repair of same. Unfortunately the rush to closing without fully complete the pre-closing itens was not a good way to handle the house.

This is our second Pulte built home in 2 years. The first build went so well, we chose to do it again in Beachwalk. Although quicker, the build experience in Beachwalk was nothing like the prior home. Recognizing how diligently Auston worked on our behalf, the subcontractors could not deliver the same level of quality and finish we had come to expect. With the build process now behind us, we're hoping to enjoy the beautiful community.

The process of purchasing a home from DiVosta was one of the best real estate experiences I have ever had. The sales team, construction manger team and the move in process was wonderful. The development is a pleasure to live in and I would recommend to anyone interested in coastal Florida living.
