Jessica the salesperson and Patrick the general contractor was great to work with

Chris G our construction manager was so on top of things, very detail oriented, keep us informed all the time, because of him our experience was the best also Jen our sales person was so professional and also keep us informed

Jesus has been very responsive to all issues that have come up. Some of the contractors could be more attentive to details. For example they replaced a window, but then cleaned only the outside of the window. Inside had fingerprints all over it. Lanai ceiling was obviously painted after the ceiling fixtures were installed. Paint on them, and if you replace them, you have to touch up the paint if it’s a smaller fixture. Overall very satisfied

It all started with Jessica, our sales representative, who was patient and informative. She kept us posted with pictures of the build throughout the months under construction. Our construction manager, Chuck, got the ball rolling with on time delivery of the many phases of the build. Being out of the country, we flew in and met Chuck at the pre-drywall stage. He made us feel at ease and gave us confidence that the project was under control and on time. At the 3/4 point in the project we had a change in the construction manager and Eric took over to see the project to the end. Eric was organized, always smiling, and kept the project on schedule. Our concerns were always looked after in a very professional and timely manner by both Chuck and Eric. It was a great experience, our villa was delivered on time with no major issues. The Title company closing the sale was equally efficient. Belinda kept us informed and made it look so easy. Mary, at the amenity centre, also played a role as she answered all our questions on what to expect once we became a resident. The house is beautiful . The few issues we have had were resolved quickly as DiVosta construction staff have been very responsive . Pulte and all its subsidiaries are very experienced w/ these residential developments - it helps that once the homeowner selects a style and a lot , there are a limited number of choices , all of which are good . This really helps to expedite the process since it minimizes the chance that a couple will be paralyzed due to a deadlock over options .

Sales consultant guided us through the entire process, step by step. We felt, comfortable, acknowledged and supported throughout the entire journey. Always answered questions and concerns. Went above and beyond to ensure any concerns or issues were addressed to the best of their ability.

From start to finish our home buying experience with Divosta at Beachwalk by Manasota Key was excellent. Chas our CM and Jessica C our Sales Person couldn’t have been more courteous, helpful or professional in helping us all through the building process. If you’re thinking of buying here you’ll be in good hands, especially if you work with Chas and Jessica. Everyone else we met were also very friendly and helpful, so it seems to be a solid team here. We made the right decision buying here.

Overall it was a great experience. A few things needed follow up and the date was pushed out a few times but in the end we are happy!

This is our 2nd Divosta/Pulte home and this is this was an exceptional experience. Minor issues after move in were addressed immediately by our super Shaun Coleman. Quality build, (we have built 6 homes from scratch)

From the very start through move-in, the experience went well. Very organized, including showroom, website, information along the way and at closing.

Our salesperson Jessica was amazing! Always responsive and respectful even when replying to the smallest of issues. Our construction manager Chas was also very responsive to all issues as they arose.

From the salesperson to the people involved in helping customize the selections, then the construction manager and the support, our experience has been all positive. The closing could have been a bit more efficient but all in all a great experience.

The purchase of our house was very well done. The Pulte Title and Closing departments were very responsive, helpful, professional and easy to work with. Also, our construction manager, Chris, was great to work with, personally committed to completing a high quality home, responsive and ensured that we were happy with the house at the closing.

We had an exceptional experience with Divosta. Bill our assigned Construction Manager is amazing and Debra in Sales is a Rock Star!!! We love our home.

The communication process throughout the construction process was excellent. There were some small workmanship issues but, to date, Divosta has taken care of said issues promptly and without issue.

Pleased with the construction and materials used for the most part however near the end, things got rushed to meet their goal of closing before the end of the year so the punch list was longer than expected. Interior painting could have been neater, many spatters and paint on switch plates, floor and counters. Communication with our construction manager was good but toward the end we felt he wasn’t giving the same attention to detail as he initially did when the project began. We are having a pool installed by a 3rd party shortly and our sales agent and construction manager were aware of that and given the layout, however there was poor communication between them and the project landscapers, causing plantings having to be moved at our expense before excavation can begin. ... His background in building puts him in a class by himself. He is more capable, knowledgeable and understanding than the other terrific people I encountered with my first Pulte/Centex home previously in South Carolina. He is extremely personable and attentive and knows the owner needs to be updated and advised regularly, which he did in my case. He makes sure everything is completed to perfection. He goes above and beyond. He puts the homeowner's first and wants to make sure they are extremely pleased with everything in their new homes.

Words and actions align with Divosta. Buying during the end of Covid, the great "resignation", and supply issues in every industry, DiVosta did a great job communicating and finishing the job.

Kaitlyn has been very responsive to my punch list but i did encounter a problem with the salesperson during buying phase. Bottom line i love my new house

Our Field Manager, Monika was great. She was responsive and paid attention to detail. If we had a problem, concern or complaint, she addressed it.

All the people we worked with with great and responded quickly to any concerns. The only downside to the process the Pulte loan process (submitting the information 10 times in 6 months) and the amount of garbage lying around house during construction.

This is my second home with DiVosta and the whole buying experience was great again.

Alex our Project Manager was on top of ongoing building discrepancies which gave us a feel of trust during our build. Andy, the gentleman who helps after the build, has been wonderful to deal with as well. He always responds to minor issues that have occurred during or soon after the build of our home. So we're grateful that we had Alex as our Project Manager and Andy as Divosta Warranty Manager. Also there is another gentleman I would like to acknowledge, his name is Ed and he also has been very helpful in making minor repairs to the home.
