Bill met us first when our new home was in its beginning stages of construction and explained all those “little things” you cannot see after the walls go up. Construction quality and workmanship was excellent. Bill was very qualified and knowledgeable. He continues to be very responsive to any of our small issues as w get settled in.

First. Did not expect perfection but home not built close to perfect. Luckily, we had a fantastic construction manager, Shaun C. Many of the various non Divosta construction crews were not great but acceptable, workers with very little concern for quality and Little attention to detail. Others crews were very good House does requires quite a bit of tlc after purchase. House delivered clean and mostly complete All in all A good experience

Staff changeovers. Slow completion of the build. Repeated problems needing to be addressed. Information initially provided was incorrect and affected the building process . Disjointed closing process. There were a few people that were helpful but the ratio of helpers to knuckle draggers is about 1:5. The corporate sales office was particularly backward and caused more issues than it solved problems. Loaded with attitude. This was my first new build and based on this experience I would never do it again. At least with Pulte/Divosta

The home was built with trusses that were on the ground for over 2 months and were moldy when installed. The carpentry work is sub-standard (doors that didn't close or were cut too short, loose hinges, etc.) The pool skimmer flap was just floating in the pool and there were globs of Gunite on the pool tile and coping. The wall paint was so thin that we had to repaint the walls before we moved in, the wall texture is hard to even describe as it is inconsistent throughout the home. The project manager (Justin S.) was responsive but had no authority to change much. The customer care person (Gene K) has been very helpful in writing tickets to correct the various issues, but the subcontractors assigned with correcting the issues are very slow to respond. ... This is our third New Build Pulte Home in 8 years - Our first house in Willowsford VA was a mess at closing - Our second house in Sonoma Isles took two extra months - but we felt that was acceptable b/c there seemed to be contractors working and it was during the tail end of Covid. This house in Bridgewater we were told that it would take 8 months to build. And that only the best contractors would be working on our home. It took almost 18 months to close on the house and it was still not 100% ready. There was a big delay in the permitting process to get our house started. Then the house sat for 3 Months and no one told us that there was a structural issue. Then no one would tell us when we could expect to close when we got a letter from Pulte on get ready to expect to close. For the amount of money that we paid for our house - Pulte fell way short of delivering on expectations- We paid a premium for our pool and it was not and is still not ready / fully functional since we closed. We have been in the house for five weeks and we still have no answers on our punch list and our heater in our pool is not functional. This is a horrible experience- we have purchased 4mil in homes with Pulte and because of us we have brought in close to another 10 million in referrals to Pulte only to be treated like we were buying a 400k house - This house should be a million dollars less based on our experience and the overall craftsmanship… ... Although we had 3 construction managers during the construction of our home, the final construction manager was great. His name is Aaron R. He made sure all of our concerns were addressed. He was easy to contact and responded to all of our emails.

Jessica did a wonderful job keeping me informed, answering questions, and sending progress updates and photos. Joe and Patrick did everything in their power to get my house completed and closed after an unexpected delay.

Made building from long distance much easier than anticipated. Salesperson and construction Supervisor were wonderful and kept a very watchful eye on each step of the process.

Great buying experience from purchase to move-in

This experience has taught us to buy a resale moving forward.

Our initial DiVosta sales person was not responsive at all but eventually was replaced with a very good one. There were 'supply chain" long waits for materials to arrive. In one instance the material arrived and disappeared overnight, lengthening the build time. Our project manager was very good at communicating with us, and he was responsive to addressing any concerns that arose during the build. There were incentives during the build that would have lowered our cost but we were in included in them. Had we been, we would have rated the value for the price paid higher. The initial purchasing sales person and process was good. There was a major delay in completing the villa due to many circumstances. Unfortunately the communication during that time was not always trustworthy. I simply wanted to know the reason for delays. It seemed that no one was willing to step up and just give me the true facts. It wasn't until the construction was fired that I finally met the new construction manager Dan who was very honest and did a good job finishing the villa within my timeframe. The final walk through went ok however manuals for appliances were stuffed into a cabinet drawer with no explanation. Also when we picked up the key a packet of information was simply handed to us with no explanation about any of the contents. It seemed like the sales guy didn't want to be bothered. I am very disappointed that I was charged an amenity fee of $3000 along with monthly dues and there is no center and no indication of when it will be completed. Every quarter we are told the next quarter. This is really a bad business practice. This should be a major priority because it is what we were promised and what we are paying for. With regard to warranty issues. We have major issues with the sheetrock installation that I am sure will get worse. We have a plumbing issue that is still not resolved. Our refrigerator needs new doors that are on back order. The washing machine stopped working and we are waiting for it to be fixed. We never received any touch up paint for the villa. I'm sure there will be more issues with this villa. It will be interesting to see if someone from corporate reads and responds to this review. My guess is no one will even respond. This purchase was a little difficult along the process but ultimately worth it. I do believe there were too many hands involved in the process, from builder to finance to closing, all part of the Pulte organization. The home itself is beautiful. It is not the high quality Devosta home I own in Naples Fl. It needs the fine tuning that I’m doing now with outside contractors. It will be primo when I’m done, but Devosta gave us a quality produce to work with. Thankyou for that.

John, our Construction Manager is wonderful. From the first time we met, he was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable. We have had some minor issues, as with any new build, and John has been very helpful. He responds within minutes to calls or texts, and immediately gets issues resolved. He even responds on weekends and in the evenings! He has been a Godsend!!

It was quite a painful experience. Unresponsive upper management who directed their efforts to build their spec homes and neglected the already contracted homes. Delays after delays, blaming it on Covid then on workforce then on materials. Meantime they built numerous spec homes that started a year after I bought mine. The house was not completely finished but I had to close because of rate lock issues. Six weeks after closing there are still electric wires hanging out of walls and ceiling, the front door cannot be securely locked and none of the punch list is completed….This isn’t what I expected from this builder. ... We had an exceptional experience with Divosta. Bill our assigned Construction Manager is amazing and Debra in Sales is a Rock Star!!! We love our home.

Too many delays with closing.

We couldn’t be more happy with our home! It is absolutely breathtaking! We did wait a long time for it to be built with Covid and the hurricane, the supply chain and shortage on workers, but, it was totally worth the wait! Our home was quality built and it is amazing to live in! Can’t see ourselves ever moving out of this one!!

The communication process throughout the construction process was excellent. There were some small workmanship issues but, to date, Divosta has taken care of said issues promptly and without issue.

Our construction manager Patrick and our salesperson Jessica were great to work with. Also, Gene with the customer care warranty department was awesome. That being said, there are many things that we feel could be improved on. The hand applied texture on the walls looks sloppy. The bathroom door in the water closet is too big for the size of the room. We are still waiting for Whirlpool to replace our refrigerator door as 4 people have already looked at it and now they have to order a door. It won't be in until early August. This issue was pointed out in early May. There are still seams visible in the ceilings throughout. We paid $40,000 for impact glass and there are scratches and marks between the glass. The screens in the pool cage have openings. We have had the plumber come out because our kitchen sink was gurgling when we ran water in the master bath. We were told it was because we use Charmin toilet paper. That's absurd! All of these items either have been or will be put on our punch list as we go along. ... More

I’m still trying to have outstanding items resolved. Having to constantly follow-up, contractors not showing up as scheduled with no follow-up. This has been putting a strain on my work schedule.when a contractor does show up, we find out that the work order is partial complete creating additional follow up from my end. Unfortunately not the experience I was expecting or hoping for. Maria

Despite setbacks during Covid and supply chain issues, our home turned out beautiful and we’re very pleased with it.

I am happy with my purchase. There are some issues that need to be addressed, and we will wait to see if that happens. Most disappointed in the landscaping company (SunnyGrove) and in the amount of trash the construction crew leaves everywhere. I am also upset that the amenity center is not open and doesn't seem to have a date to open. This was one of the main reasons I chose this community.

The builder takes the time to build an amazing shell then totally lets you down on the interior finish...just horrible!

The experience was great once Patrick became my construction manager. DiVosta delivered the WOW!
