Excellent service from start to finish. In the end they will make it all right and listen to needs and fix it.

Our salesperson/designer was terrific. Answered all our questions & was helpful & responsive.

We were disappointed with the tile. The trade installed the tile beautifully, but used many chipped tiles. DiVosta is having the issue repaired. The painters have some pretty big drips. Other than that, we are very happy with our home and the building process.

Overall a great experience through the build process. Pulte offers a comprehensive approach from construction to financing and home insurance. Their team has been very responsive to our warranty needs thus far as well.

The quality of the materials used and the responsiveness of the corporate staff in handling the closing deserves 5 stars. Thus far, the followup on warranty issues have been steady, but slow. We've been here 6 weeks and only 5 of the 10 items to be fixed have been fixed. There are 2 design/installation flaws: the hallway light needs 2 switches, not one; and all of the toilet paper holders should have been installed, at the very least, inline with the leading edge of the toilet itself so that you don't have to be an accomplished contortionist to twist your upper torso 90 degrees to get at the toilet paper. Meanwhile, the Whirlpool Washer and Dryer looks great from a design perspective. The top panels of both machines are shaped like the wings of a Boeing 737 Max. These machines look like they are aerodynamically ready to take off. Unfortunately, the only thing that takes off would be the laundry basket. When you put a basket on this wing-shaped airfoil, the basket will slide down the curvature and onto the ground. Thus, form and function have absolutely no practical relationship here whatsoever. Watching all the sub contractors as they build homes around us - they are forever measuring everything they do which shows in the home. We have been told DiVOSTA is one of the top builders in Florida and we feel completely safe with the high impact Windows and special weather coating they apply to the homes before they do the final painting! We look forward to living in our home for years to come.

This was our first time building a new home and we absolutely loved the experience and the new home that DiVosta built for us. Our sales lady Andrea was amazing and our field manager Andrew was exceptional. Since the closing our customer care rep Debra has also been very responsive and accommodating to resolving any issues. My only complaint is with the quality of the worksmanship. There were more issues to resolve after closing than we expected and some of the issues were really surprising for them to have missed such as misplaced lighting, damaged tiles and damaged windows. However they have been great about resolving them so we are happy. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone for their new home purchase. ... More

Friendly to work with even after closing. My only complaint is the amount of garbage blowing around the community from ongoing construction of homes such as lunch wrappings and building material wrappings. I'm constantly finding garbage in my landscaping.

Great quality home for the price. DiVosta was easy to work work. The Lakes at Waterside village is beautifully landscaped for a very serene atmosphere.

Our home was finished earlier then originally planned. The builder was informative and available.

We feel confident in saying Divosta is about workmanship, and their team is very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend them.

I really enjoy the community. The home is well built with great craftsmanship.

Home buying experience was excellent! Design and options experience with Joan was outstanding. Build experience with Nick was also excellent, although you do have to watch the build as we corrected several mistakes with our project manager during the build. Recommend viewing the build on Sundays when construction crews are not working. Overall, we worked with quality people who were professionals.

Every part of our experience was fantastic. Tim made sure the house was ready for us to move in by taking care of all last minute tweaks and repairs. The cleaning crew left it immaculate. And Jimmy has been incredibly responsive to us when we needed only a few minor items repaired after closing. We are so happy with everything.

Moved in around March 24, 2020 just when corona virus hit....all worked out well and everyone at Divosta assisted in accomplishing a few items that need attention. All in all a great experience...

I would highly recommend purchasing a Divosta home. I purchased my villa in Hammock Preserve and closed in April 2020. The process was easy and the team of representatives are extremely professional and excellent to work with. I love my home and I feel like I made a very good decision!

Wonderful floorplans and upgrade choices

This is the third home we have built with DiVosta and couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, great experience.

Excellent quality built. Assigned Field Manager was great, knowledgeable and had concerns fixed promptly. Options are a bit pricy and altering a purchased usually is not permitted.

We were fortunate to have a great site supervisor, Joe, who kept a watchful eye over every little detail of the build as we were in Michigan during the whole process. When we arrived for the walk thru we were blown away by the details that had all been taken care of. I feel the only negative of the whole experience was the short window we had to decide on all the details of our home and the few choices we were given. To plan your whole home in two hours was not an experience I felt that warranted the amount of money we were spending.

We basically have no qualifications in the building industry. We leaned on the experts at The Veranda. Having just moved in, 2 months, we had a problem with the air conditioner that was promptly taken care of. We have a problem with our pool heater, which has not been taken care of. We, like many other people, wonder what happens after the sale. When we were buying, the service was excellent. Starting with Lisa, our salesperson, to Adam, our project manager, we were very happy and satisfied. The verdict is still out on the subcontractors and how they will handle any issues that may arise.

The experience with DiVosta has been wonderful so far. Torrey Made the process easy and kept us informed of progress. Out field managers Nathan and Arron have been extremely responsive. Grate experience!!
