Great experience, as a first time new construction homeowner. While the process is very intensive- it was not difficult. I appreciate the level of support provided to me.

Divosta/Pulte is systematically creating an entire neighborhood roads and all! They must be completing 5 new perfect homes a month!

Some product have to be replaced

Overall we had a good experience. Happy for the most part with the finished product. For the experience to be great I would have liked for the construction manager to deliver on what he promised. Final walkthrough items were not addressed prior to closing and instead passed on to customer service process. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Thankfully the follow from customer service has been ok also not great. Delays in completion have been experienced due to holidays etc.

Alex our realtor and jesus our project manager were amazing throughout. Very helpful answering our questions and sending pictures. Jesus still is very responsive and we closed 10/25.

The builder and colleagues were up front and well informed

We selected a "move in ready" home and it indeed was...down to the last detail. We were paired with a project manager who has been a Plus in terms of responsiveness. So far, our feeling is that DiVosta Homes sold us a well built home in a lovely, sought after community. We look forward to spending many years here.

I loved having a field manager who was informative, available and went over and above on several occasions.

I would say that 90% of the house was great when we moved in. The other issues such as poorly finished drywall spots, an electrical circuit that wasn’t working, a few places of missing grout and paint issues are being addressed. The response of the warranty representative has been superb but the trades are difficult to pin down to get the corrections done. The structure is well built and we are pleased with the construction and timing. The down side of DiVosta being able to deliver a house so quickly is that the trades are here every day, even Sunday so there is always construction noise in the neighborhood. ... More

Great experience and quality build

Brent our salesman made the whole experience so much fun. Sent drone pictures as the house was built.

my Building supervisor has been wonderful and responsive however, the work request have not been resolved. I know he has tried to get the proper people to follow up and it’s out of his hands but we need some things done. It’s the pool people, we haven’t had them come give us the “pool school” hitch we have to have as we’ve never owned a pool before and have no idea what we need to do to take care of it or what materials we need to have to do so. Also there is a tree/bush that was dead when we’ve moved in that still hasn’t been replaced. I know Jeff has put in the order so it’s out of his hands. Other than that anything we’ve needed taken care of in the house, Jeff has taken care of in a timely manner. We also wish that we had options to have lighting and fans installed as we are unable to do so ourselves. But we love the house and neighborhood and look forward to many years of comfort here! ... A dedicated builder with core focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Divosta was with us side by side guiding us on what home suited our budget and then building the home to the specifications that suited us. We are extremely pleased with the entire process and most of all the final product of our home. Divosta has certainly lived up to the high quality their brand demands.

Our experience with Divosta was excellent, especially with our construction manager Vincent. We are extremely satisfied with purchase and feel we got good value for the price we paid. Our only complaint is the warranty department. Our customer care representative is terrible at responding to emails. When I send an email I wait one week for a response, if I don't get a response I resend the same email, sometimes more than once before I get a response. We have a pool and we are experiencing the same with the pool punch list, it has been over six weeks and the no items have been addressed on our original punch list. This is extremely frustrating, I feel now that we have closed we have been hung out to dry on our warranty items. This is the second home we have purchased from Divosta, our first purchase was in Naples and we got great customer service from the warranty department. This experience is unfortunate and will affect our decision to purchase any more properties from Divosta. ... More

Sales department was really good. So was our construction manager. The finish work is below average!! Love the community!!

Our driveway and sidewalk were damaged via a dumpster put on our new driveway after construction by builder. Not yet fixed….. Trim missing by hood over stove… Damaged front gutter… Have appointment with supervisor coming up.

A good experience and was always informed by the construction manager Monica. She was very professional and provided a good exchange when I closed.

Relatively easy sale everything was done electronically.

We recommend Divosta for your first, second, or third home build. They are very helpful and attentive. Samantha was a pleasure to deal with. Justin our construction manager has been hands-on and extremely attentive before and after we closed. Megan and Kenny from the lending team were also excellent and assisted us with every question we had prior to the close of the home.

More space nice home
