The sales person went above and beyond to make this deal happen

All the people we worked with with great and responded quickly to any concerns. The only downside to the process the Pulte loan process (submitting the information 10 times in 6 months) and the amount of garbage lying around house during construction.

Divosta/Pulte is systematically creating an entire neighborhood roads and all! They must be completing 5 new perfect homes a month!

Some product have to be replaced

This is my second home with DiVosta and the whole buying experience was great again.

This was our first new home purchase in Florida and our first interaction with DiVosta. From the purchase, through the build and the final inspection, we were thrilled with the quality of service we received. We did have issues with their associated title company - PGP Title but, all was resolved in the end.

Overall we had a good experience. Happy for the most part with the finished product. For the experience to be great I would have liked for the construction manager to deliver on what he promised. Final walkthrough items were not addressed prior to closing and instead passed on to customer service process. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Thankfully the follow from customer service has been ok also not great. Delays in completion have been experienced due to holidays etc.

Alex our Project Manager was on top of ongoing building discrepancies which gave us a feel of trust during our build. Andy, the gentleman who helps after the build, has been wonderful to deal with as well. He always responds to minor issues that have occurred during or soon after the build of our home. So we're grateful that we had Alex as our Project Manager and Andy as Divosta Warranty Manager. Also there is another gentleman I would like to acknowledge, his name is Ed and he also has been very helpful in making minor repairs to the home. Alex our realtor and jesus our project manager were amazing throughout. Very helpful answering our questions and sending pictures. Jesus still is very responsive and we closed 10/25.

Nice home in great neighborhood, good amenities, not major problems, just cosmetic, hoping all will be fix soon so we can relax in our beautiful home.

A great home building experience from sales stage to after the sale punch list.

Excellent follow up and responsiveness. Ken was great on follow up Tile work , kitchen was superb. A little dissatisfied with some sheet rock and painting Issues but these were resolved quickly by Ken’s leadership Felt a little rushed with the closing date. Feel they needed another week or 2 to make things perfect

It was a pleasure working with the whole team. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Delivered on promises. Built exactly as designed. Minor issues were promptly fixed. Warranty support is above expactation so far.

Every step of the way starting with the sales agent Alex to Brian the finance guy, Linda the lab officer, Jesus and Tony everyone was amazing on communication, follow up and actually getting things done. The house built well and you get what you expect.

We have some issues that need attention. I known we’re not the only one, but it seems like it’s taking a long time for someone to get these things done.

More space nice home

Our experience with DiVost Homes went well. As with everyone else during these times; we experienced delays that were not expected. DiVosta has been great in keeping us up to date on expectations and were able to set a closing date and were able to ensure that we closed on said date. I would recommend anyone about to undergo building a new home to expect delays and have some patience.

We’ve had a 5 star experience with DiVosta from the sales center to the design center and finally the actual quality of the home’s construction. Follow up has been very good, especially before turnover. Our only complaint has been a slower than expected follow up on a few post-closing punch list items, but no major issues since the list was very short. Overall we are super happy with the entire experience!

Our experience with DiVosta has been exceptional from the start. Jesus our construction manager and Chuck our sales agent gave us reqular updates on the construction process with photos, explanations of what comes next, time tables etc. The home was finished within a week of the promised date. The communication from both Jesus and Chuck was often and answered promptly with a couple tours of the construction to show how it was proceeding and the quality of material they were using.. The orientation (aka Celebration) was very thorough, and follow up items were communicated promptly to our Customer Service Representative, Katie. Just waiting on a few minor issues to be corrected so was unable to give 5 stars on "Responsiveness to issues". ... More

My only disappointment is that the cabinets are kind of on the chinchy side. Other than that - the staff is AMAZING and responsive and I love love LOVE my new home
