Great house, quality work and very fast build (3 months)!

Auston and Joe were absolutely outstanding and supportive through my entire build process. Dan D has been outstanding since in his role. Thank you to everyone for your continued dedication to making these homes as perfect as can be.

Overall, we have no regrets about moving to Beachwalk. It’s a well-built, beautiful community with great access to the beach and excellent amenities. However, we were very disappointed with the sales and build process. During the sales process, we were told the build would be completed in March, which fit our timeline. Immediately after paying our deposit, the completion date was moved up to mid-January. Our construction manager later told us that the sales team knew the actual build timelines (we would have picked another unit). We also discovered that the sales team had misrepresented the pricing of our unit. In addition, the construction manager left a warranty item unresolved that should have been fixed prior to closing, which required considerable time and effort on my part to address. There was no reason to leave us dealing with damaged appliances that clearly could have been replaced before closing. In summary, our experience with DiVosta lacked transparency, and it often felt like they would say whatever was necessary to secure the sale. While we’re happy with our decision to purchase at Beachwalk, the purchase and build process was unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I even asked for someone to contact me about these issues and never received a response, which reflected a lack of consideration and care from the builder. ... More

We like the neighborhood and landscaping. But the quality is a little low. The drywall is terrible and the paint is like chalk.

Overall, positive experience. Technicalities of sales contact, mortgage process and closing were superior. This is a spec house and quality of sinks, tubs, cabinets, appliances not what I would expected from a $1.2M home but I working through replacements and enhancements. Also, we missed an appt (apparently a one-time appointment opportunity through walk-through) with fridge repairman and have been frustrated making new appointment -- 20+ minute wait on phone. I would have to say quality of refrigerator is the most distressing. Thanks for reading.

Adam and Julio were fantastic to work with. They kept us in the know and addressed the issues within their scope.

We lived in Oklahome during the building process. Jake, our construction manager, was extremely informative throught out the building process. Not only did he email us with updates, but also we had zoom meeting to reveiw stages of the build.

From our first meeting with Jessica to our last meeting with our contractor Shaun, it was a breeze. They both were very knowledgeable and instructing. Their professionalism and dedication to our build was amazing. We received thousands of dollars in upgrades and the amenities package, wow. Why would you live anywhere else?

From the dishonesty of the sales team about expectations and what’s included to the horrendous workmanship of ALL aspects of the build; I would never recommend a Pulte hone. What a disappointment. DiVosta used to have a great reputation as a builder however since they’ve merged there is no quality control and they hire the most unskilled workers to build these expensive homes. And they don’t stand by there warranty. Pulte determines what needs to be fixed and are not aligned with what a customer and owner of the home feels needs to be replaced. Run don’t walk away from a Pulte home !!!

Never use Coast to Coast, the worst experience ever! Very unprofessional rude and DiVosta let this happen. Why I have no idea. Must be a family member or BFF. the reviews were terrible about Coast to Coast and I did not believe it, I would never use them again and given our experience I would probably never use DiVosta / Pulte again or recommend them.

Hello I’m currently satisfied with the overall construction of the home as well as my construction mgr. However I’m very dissatisfied with the sales and selling agent. I signed my contract on a Saturday and went back Sunday to move a sink from the garage to laundry room and I was denied! I think there should be some flexibility for the first few days, buyer satisfaction should be paramount! Also I was told the construction storage area for regency “bone yard” across the “lake” behind my house would be gone upon closing. It’s a disgusting eyesore there are at least 12 large containers… If I had known that I possibly would have picked a different lot! No one seems to know the time frame for it to be removed and cleaned up. Ty ... More

Neither buying nor selling (our last house) has been a terrible experience, especially with the abject stupidity of Divosta. Things have been constantly breaking or in need of some sort of remediation (on an almost daily basis). Their shortsightedness is both costly to them and the buyer. Costly Items that I did not want, I had to buy, then uninstall them and replace them with what I did want, of course I paid for the uninstallation then paid again to install the items I did want, necessitating the same workmen twice They were happy - me not so much). How in any universe is this cost efficient? I am not referring to 5 & dime items, but items costing many thousands of dollars. The ultimate cookie cutters. I loved my first Divosta home so much, I bought a second. Great quality and workmanship and beautifully designed. My builder, Amy, is a top notch professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always responsive to my questions.

Completely unorganized, one sided and unprepared for anything from purchase to closing and transition into the development.

Overall, the purchase experience was very good. The sales and design center teams were extremely helpful and professional. The construction process was efficient with updates provided on a timely basis. The DiVosta portal really helped with the home design process and keeping track of the construction phases. The Pulte portal made the closing process very easy.

We purchased in Dec moved in in January even with construction going on across the street everything is clean and neat. Even the noise level is low the quality of the building is great and our project manager Pat was fantastic. Can wait to spend more time there!

We are very happy with our new home! Especially happy with the project manager and warranty superintendent . Very patient and thorough making sure that everything was done properly and that we were very happy with everything. They also made sure that we knew how to use all of the smart features on our home.

I had a great experience. I did buy a spec home. It is beautiful and I love it. I love this neighborhood, I’ve made a lot of new friends.

Everyone we worked with was truly so intentional and amazing. Zorinel and Amy were the best and went above and beyond. With some minor issues after moving in, Raul has been so quick with fixing things and always following up.

happy with the house and the experience. onsite construction manager was terrific...house is very well built and appliances are top shelf had some initial issues with design center which they have now addressed and are fixing later this spring.... all other minor problems fixed in a timely manner.... wish primary bedroom in Scarlet was on first floor and there was a separate golf cart garage.... very happy with purchase

The home looks lovely overall. Our disappointment is with the somewhat sloppy finishes, e.g. paint spatters on the floor, fixtures & outlet covers, inconsistent appearance of textured walls, excess grout in spots. These minor blemishes were only noticed after occupying the house for several weeks. We don't understand why painting is done last. We wish we knew water filters/softeners are advisable in southwest Florida as we found it necessary and a hassle to have it installed retrospectively due to the HOA requirements. Our salesperson, Jon, kept us informed throughout the process. Our site construction manager, Fabio, was very communicative, helpful, and attentive to our issues and questions. Our customer care manager, Kevin, has been timely in following up on our post-closing minor issues. ... More
