The quality of the building appears to be excellent. My experiences with the process was average.

Well I build with this builder before and I was please. The second time ihave issued with microwave in kitchen I was not told I was getting a hotel microwave so I question it I was told we cannot do nothing.I had to go out and buy my own not good still waiting for cover for old microwave the manager inI charge did not even reach out to me .that not good customer service

Closing delayed by two months due to construction management issues.

People are helpful and professional but the trades Take too long to correct mistaked

This has been the first time we built a home and it was an overall good experience. We like the fact that is builder had many floor plans that suited us.

Sales staff were attentive at first, but not as much after we signed the contract. Construction manager was outstanding throughout the build process and even after closing making sure all punch list items were taken care of promptly.

Our project manager Scott was very helpful and on point!!! Excellent

Foreman was very good once he was able to get engaged. We were told the house was coded a spec and he had no buyer. Joe was very responsive and tried to stay within company rules and yet still meet our needs. Once suggestion, somehow electronically share the foreman's list of pending corrections or punch list with a buyer so they can see what things are on his radar with planned date. Right now, my final review could be higher after my punch list is completed.. That is to occur Aug 8-9 and we are returning to FL for that.

The craftmanship in the construction of my home was very good. The negative aspect is in reference to detail and quality with the sub-contractors like the cabinets. I also did not like how they covered the garage floor to protect from damage. It turned the cement floor black!

We love our new home snd community. The building experience was easy, and our construction supervisor was amazing and responsive. The materials available to chose from i the design center and some of the home styling elements are outdated! Wish options and materials were more on current trend. Landscaping throughout the community is also very poor compared to most gated communities in PBC- not sure why lawns and common areas look so bad!

It’s a pretty hands off process, but they are willing to keep you as informed and educated as you want to be.

PM was great to deal with during difficult times with subs and materials due to Covid. They only give you 30 days to find problems which is not enough time because of moving delays and issues. They do have a one year warranty on structural items.

The actual build experience was good. Our construction super, Bill Novels, was excellent. Good follow through and communication. The problem we're having now is the follow through on items that were not done properly the first time. It seems like it takes weeks to get any follow up. I wish I could say that all the issues were minor, bit for example we have a large bump out on the wall in the master bath. It's on the side wall of the vanity and it sticks out about 3/4 of an inch. We can't have a mirror installed until it's fixed. Additionally the quality of the workmanship was fair at best. We had paint splatter all over the tile floor, the master bath vanity lights were not centered over the sink, the exhaust over the stove doesn't work, there's a cabinet door in the master bath with a hinge missing a part, the front door was missing the top hinge pin and the bypass doors in the third bedroom closet are installed improperly. We are out of town right now and the drywallers wanted to come, after waiting since March 27. I'm hoping when we get back that all these issues can be fixed. Once they have your money, the love ends

Your representatives were very responsive until the day of closing. Since then, promises made are so far just promises. We are also hearing similar complaints from our new neighbors. Not really big issues, but we get the unmistakable feeling that now you have our money, your concern about our approval is less important. We have not been contacted by Aragon pools ever, after a few phone calls to them.

They do well communicating regarding timelines

The home is beautiful! Non working toilet. Microwave pours out smoke. Windows don’t open. Waiting for correct refrigerator. Drywall and paint demonstrate poor workmanship. Requested tub with whirlpool. Denied. Required to purchase a tub I am unable to use. Sink drains do not hold water. Pulte Homes is trying to help with mechanical issues.

Very good initial experience with salesrep. Field manager kept us well informed during build process. But seemed they rushed through the final finishes to close before year end. Now we’re working through list of repairs that in our opinion should have been completed by builder before the close. They drove the ball down the field 95 yards but gave up on the 5 yard line ...

I felt that they provided a nice selection things to choose from for a track housing development

Great building experience...no major issues along the way and minor issues were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, our warranty experience has not been the same. We closed months ago, and not all items on our 30 day list have even been scheduled to be fixed via the warranty department. They have addressed some items but others are still pending

When the wind blows, the vents on the the roof make a lot of noise. I told the company about it but they said there was nothing they could do to correct it. Disappointed to say the least.

From the outset our experience with DiVosta sales department was very favorable. Thoroughly knowledgeable with various models and related features. Very helpful in deciding which model was best for us without undo pressure. Very responsive to our questions and contacts. Initial contract signing went smoothly. During the design review and selection of options we did experience a rather frustrating issue with the kitchen cabinets. Although we had selected a specific cabinet in the initial quote (off-white) we were told during the design review that they were discontinued. However, they were confident they would be able to secure them. Two days later we were advised that the cabinets could not obtained and that a white cabinet was the only alternative. This was totally unacceptable to my wife and only after repeated exchanges, a suitable off-white kitchen cabinet was identified and subsequently installed. Our most frustrating experience relates to Pulte Mortgage. Although most of the people we interfaced with were pleasant enough, the mortgage approval process was not. Repeated and redundant requests for documents, statements and financial records seemed totally unnecessary and burdensome. On a more positive note, the construction manager was very professional and responsive throughout the process. Helpful and informative with describing the various construction processes and building techniques. The quality of our home once we closed clearly reflects his knowledge, experience and oversight. ... More
