Was impressed with the amount of quality control. Not only Collier Co inspections, then you also did inspections. We are very happy with the quality.

Everything was easy and on time.

This is the fourth house we've built with DiVosta, and have always found them to produce a good product. Our home is comfortable and well-built. We have the whole house done in tile on the diagonal and the tile work is beautiful. Great job by the tile person! The best part of living in the community is the wonderful people - very friendly and cordial.

Never close on your house until everything is completed in your house and that you have all your appliances. Zero follow through after you close. Still waiting on my refrigerator after 7 weeks so I called Whirlpool and the told me it will be 4 more months before I can get one that I paid extra for. Call after call to resolve issues and nobody does anything but pass the buck.

The building process went very smoothly and they stuck to their timeline

I love my new home. Construction is A+. Neighborhood is great.

Divosta are a friendly team but that doesn’t fix the quality workmanship… When building make sure you visit the site on a weekly basis. Especially before drywall goes up!! Lots of the structure are not installed square. When inspecting everything make sure to take a speed square and a 4 foot level. We have been in our place for 2 months and they are still fixing things. Hope this helps.

It’s a pretty hands off process, but they are willing to keep you as informed and educated as you want to be.

Pros: Very well built homes. I was remote so I loved being kept up to date on the home build via drone pics sent by the sales rep B.M. The completion of the punchlist after the initial walk-thru was complete and timely prior to closing......well done! I love the post close customer service assignment. Great to have someone committed to issue follow-up. Not all builders offer this. Love the landscape packaging offer...both design and installation, as well as the maintenance plan. Improvement opportunities: The overall completion was a a bit delayed from the original promise date, but probably to be expected in a pandemic and weather challenges with a winter delivery. Question response time was a little delayed at times I believe due to this being a desired community and maybe understaffed to handle the volume? A bit of back and forth with builder mortgage company (Pulte Mortgage) on getting loan approval finalized....came down to the wire just before closing (March 2021) even though we started the process in October 2020. In the end it all worked out, but knowing loan is final approved way in advance would be less stress. ... More

We have been very pleased with our purchase of a DiVosta Home. The quality of the workmanship is good. We have had a few issues that need to be attended to after moving in and living in the environment, this is to be expected. We have had decent response from DiVosta Customer Service when we have an issue that needs to be fixed. We have had to make a few follow -up calls, but then the repair is scheduled. The service of the repairmen is great and they are always very pleasant to deal with.

PM was great to deal with during difficult times with subs and materials due to Covid. They only give you 30 days to find problems which is not enough time because of moving delays and issues. They do have a one year warranty on structural items.

The home was delivered on time and workmanship is generally excellent

The actual build experience was good. Our construction super, Bill Novels, was excellent. Good follow through and communication. The problem we're having now is the follow through on items that were not done properly the first time. It seems like it takes weeks to get any follow up. I wish I could say that all the issues were minor, bit for example we have a large bump out on the wall in the master bath. It's on the side wall of the vanity and it sticks out about 3/4 of an inch. We can't have a mirror installed until it's fixed. Additionally the quality of the workmanship was fair at best. We had paint splatter all over the tile floor, the master bath vanity lights were not centered over the sink, the exhaust over the stove doesn't work, there's a cabinet door in the master bath with a hinge missing a part, the front door was missing the top hinge pin and the bypass doors in the third bedroom closet are installed improperly. We are out of town right now and the drywallers wanted to come, after waiting since March 27. I'm hoping when we get back that all these issues can be fixed. And one last thing, when are the refrigerators coming in? The loaner we have is terrible. ... More

Been living in my home for almost 2 months now. Received a call that our gas range was being delivered, no one told us that the one we already had was not the correct one. Gas range was delivered and couldnt be connected so now it is sitting in my living room. Also, my FPL account is sitting in limbo because there was no inspection in the beginning which is required for service to be activated. We were told lies from the beginning and now things are still a mess. Horrible experience!

Overall great house for the money , whole construction / sales team was good , quality is very good So far very happy

This was our first home build. What should have been an exciting time ended up being very disappointing. We had little communication and site manager changes as well as faulty equipment installed in our home. Now we can’t get the fridge we paid for and no one is helping us find a resolution. Very upsetting.

Over all from start to finish Divosta was amazing. Alex & Jesus were great and made the whole experiance easy and seamless.

Jeremy was fabulous at answering all of calls and texts throughout the months are home was being built. Lisa was fabulous with helping us decide that Veranda was the neighborhood we wanted to build in! She took her time to sit down with us and discuss the design options which we did not get from other neighborhood builders! Vanessa at pgp title was very accommodating when it came to my mom being our realtor and providing us with specific closing requests. We are so happy with our home
