The home is beautiful! Non working toilet. Microwave pours out smoke. Windows don’t open. Waiting for correct refrigerator. Drywall and paint demonstrate poor workmanship. Requested tub with whirlpool. Denied. Required to purchase a tub I am unable to use. Sink drains do not hold water. Pulte Homes is trying to help with mechanical issues.

Very good initial experience with salesrep. Field manager kept us well informed during build process. But seemed they rushed through the final finishes to close before year end. Now we’re working through list of repairs that in our opinion should have been completed by builder before the close. They drove the ball down the field 95 yards but gave up on the 5 yard line ...

I felt that they provided a nice selection things to choose from for a track housing development

Great building experience...no major issues along the way and minor issues were quickly resolved. Unfortunately, our warranty experience has not been the same. We closed months ago, and not all items on our 30 day list have even been scheduled to be fixed via the warranty department. They have addressed some items but others are still pending

When the wind blows, the vents on the the roof make a lot of noise. I told the company about it but they said there was nothing they could do to correct it. Disappointed to say the least.

From the outset our experience with DiVosta sales department was very favorable. Thoroughly knowledgeable with various models and related features. Very helpful in deciding which model was best for us without undo pressure. Very responsive to our questions and contacts. Initial contract signing went smoothly. During the design review and selection of options we did experience a rather frustrating issue with the kitchen cabinets. Although we had selected a specific cabinet in the initial quote (off-white) we were told during the design review that they were discontinued. However, they were confident they would be able to secure them. Two days later we were advised that the cabinets could not obtained and that a white cabinet was the only alternative. This was totally unacceptable to my wife and only after repeated exchanges, a suitable off-white kitchen cabinet was identified and subsequently installed. Our most frustrating experience relates to Pulte Mortgage. Although most of the people we interfaced with were pleasant enough, the mortgage approval process was not. Repeated and redundant requests for documents, statements and financial records seemed totally unnecessary and burdensome. On a more positive note, the construction manager was very professional and responsive throughout the process. Helpful and informative with describing the various construction processes and building techniques. Subcontractors who can do quality work, but it usually required that someone is watching closely. Once the closing date is set, everyone rushes and you end up with a long punch-list of minor items.

So far the experience has been very good. Since we have not been able to occupy our new home yet we can't make a completely accurate assessment on all aspects of the criteria listed above. There was one outstanding issue that has not been resolved yet (a damaged window screen).

List all of your concerns and report them to them to your project managers so they can be addressed. Many of the flaws will be a quick fix. The most urgent problems will be attended to first so they don't become a major issue in the future. When the staff plans to do a repair at your home, have them give you a scheduled date and time. This way you will be prepared to be at home and ready to assist if necessary.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. Cage company stated that having this as an option would not cause any planning/execution problems. Given the small distance between homes, this should have been available. 3. We spent $ 11,000 for the Gathering Room extension. The work was done but (a) the location of the dining room table chandelier was off-center by almost 2 feet per building code and the standard location of a table and a buffet, and (b) the dining room window was put in the wrong place given the design of the dining room area. We are still, after almost 2 months, waiting to have the light placement issue fixed. We are also waiting on hearing that several other issues have been resolved. 4. Extremely happy with our sales person. 5. Extremely happy with our project manager. 6. Very dissatisfied with our warranty person on the timing and communication re: our list of warranty issues especially the dining room. ... More

The sales agent and building supervisor were fantastic. Pulte cuts corners on quality and the landscaping they put in is poor for $500,000 + home. Their communities are very nice but KEEP an eye on your home while it is being built.

I think the inside paint could of being better quality,, every time there is a scuff mark on the wall and i try to clean it the paint rubs' off

New to the area. Bought when almost complete. Having trough getting someone out here to address a few issues. It all good till you close then then they disappear

This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

We were excited and eager to move into our new home at IslandWalk. However our disappointment started with a call from Pulte Mortgage indicating that that they needed a last minute form to close, with less than a week before our scheduled close. “We’re really busy right now,” was the explanation. Finally get keys to our dream home, and immediately notice the lack of attention to details: the final cleaning was terrible - dust and grout on tile floors, paint in carpet. Appliance handles were assembled without removing plastic - now we have scraps that we have to try to remove. CAT 6 outlets not labeled, garage door opener poorly wired. House was not ready to be moved into. It was not clean and many items that were suppose to be fixed were not. These issues were identified in the walk thru. We have built 4 houses and this one was the least ready. Follow up on issues has been good but some still remain unresolved. I understand given the times we are living in it will take additional time to resolve these issues.

Once the Building supervisor has completed his punch list and has turned it over to the warranty department good luck. Excuses then remedies

Our sales guy was great, field manager etc. very inflexible on the options and not enough time to decide on options. Follow up has been very good. Nicole and dime you on everything.

I love my new home but the post purchase and home delivery processes have been less than stellar. I expected better. The closing was nothing special, the delivery was "here are your keys - good luck", and the post delivery follow up has been almost non-existent.

We love our new home but find the response to fixing post move in / post closing issues to be very slow and have some "no shows" when work is scheduled. Would love a phone call even if appointment cannot be met and has to be cancelled and rescheduled.

Need to know what does not come home that you have to pay extra for

Building the home went very well. Field manager was great. The only thing that was not explain very well. I was made to understood that shower has a bench seat for $700 dollars. What I got was something that is useable ! My foot just about goes on it. Getting things fixed after moving has been slow but only have been in for 1 month and nothing from the walk through has not been corrected. They say they are working on it.

Main problem is cardboard on corner of master bathroom is still there and during walk through she said it would taken care of. Several problems on construction has been detected but was told to wait until the 11th month to report them. Also 7 or 8 bushes are dead in our landscaping
