The process went smoothly and we are happy with our new home.

I bought a model so I really didn't deal with the builder when they were building the home

The builder responds to our needs. We're able to reach them by phone or email without delay.

They do well communicating regarding timelines

This was our first time building a new home and we absolutely loved the experience and the new home that DiVosta built for us. Our sales lady Andrea was amazing and our field manager Andrew was exceptional. Since the closing our customer care rep Debra has also been very responsive and accommodating to resolving any issues. My only complaint is with the quality of the worksmanship. There were more issues to resolve after closing than we expected and some of the issues were really surprising for them to have missed such as misplaced lighting, damaged tiles and damaged windows. Overall, pleased with the result. Some of the subcontractors were sub-pay and slapdash in their haste.

We did the entire buying process virtually, due to travel restrictions with covid. Communication was very good throughout. It helped to have a friend in the community, who sent us weekly pictures of our home, as it was being built. Very happy at Islandwalk!

We love our new home! Any small issues we have had, it has been promptly resolved by our warranty service person, Tony. We have referred friends already.

Overall very pleased, some issues with pool that we are still dealing with almost 30 days after closing but I’m working directly with pool company and if not resolved I will go to Pulte. Pulte has been great to work with and being in the construction business I am impressed with how they are handling everything given the current challenges with COVID related delays and obstacles.

DiVosta does quality work in the timeframe they say it will be done and they truly care about your experience the whole way

1. Ceiling not taped and bedded correctly 2. Walls not straight 3. Floors re "peaking" 4. Door molding 1/4 inch from floor filled with caulk 5. Painting had many drips 6. Molding not painted correctly

The home is beautiful! Non working toilet. Microwave pours out smoke. Windows don’t open. Waiting for correct refrigerator. Drywall and paint demonstrate poor workmanship. Requested tub with whirlpool. Denied. Required to purchase a tub I am unable to use. Sink drains do not hold water. Pulte Homes is trying to help with mechanical issues.

All aspects of my home building experience was exceptional. Shaun and his team kept me updated and the final walk-through was well organized. I highly recommend DiVosta Homes to anyone looking for a quality home with a customer service oriented team - you won't be disappointed!

Great experience from our initial contact with Lisa Bigham to our final walk thru with Jeff, very smooth. The quality of materials used and workmanship was great.

Great local reputation as a builder helped us to make our decision to buy. They were very responsive, kept us updated and ensured we were satisfied during the sale, build and closure.

Very good initial experience with salesrep. Field manager kept us well informed during build process. But seemed they rushed through the final finishes to close before year end. Now we’re working through list of repairs that in our opinion should have been completed by builder before the close. They drove the ball down the field 95 yards but gave up on the 5 yard line ...

Outstanding experience from start to finish and the process was easy to understand. House was finished on schedule and we were happy with the results.

I have been very disappointed with our new home. They seem to rush through and not really care about the end product. Big disappointment.

The final prep work was hurried to meet a closing date and many items were not completed properly requiring follow up scheduling and homeowner time. Sixty days after closing, no items have been completed.

Friendly to work with even after closing. My only complaint is the amount of garbage blowing around the community from ongoing construction of homes such as lunch wrappings and building material wrappings. I'm constantly finding garbage in my landscaping.
