The house checked all the boxes: open, light, latest safety codes, hurricane windows, and lovely neighborhood

List all of your concerns and report them to them to your project managers so they can be addressed. Many of the flaws will be a quick fix. The most urgent problems will be attended to first so they don't become a major issue in the future. When the staff plans to do a repair at your home, have them give you a scheduled date and time. This way you will be prepared to be at home and ready to assist if necessary.

Ceilings & walls need to be taped in kitchen and living and dining room, Floors need to be cleaned and grout has three colors. We haven't put any furniture in yet because the floors were (are) a mess. Counter is falling apart and has big scratches, The sliding door was Caulked so it doesn't go into the pocket, Tiles in the bath room need to be Caulked. The gutters need to be added in the corners. had 21 things on the list.

light fixture in master bathroom not working properly .... chips on top edge of stationary glass panel in shower stall ... sliding glass door not fully caulked .... drawers in kitchen cabinet not level !!!! wall for stairway not straight and the list goes on very disappointed !!!! by the way the money I paid for this home was perfect had on defects nor did it need any corrections

on time delivery!

This is our second Pulte home. We were very pleased with Dominic during our sales process and Shaun during construction. Our new home is beautiful and suits our lifestyle very well.

My field supervisor has been attentive to me and my needs. Easy to talk too. My home appears to be a great quality home so far. Very happy.

If you are buying home from Divosta/Pulte - find your own title company, because they will charge you for title insurance. But actually you don't need title insurance with a brand new house. Low quality of kitchen cabinets

Home buying experience was excellent! Design and options experience with Joan was outstanding. Build experience with Nick was also excellent, although you do have to watch the build as we corrected several mistakes with our project manager during the build. Recommend viewing the build on Sundays when construction crews are not working. Overall, we worked with quality people who were professionals.

1. Recommend an option for pool and spa railings. Given the age of the community, it was mind-boggling to my wife and I that this was not available. We now have to go out and arrange to have done at more cost than if it were completed when the pool/spa was built. 2. We spend $ 1,200 after closing to change-out side pool cage screening to privacy screening. This also should be an option that would have saved us some money. Cage company stated that having this as an option would not cause any planning/execution problems. Given the small distance between homes, this should have been available. 3. We spent $ 11,000 for the Gathering Room extension. The work was done but (a) the location of the dining room table chandelier was off-center by almost 2 feet per building code and the standard location of a table and a buffet, and (b) the dining room window was put in the wrong place given the design of the dining room area. We are still, after almost 2 months, waiting to have the light placement issue fixed. We are also waiting on hearing that several other issues have been resolved. 4. Extremely happy with our sales person. 5. Extremely happy with our project manager. 6. Every part of our experience was fantastic. Tim made sure the house was ready for us to move in by taking care of all last minute tweaks and repairs. The cleaning crew left it immaculate. And Jimmy has been incredibly responsive to us when we needed only a few minor items repaired after closing. We are so happy with everything.

Seemed to me that the base house was pretty basic and almost everything was considered an upgrade. Everything had to be done on their schedule with little to no consideration for us.

Great experience. Project supervisor was extremely helpful and responded to all our questions quickly.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. Windows were missing balance rods, customer service not responsive.

Had water damage from a roof leak. Subcontractor didn’t address problem for a few days. Aragon Pools has terrible customer service. Had pool issues that weren’t taken care of for a month.

Get an outside 3rd party home inspection. I did and we still have many outstanding issues that should have been addressed prior to closing.

Overall, a great experience.

Had issues the first day with AC, coil replaced. back again 2 weeks later with a freon leak. These things happen and they responded with some prodding because it was a weekend. First time we use washing machine the sewer line is plugged. again these things happen but should have been addressed before closing with any kind of quality control.

Our construction occurred during the COVID outbreak. Our building/field manager, Joe, worked closely with us as we were not able to travel to the house for our interim and celebration walk throughs. Joe face timed us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. A good experience during tough times.

More than helpful to purchase a home but come time to close there were many things not explained to me in the process so that when it was time to close I was left very disappointed that things were not the same as the model home I was shown. The quality of workmanship was less than par. The cabinetry I paid for an upgrade for all wood was thermafoil. The tile work was sloppy. The foundation is not level. The back yard is not graded properly and floods onto back patio. The pavers were chipped and broken. the gutters were smashed in on sides. The ac filter was filthy and so was the house. It was not professionally cleaned. The ATT conduit was missing and needed to be put in so that I could have phone and internet and tv. I had to wait three weeks with a temporary line that was installed around the perimer of my home which was cut twice by the lawn people. The lawn and construction people keep throwing trash on my lawn. The construction people were still using my water for hook up to another site for days after we closed. We recently wrapped up construction on a new house build in Mallory Park with DiVosta Homes and couldn’t be more pleased! From our sales experience with Vanessa, the build experience with David and the wonderful neighborhood culture we truly are excited to be part of Mallory Park!

Tim, our construction and quality build, reviewer, was very nice and response to all issues, we liked all his help and comments, pre-closing. He was also very helpful post closing. this was very important to us.
