We have been enjoying our beautiful new home.

New to the area. Bought when almost complete. Having trough getting someone out here to address a few issues. It all good till you close then then they disappear

Overall we are very happy with our new home by DiVosta.

Very poor job installing drywall, tile and wood trim. Foundation not flat. Cabinets came in beat up. Told up front they use wood 2X4 studs - not true unless you have a 2nd floor - they use metal - I would not have bought if I'd know that. 2 stars on trustworthiness because of that. So far they have been very good at correcting the deficiencies.

Overall, the design of the home is great. There were minor issues upon moving in that could be expected with a new home, however, customer service is horrible. Difficult people to deal with after purchasing - rude and seems to be condescending to women.

Moved in around March 24, 2020 just when corona virus hit....all worked out well and everyone at Divosta assisted in accomplishing a few items that need attention. All in all a great experience...

I’ve been waiting 15 years to get a Divosta Home since I first saw a model. After waiting for the right time and the right location, I finally got one! It’s a great home and well worth the wait. Great build. Great craftsmanship. Great customer service. We love our new home.

Great experience and quality build

The tiles are uneven. None of the outlets in the bathrooms work. Concrete drips are all over the floor. Beautiful home. Great neighborhood. Terrible consultant, Brent in particular is a used car salesman. The new manager of his is a very nice lady. She’s helpful. Look out for hidden fees.

I would highly recommend purchasing a Divosta home. I purchased my villa in Hammock Preserve and closed in April 2020. The process was easy and the team of representatives are extremely professional and excellent to work with. I love my home and I feel like I made a very good decision!

Everyone We encountered in this process of building our home were professional, friendly, and responsive; keeping us informed and staying on top of deadlines. Best of all, the communication lines were always open! They made it easy to build the home; especially considering we were not living in the same state while under construction! The builders started building our home at the end of October 2019. We visited and saw the progress on a weekly basis. Our project manager, Bill answered any questions we had via text or e-mail. Prior to the sheet rock going up, Bill took us through an in depth tour of how well our house was built and how DiVosta used quality materials to build these homes. Our home was finished and we closed April 3, 2020. We love the village and the people! The clubhouse is absolutely beautiful, as it has a hotel resort size pool and spa surrounded by palm trees. You actually feel like you’re on vacation every day of the week. We are also very pleased with the full-size gym and party/catering area. This is the 6th new property for us. The most expensive, but not the best by far. The general design is only average. The guest bath and closet are really small, but they're needed because there really isn't room for two in the master bath and closet. There was only a single towel bar, so perhaps it's a home for one person. The shower has no comfort features. Curb appeal outweighs the actual product. It might be better not to ask for this feedback.

Very happy with our new home

Extremely dissatisfied with how DiVosta has handled our new home and closing.

Poor communication with process of build, closing was several hours and keys were lost along with gate access passes. Work is sloppy. Inside baseboards are primed but not painted, bathroom shower knobs mismatched and shower not working. AC not working, paint is sloppy and not flat. Kitchen electrical is not working right. Very bad smell in house and your workers stated there is something dead and rotting in the walls. Ac not working. Worked with several project managers that were all not familiar with the work or the process.

I gave 4 stars for responsiveness because i am still waiting for my replacement fridge that was promised right from the day i moved in(mar 31st). I understand waiting for the other minor issues to be fixed due to the virus.

DiVosta was easy to work with. They met the timeframe they laid out. The sales rep and the designer were very helpful and our construction manager was outstanding. We feel that this is very high quality construction and workmanship.

IslandWalk is a great place to live The home designs are varied. The inside design is poor as cabinets are very small, closets are small, causes limited storage that you have to spend additional money on once you move in. No pocket doors make for poor design as one door opens to block a door behind it? Very odd and poorly designed. In a positive note construction was right on time! The supervisor in charge of my home building was Carson, I must say he was easy to work with, very responsive to phone calls from me and really explained everything before, during and even after I moved in I would call him, he always responded quickly and always concerned, he deserves a raise!! ... Wonderful floorplans and upgrade choices

Overall we like our new home. One huge problem we have experienced is a horrible interior paint job, window frames around permanent windows look horrible, our outdoor A/C unit has a very loud vibration noise and glue/caulk is all over the floor tiles. We continue to work on the floor ourselves, as it is very unsightly. Currently still waiting for all of our warranty repairs to be completed. Very frustrating.

The whole process was quite easy. We bought a prebuilt townhome so didn't have to make too many decisions. There were no glaring gaps in building quality. The layout of the townhome is great, just what we were looking for. There is a nice big kitchen, bigger than some actual homes. A lot of counter space. Having cat6 wires is nice. Our TV is able to not soak up wifi and get 4k quality. Hurricane proof windows being standard is great. We can hear our neighbors if they are very very loud but otherwise everything is quiet.

Homes are beautiful Punch lists should be completed before closing. Do not seem to be a major concern. Sales team excellent
