The quality of workmanship in every part of the home is amazing. Each encounter with staff members hahas been a pleasure; they have been professional and helpful. I am so thankful to have found such a great home in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend DiVosta as a builder and the Preserve as a wonderful place to live.

Brian has been great to work with. Any communications that we had were answered quickly and he always had an answer. the overall experience was to say the least, painless.

Great builder that cares about consumer experience

Despite longer than expected building time due to trade and supply issues nationwide , we are very happy with the choice we made . After moving in , any issues we had were or are being addressed immediately and resolved . Would chose again

Our builder and assistants were responsive, timely and reactive to our needs.

We just retired and searched Florida for the ideal place for our "winter home". Beachwalk by Manasota Key is the only place we found where we are 2 miles from the beach, and it is an any age development with great amenities. The building process was guided by Nadine, our constructions manager and our Salesperson Linda was also very helpful. I would also suggest a realtor to guide you through the process. We have a lovely well built home in a great location with wonderful neighbors.

My project manager, Pat, was outstanding. DiVosta out of goodwill fixed some of the damage from hurricane Ian even though they didn’t have to. The entire process from buying, choosing options and closing was seamless. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

Jessica and Justin were excellent to work with. They were both extremely quick to respond to our needs and always very nice.

After patiently waiting for our home to be built and completed ,we had the pleasure to work with Zach..we have owned a few new homes in the past but v=never have we met and experienced a PM like Zach, professional, honest and on top of the build during a post Covid Time.. He was with us every step ..then we were introduced to Andy our after move in guy ... he has been helpful and very attentive to questions and finding a professional solution...

Great experience-Linda, our sales rep has and continues to do a great job taking care of our needs. Justin did a great job keeping us informed during the home building process. Gene is also doing a great job taking care of our after closing needs.

I really wanted to purchase new construction and Windsong is the perfect size and very conveniently located.

Beau was very helpful re. choosing the home model best suited to my wants and needs. Both Justins (construction foremen) kept me current on the building process, were quick to answer questions and a pleasure to work with in person. Kaitlyn has been totally on it re. cosmetic issues and remaining interior work.

DiVosta was very good to work with and even though the entire process took much longer than anyone wanted it to, they delivered a high quality home that probably exceeded our expectations. We would recommend them based on our experience.

We were very lucky to build our dream house by DiVosta. From the time that we just started to select the model of the house to the time when we closed the house it was really an unbelievable experience. My sales consultant Faith has been there for me for every step of the process. She went beyond and above her professional duties working with us, which is just remarkable! My construction manager Pat has been responsive and attending while building the house in a very difficult climate of shortages with building materials and workforce. He made me fill that I can trust the building process completely. The management personnel has been involved when certain things needed to be addressed. The Director of Sales Carissa has demonstrated that entire DiVosta organization really cares to make the home buyers happy by attending to any issues that might rise during the building process. The closing of the house has been as smooth as one can only imagine. Leslie made the process really personalized, so it fell completely trustworthy. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and tremendous respect for the entire staff of the DiVosta organization working at the different departments of this huge corporation, and yet managing to make the process very personalized for its customers! During the whole process of construction, every detail was attended. As a new home owners we are very happy with the result for this wonderful experience.

Bill was so easy to work with, and he made the whole experience seamless..We were out of state while our house was being built, and he kept us informed the entire time and truly knows his stuff. He made sure everything was done right. We are so impressed with the whole process, and love our DiVosta home.

Having Monika T. run the construction of our home was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, hard-working, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Because we were in Michigan during the building process, she sent pictures weekly throughout the building process explaining the timeline and communicating with us. She always returned our phone calls promptly and was honest with her answers. She is a great example of someone who believes in your company and promotes your brand to us, the customer!
