My home building has been a disaster. We had a walk thru and there were several items to be addressed. At the closing projects were supposed to be completed but were not. There was paint. Caulk and grout on the floors. We spent 3 full days scraping paint off the floors and still find it. Doors were not hung properly, pavers were covered with paint. 200 had to be replaced. We are still waiting for a roof problem. The bathtub was scratched. The front door did not line up properly. Our initial representative didn’t return calls. After the closing the new representative did not return calls or messages. To this date we have not heard from him. We have called the office and two women resolved a lot of the problems. Bottom line. If you consider using this company make sure you are there every day to oversee what the do. ... More

I've purchased 4 previous homes from other developers. DiVosta Homes by far was the best buying experience.

As a Real Estate Broker, I did a lot of research before I purchased my home. I am happy I chose to go with DiVosta as my builder.

Home was ready on time. Field manager was knowledgeable and proactive. Whole process was easy and stress free.

An outstanding job by Brent with the sales process, Chuck with the construction phase and Raul with post closing. Very responsive, professional and customer focused! The closing team made the process seamless .

Overall the experience with DiVosta was a good one. The house looks great and we are very happy with it. There was a relatively significant issue with the lanai that was due to a complete lack of communication by DiVosta. It was resolved but DiVosta would not take responsibility for their actions at first. Eventually we settled on splitting the cost of the remediation. Otherwise, a very good experience.

The roof was leaking the porch was missing the footer to attach the screen to so they had to tear it all down. Very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Hire subpar help you get a subpar home. This home has been a nightmare to say the least. DiVosta Homes is making my life a living unbearable. This is supposed to be a happy time in our lives, the American dream. My wife is overwhelmed with the irresponsible help in any of these matters. Someone please help us.

I love the quality of my new home, the helpfulness of everyone from the salesman to everyone working on the house. If I found any issues they were correctly immediately. Communication was open and ongoing. It was a wise decision on my part to go with a DiVosta Home!

It has been a good experience and time flies during the build. The homes are built by humans which means they're subject to human error...no surprise. just be attentive and notify your building manager of you see anything not looking right and it's taken care of quickly. After, things are bound to surface but they have been addressed well. Jeff our building manager has been great to work with...patient and understanding.

Divosta worked with me throughout the entire buying process as there were hiccups along the way. Completely satisfied.

Terrible I moved in May 7 th in Windy Cyprus Naples new home and I have roof link The response from your service team was horrible They reported the problem but showed no sense of urgency I now have buckets and the room has multiple links

Gina Monteiro in the sales office was fantastic to work with. Her follow up and attention to details is world class and DiVosta should be delighted to have her in front of customers. Her customer service is something we should all aspire to.

Easy process

Great community,. but it seems the houses are going up so quickly, there are a number of quality control issues. We have had people in and out of our house every day since we moved in to fix stuff. That being said, they are very responsive and get things fixed quickly.

The attention to detail was great. We couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out.

The entire home buying process was a "well oiled machine" from beginning to end. The DiVosta people were always professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process, We couldn't believe how quickly our home was erected and ready for move-in. The workmanship was beyond expectations.

I've had nothing but excellent things to say about our home. Great layout and the build quality.

Divosta has entered a "High End" market and has quite a ways to go to live up to its intended goal. Workmanship is acceptable but surely not high end. Work in progress has to continually be redone because the hired workman are insufficiently trained and hired on the basis of the least expensive wages they can get. This results in poor workmanship and frustration from a buyers perspective. You definitely get what you pay for. Certain materials are likewise a result of getting non-quality products and result in dissapointing customer satisfaction. Cost to buyer is way over the final product's result. ... More
