Our home has a lovely layout and design. The fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen, the faucets, the tiling, in the home are excellent quality. Our home as upgraded cupboards, carpeting, and flooring which is a definite plus. My only criticism is that there is a lack of attention to small details. An example is paint splatters on flooring, carpeting, and fixtures. There has been a concentrated effort to come and remediate these problems, however, there are still many small things that could be attended to. Great service and value from stary to finish.

- Seasonal residents, your Field Manager is very important during construction as he will send pictures or address any concerns you have leading up to the celebration event. Assigned Field Manager was fantastic! - Closing Celebration and paperwork...if you are not a homesteader or have had a previous home, plan on being out there two weeks for any repairs discovered at celebration event , banking, etc. You won't feel so rushed. - Keep the phone numbers for vendors recorded on your cell phone if you are not a permanent resident and need to arrange repairs. Turnaround time for any repair issues, etc. has been very good. Home is on a street with "new builds" underway, construction site is exceptionally clean - impressive! ... More

Overall positive. Sales staff excellent. Regina was great, she also assisted us with our first purchase. Once Walk thru was completed there was a lag dealing with the customer service group. Not as helpful with getting problems resolved.

We have been very pleased with the entire experience - from the sales team, all the way to move-in and warranty work followup. Could not be happier with our new place and our community!

This is our 3rd foray into new home contruction. I would say it was our best. From sales to construction manager all were responsive and helpful. Would not have changed anything to date with the process. I would however say that for my cascadia I would have preferred another option to add more cabinets or a cabinnetted pantry rather than just the shelves with the door. Given gourmet kitchens are what you market, that is an option I would have upgraded to.

Initial contact about problems was good. However, followup was generally poor. I am surprised about the superficial finishing and workmanship, Looks good but takes several weeks to find problems.

Very happy to have bought a house from divosta we love the area, house, and all the neighbors .. It was a fun enjoyable buying process
