We had an awesome experience with buying our home through Divosta! Jessica at Talon Preserve was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with us and was always willing to answer any question! She went above and beyond! Sean the construction manager was great and we LOVE our new home!!

Not a cheap house but yet the bathroom fixtures (towel racks, paper holders) are plastic. Having issues getting the guest bathroom shower fixed from flooding the floor. Warranty is responding but should have checked and repaired prior to close.

As a retired GC, I can say that DiVosta builders consider and properly address several details regarding home construction that are often overlooked by other volume builders. However, on the contractual side, unfortunately there is no flexibility when it comes to terms dealing with any issue outside the main stream.

I bought a 40’ lot, not 65’. But my experience with DiVosta was stellar. They kept me up to date with texts and pictures several times a week. My personal construction manager responded within minutes.to every inquiry and now that I actually live in my home, my personal post-construction manager has been at my door immediately after my call both times I’ve called. He then resolved my issue within 5 minutes. Perfect.

Hard to get after build service with poor communication.

The buying and building process is great. After you are in and request fixes to issues it is tough and very slow. We have had no major issues but taking care of after build issues is critical. Better or at least some communication would make it better.

Almost all appliances broke, wash machine still broken etc etc to much to list

Wash machine still broken, broken 1day after we moved in…(still broken) Stove/micro dead, 2 days after we moved in…Broken/dead - breaker in electrical panel broke.. GFI - In all bathrooms broke etc etc. etc Currently- Wash machine still broken still broken And. Garage door panel was dented ( before we moved in) Divosta said they would fix it… panel replaced But nobody. Is painting the solid white panel, on the grey garage…the rest of the garage is grey, I have requested repairs. to paint garage.. No response. Nothing

From the start of the sales process to the signatures at closing, our experience was straightforward, simple, and effortless. Ryan in the sales office handled all questions with transparency and friendliness. This passes straight through to our project manager, Justin. He had no secrets about the build, timeline, and expectations. Which carried into closing which was faster than a trip to the dentist. Everything lined up perfectly all due to the efforts of the Pulte staff.

We have had non-stop issues with our home. Nobody communicates the problem correctly, everyone is apparently overworked, we currently have NO POWER on half our house for the third time and we have only had it since March and no way to resolve it. Nobody wants to help or address any problems after you move in

Frustrating Follow Through

We identified an HVAC issue during the walk-through and were told it was fixed prior to close. It was not. Hard to understate the importance of your AC in Florida. As the new owner, we were obligated to take the lead in the repair effort. (Time and headaches) DiVosta/Pulte's local vendor was sent out 4-5 times to repair - always with temporary success. Our best resolution now is a functioning AC with replacement parts. Given the misrepresentation that the problem was repaired prior to closing and Pulte's strong relationship with the product supplier, I would have expected Pulte to be ...

To start off sales team is terrible 2 of the sales people that I dealt with over the course of time I will not recommend, Chris and Dominic , they could careless Now Chris did me a favor by pushing Madison on us. She was professional, nice , accommodating, she went above and beyond for us , she was the reason we continued with talon preserve , she should have been given the full commission for the sale of our home , also be promoted and teach the rest of the sales people how to conduct themselves , I hope that she is recognized for the great job that she did

The purchase experience is set up for ground up build, and is not pertinent for "Quick Close" customers. Avoid Pulte Title if at all possible. Poor communications, surprise last minute notary documents, Calls from people in various remote locations. Inconsiderate customer treatment. New homes come with no bedroom lights, cheap apartment style closet shelves and hangers, poor construction cleanup. Interior wall studs are flimsy steel on 20-24 inch centers....how can I hang heavy things on these? My home will be OK once I finish building it. Pulte's Sales and Construction folks try hard ...

Great company to work with. We didn’t like that the interior trim was installed before the hardwood floors. It required them to use quarter round throughout the house!!! It’s a short cut that saves the builder time and money but it’s an unattractive finish for a high priced home.
