This is our second Pulte built home in 2 years. The first build went so well, we chose to do it again in Beachwalk. Although quicker, the build experience in Beachwalk was nothing like the prior home. Recognizing how diligently Auston worked on our behalf, the subcontractors could not deliver the same level of quality and finish we had come to expect. With the build process now behind us, we're hoping to enjoy the beautiful community.

DiVosta builds good homes. The quality and workmanship is better than all the others I have seen or purchased. The construction manager Bill was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. The sales manager Paul Myers was good to work with and responsive. Had a few problems such as: keys lost and not available after closing; the Pulte Title Co used the wrong HOA dues amount at closing (had to pay more after closing); edge of garage floor was chipped up and took two months to get repaired. Overall, we’re happy with the buying experience and the home despite the issues mentioned above.

We built a home in Florida while living in another state. We received pictures on the build as major changes occurred. This was exciting to us. There were no major items wrong with the house when it was finished. Several small issues but all are being worked.

Brendan in sales was great and got us started with our purchase! Then John, our construction manager, was phenomenal!! Whenever I would call or need to get in the home for measurements, he ALWAYS answered quickly and helped me out. He connected us with others who could help with our home. We are settled in now and LOVE our new home and community. ***The only thing we were disappointed with was Pulte Mortgage, so much so that we switched from a small mortgage on our home to paying cash. Took extra month to close due to leak in roof not found, caused damage to bathroom, clog in shower in guest bathroom not found. Found by home owner when shower not draining. Still many things need replacing or repair.south Florida Customer Service Number is a joke!

It was fun working with Chris, sales manager, during my purchase. He was always in a good mood and excited about my new purchase. I appreciated the time spent one on one with Dan, construction manager, before the closing. There were some problems to be resolved but he responded quickly and followed through on my requests. And then went through a book of information at the end leaving me references for the future which was helpful. I would and already have recommended Divosta Homes to my friends.

We purchased a move in ready home, so all of the decisions were made and completed in construction already. After completing our walk thru of the home, we were very happy with the completion of tasks to repair any minor flaws and make the home ready for us to move in!

Quality and workmanship was generally good. Very displeased with close process. We were out of state and elected to do virtual close. Multiple issues were not addressed prior to close that were promised (one still outstanding 2 months later). Home was not clean when closed and required 2 follow ups visits by cleaning crew. We ultimately needed to go through on our own and touch up paint throughout (blemishes and handprints and chunks that should not have passed quality inspection). We love our new house in Talon Preserve! The community is great and can't wait to meet more people. We found the value for new construction to be very reasonable compared to other properties that we looked at. There were many options available during the design phase. Wish we were allowed to do some other customizations. The workmanship could better with a little better attention to detail - everyone we know has had issues and requires fixes that often take a while. Shaun, our building manager was GREAT to work with!

There were several issues that were present prior to closing. The closing was delayed several times because all the issues were not addressed. Prior to actually closing there were still a few issues that I was guaranteed would me fixed. Here we are almost 3 months after closing and nothing. Once you close you are on your own. I have already talked a couple of people out of purchasing here, and I advised the realty company I used to be cautious when advising future clients to purchase here. I wish I could post pictures on this review. Very disappointing.

Easy process to select options. Regular updates and helpful communication. Construction manager very knowledgeable. Still waiting for repairs to items found at closing. Divosta looks to create a positive experience, however, I highly recommend you stay on top of literally everything. You would be wise to double check every detail. Mistakes were made that ended up costing me both time and money. The overall home and neighborhood are lovely, but the process was extremely stressful because of the errors made.

We've purchased 7 new homes in our lives. Many from Nat'l builders and a couple years ago from a prominent builder on the Island. Chris Printer was our construction mgr. He is very capable, accommodating and professional despite being new with Divosta. Chris went above and beyond keeping us updated on the progress of our home and met with us on numerous occasions. BeachWalk by Manasota Key is a great community. Homes being constructed are solid with the latest building technology to withstand the annual chance of hurricanes. These building methods were confirmed recently with hurricane Milton which left our home unscathed.

Our construction manager Amy, has made our experience wonderful. She was always available to answer any questions that we had and met us several times at the property during construction. She is an absolutely wonderful asset to your company. This is the 4th house that me and my husband built and have never had someone like Amy to assist when we needed it.
