After searching for a home for many months and only finding “bidding wars” or homes that needed a lot of upgrades, we decided to build. We had heard of Dan Ryan but after working with Meredith, we were sold. She was very responsive and helpful and transparent. The work ethic didn’t stop at her...our project managers, Zach and Alec, were responsive and transparent as well. We love our home. More importantly, not only did we get a home from Dan Ryan, we gained new friends/family.

Overall I was very pleased with the experience of building with Dan Ryan. They completed the project within the originally quoted timeframe even considering the supply shortages experiences due to COVID. Any issues that arose during the process were easily corrected and the communication was fluid and consistent between my realtor, sales staff and project manager.

I am overall happy about my purchase just have a few bumps in the process with timing , and a issue with the home.

The construction process went on smoothly and was finished on schedule. Construction team was generally well organized.

It is a very nice new build but since we weren't the original purchaser, that fell through at closing from what I understand, we don't know what options were available or chosen. It came at the right timing for us since our youngest son was born 5 weeks after we moved in.
