The process was very smooth. The details were accurate and easy to understand. The engineer was very helpful too in making sure that we knew what was going on in the building process.

Dan Ryan provided us exactly what they promised from the beginning. We love our house. They are always quick to answer questions and fix anything that needs fixing. I trust Dan Ryan; and will use them again if we ever have to.

We moved in 3 months ago and we love our new home. Friendly neighbors, quiet and peaceful community. Excellent communication from our builders, namely Zack,who is always helpful and resourceful. Love my new home.

I absolutely love my townhouse and thought Dan Ryan did an awesome job. My only criticism is that the basic carpet installed seem kind of cheap, I had to have someone come in to fix a hole when i first moved in and it also has been shedding a lot.

Overall experience was great. Everything moved fluidly and we were able to move up our close date so that we could enjoy our new home sooner!

We joined onto our build late, but were walked through everything and kept up to date even with the eventual delays from 2021, but overall a very good experience.

Zach and Anthony were both attentive and responsive to all of our concerns and questions. They kept us excited about the entire home buying process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They definitely work hard as they oversee an insane number of new builds, but it never felt like I wasn’t a priority. Both Zach and Anthony made the over all process enjoyable and seamless, thankful we got them as our PM’s. They clearly know what they are talking about.

The Dan Ryan Builders staff was very professional and courteous. My builders Alec and Zach walked me through every process of the building of my new home from start to finish. Any issues or questions that I brought to their attention, they responded and resolved quickly. The overall outcome is that I am very satisfied with my new home and couldn’t have selected a better builder to build my dream home.

With the issue of Covid and the delays the Aubrey was great with her communication and communication updates!

I have purchased two brand new homes in the past and always had to wait for things that needed to be finished or fixed and anything I needed from Dan Ryan would be done within a few days. I was amazed that my call was returned that day or the next morning and a representative would come to my house within a few days to repair any problem I had. I will add that any problem I had was few and just small things. So far I am very happy with my experience with Dan Ryan and his associates. I am proud and very happy with my townhouse. Keep up the exceptional work!!

Everything was great. Except one little thing, our light in the bathroom did not work, and we report it they say they were going to change it, and they never did.

My experience with Dan Ryan so far has been pleasant.

The sales department is very persistent in making sure all of your needs are being met. The project manager is very concerned with making sure you understand the complete home building process. Home was built way ahead of schedule. Recommendation - visit the construction site often because small things will fall through the cracks.

Great experience until after we closed. The builder left a ton of materials around our property, pikes of wood and metal stakes. I asked multiple times to have it removed. It was never removed by Dan ryan or the project manager.

My construction manager was great, but I feel like the paint is incredibly cheap because it flakes and chips over the slightest touch.

First time homebuyer, and this is perfect starter home. Everyone at DR were so easy to work with & available to answer any questions we had. Our home is very energy efficient and in a perfect location with easy access to Wake and Durham counties.
