The quality and value of this home was greatly inflated by the sales team and warranty team and then proven by the appraisal that was provided conveniently after we closed on the house. The entire process was rushed and I genuinely feel I got snookered into buying this home. I would tell potential customers to go elsewhere. We are in the process of staging the home and putting it back on the market. There is serious structural and sloping and pitching issues with the land that are going to require expensive repairs and I want out of the house before that happens. We had a call from a ...
