Really enjoyed the service and craftsmanship in building our new home. The team at Drees was very helpful, guided us through every step, and were responsive to all our questions. We’ve been in the home three months with zero problems.

Drees Homes was great to work with. They are a quality builder. They have great people and systems. They have many options for upgrades to finish your house the way you want. For the minor issues we had they have been responsive and taken care of them quickly. We would do business with them again.

Jake, Kade & Mike have been awesome to work with. All of our concerns have been addressed in a prompt and timely manner. The home was presented very professionally by them. We bought our house in November. My wife and i are very happy so far.

Andrew was and remains a great person to work with. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. His professionalism and patience was invaluable to easing my concerns about a major purchase. I appreciate his continued assistance.

Visited many home builders but Drees Homes is by far the Best in Style, quality craftsmanship, customer service. Greg and Linda were outstanding. Highly recommend Drees Homes for anyone that wants a new home and the best in customer service. My family and I love our new home!

Excellent experience from first meeting with sales through closing.

From the sale phase all the way to the moving / inspection my experience with Drees was fantastic. Great communication during construction and all our comments were addressed immediately. The quality of the materials and finishes are also superb. I would definitely recommend Drees to any one !

From the start of our home building process to the closing on our new home everything was excellent! We received weekly emails and updates during the construction which was nice because we were not local at the time. Our general contractor Greg was hands-down amazing. He was always there to answer any questions we had, was quick to fix anything that we saw or that came up when we had our private inspection. Even after closing, Greg still checks in on us to make sure we have had no problems and we are satisfied with our new home. The house build was chaotic but in the end it was all realized. Shauna and Reid really stepped up and helped us address all the little things that the home needed addressing after closing. We are grateful to have a positive experience. We are even more grateful that Shauna and Reid were true to their word on helping us with the issues after closing. It’s very far from the experience that I’ve had with previous builders. I have nothing but good things to say about the performance from Reid and Shauna.

The Drees team in Austin did a great job start to finish. From initial consultation through customization, choosing deco options, and construction, the communication and responsiveness was excellent. The builder / superintendent was the best we’ve ever worked with having built multiple homes over the years.

We have had an amazing experience with Drees Custom Homes and all of the company reps we have worked with! Jack, Adam, and Tom have all been so responsive and helpful! Any small repairs or changes have been made quickly and efficiently! We recommend without hesitation! 5 STAR SERVICE!

The deciding and buying process was very easy with Donna. Tyler, who was over the construction, made sure any small issues were addressed before we moved in and he finished weeks ahead of schedule. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had due to their efforts.

This is our 12th home. We came to Drees because of the quality product. We are very satisfied. From the point of sale to a few small issues that have popped up Drees have been responsive and has handled everything to our satisfaction. We would definitely buy from Drees again.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience. Sales and construction managers were responsive and kept us informed at all points in the process. Overall, the quality of the home feels solid. We haven't had any issues upon move-in. All of the issues that were found before we moved in were addressed and they even cleaned the house again upon request. I think other folks will like working with both the sales, constructions and warranty folks. Drees seems to be more modern in their approach to many aspects of buying, building, and servicing their homes.

Planning and designing our home was an exciting and fun aspect of building but watching the home come to life each week was incredible. McCade kept us informed at every step with weekly text messages and photos of the building progress. He kept our interests at the forefront of his mind and took the time to ensure every detail was finished as designed. McCade made the home building experience very special for us.
