The building process was truly a shared one. We had many upgrades and changes throughout and for each one we met discussed and came up with a plan and delivered. I am truly happy to have found Drees. Best home I have ever owned!

A well-built home for a great price. Our inspector said that our house is the best-built home he has ever inspected. I am a very picky person with very clear ideas about design and quality construction and I felt that the team at Drees met my needs and was responsive to my concerns. No homebuilder is perfect, and there are always going to be bumps along the way when you are building a new home, but this was a great experience for our family.

Linda and Greg are a great team that is sincerely focused on ensuring customers receive exactly what they want in their new home. Jill in the design center is extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us to purchase needless options, yet highlighted and provided rationale for all recommendations.

They provided exactly what we talked about during negotiation and more. We were never pushed to make regretable decisions and always given the pros and cons of our chooses. All of the staff that we worked with were professional and curtious. We rocated from Ca. so we have twice the house for half the price. Win Win Situation.

Had a terrific construction manager in Brian. He kept us updated every week and was prompt in answering emailed questions. He considered our feedback and insights, and was very open to conversations about potential issues or concerns. The quality of workmanship is excellent and Drees subcontractors took excellent care to preserve the work of others. The sales and selection process was quick and very well planned. Drees made excellent suggestions to help us make the most of our plans.

When we decided to built our dream home in Austin, while living in Boston , we knew we needed a team of professionals who could bring our vision to life with impeccable quality and attention to detail. From the moment we met Jon Blance at Drees , we knew we found the right partner to help us realise our dream. The journey was very collaborative. Excellent support from Laurel Stearns ( Designer ) and the 3D renderings and range of samples selection helped us truly visualise the space and select the right interiors and finishings. Andy Gonzales ( Construction ) was simply outstanding . As Project Manager he kept everything running smoothly with weekly updates including site pictures to share the progress . We could see and feel the dream taking shape . The end result is a home that masterfully blends timeless elegance with modern amenities for comfortable living . Drees was easy to work with from the start, and their incentives were so good that we pulled out of a contract with Southgate to build with Drees. The sales process was smooth and they set good expectations although maybe a bit to conservative, as hour home was finished nearly six months earlier than what they quoted. Sandy at windsong ranch is amazing and always so hospitable. Julie is an incredible designer and really pushed us to make great decisions and challenged us to consider different finishes that really came together so well. Kaston, our builder, is very responsive and detail oriented. He communicated with us every step of the way and takes great pride in his work and the quality of product he handed over to us. ... More

Marian was our sales person and she was awesome. Tom was our construction guy and he was also great. There were lots of delays due to COVID and Material Shortages but that is not the builder fault. We are moved in and can say our only complaint is with the Cabinet Trade. They are very slow to respond and have not fixed most the things they said they would.

Drees staff are very experienced. They helped us get through the year long process with l no surprises. Took good care of us. We love our new Drees home. Workmanship is state of the art and beautiful.

Roberto is an awesome guy. The Home is awesome and build quality is no exception.

Our Team was amazing to work with from Sales to Design to the Builders. Everyone was always available, friendly and professional. I really appreciated the weekly call during our build. Nothing was a surprise, we always knew exactly what was happening with our new home

We had the best experience in buying the house

We chose Drees because they were willing to work with us in getting our dream floor plan. The whole process from the day we talked to them to when we closed took a full year. Couple of delays that occurred for us was the changing of the building managers which caused a couple of communication issues on what we were wanting for the house. We’ve been living in the house for about 2 months and so far it’s been good. No major issues yet. Drees definitely makes beautiful homes and if you are needing a specific floor plan they are able to create that for you!

Don D. Juan and Billy have done a great job for us. we understand getting help and supply chain issues but Billy and Juan are doing a great job working through these issues and getting our punch items corrected.

It was a surprisingly pleasant experience working with the builder on this project. We were very pleased with the result. The only critique is that in the initial design stages it was very fuzzy about which function - the marketing manager versus the design center covered what aspects of the design, particularly with regard to the exterior design and in a few cases the interior design. As a result a few items got lost between the two and we had to make compromises later.
