Excellent support from Laurel Stearns ( Designer ) and the 3D renderings and range of samples selection helped us truly visualise the space and select the right interiors and finishings. Andy Gonzales ( Construction ) was simply outstanding . As Project Manager he kept everything running smoothly with weekly updates including site pictures to share the progress . We could see and feel the dream taking shape . The end result is a home that masterfully blends timeless elegance with modern amenities for comfortable living . Drees made the whole home buying process easy. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and corrected a few minor issues quickly. I would highly recommend buying a Drees home for anyone in the market for a new home.

Good house plans and good Viridian subdivision

Drees is indeed a true custom experience for customers who have a vision for their home. They go above and beyond to meet the customer requirements and build the dream home.

If it wasn’t for our amazing builder I’m not sure if we would’ve went thru with completing our home with Drees. Our builder made our experience top notch as he was responsive to issues, gave frequent updates, followed through with promises and resolved issues on time. Unfortunately, the sales team and leadership at Drees was a huge disappointment. There is a major issue going on within our community and we have not received a response from upper management that could affect our HOA dues that was not disclosed during closing. It’s been weeks with no follow up from Drees. The poor communication signals that Drees only cares about making a sale and does not care about individuals and families once they are settled in their home. ... More

A lot of minor to major imperfections in worksmanship for the price paid. Needs a lot more babysitting to point out issues and they atleast 2-3 visits to get fixed.

Since purchasing our home, we have had numerous issues with tankless water heater, had 4 plumbers look at it and 2 more from Rheem. The bigger issue is the lack of communication from the after rep. I have asked multiple times via calls or texts for a follow up with no responses. The responses seem like the individual doesn’t know what home or person he is speaking with.

Trustworthy, honest, well built home.

This was our 2nd experience building home, 1st experience was fantastic and this 2nd one was mediocre. Work done by quite a few vendors are substandard quality for the price, it looked like the goal of the entire project was to finish the work, not deliver better product, some of the things were pure negligence, not much auditing by contractor once work finished by vendors, questionable decision by Drees to continue with vendors that have extremely poor public reputations, looks like profitability is priority over customer satisfaction!

I've been surprised on how many minor issues this house has. All the workers had to do was just care a little more. Door knobs are coming undone one by one in the house. Loose fixtures, wires exposed from lighting. This should not be the work of a custom builder.

Planning and designing our home was an exciting and fun aspect of building but watching the home come to life each week was incredible. McCade kept us informed at every step with weekly text messages and photos of the building progress. He kept our interests at the forefront of his mind and took the time to ensure every detail was finished as designed. McCade made the home building experience very special for us.

From start to finish we highly recommend Drees.

Worked with many folks from buying to closing to moving every and each step felt we were handled with care it’s was our fist new home purchase can’t be more smoother . I will good luck to the company and its employees

We like Drees Custom Homes as they are spaciously built compared to other builders. They provide pretty much all the upgrades as standard features. We didn’t had to buy additional features as everything came as standard. Their ceiling height are pretty tall and bedrooms, kitchen Island, dinning area are spacious. Drees Sale Manager Harry Kidd was very good and transparent person. He always communicated all the updates and details very thoroughly with us during whole construction process. Addressed/answered all over questions on timely manner and was very proactive by assisting from start to closing our home. Our home engineer Taylor was also very nice and approachable person. From day one when we walked into the model home in Clearwater Ranch and through closing up until now, we’ve had an excellent experience with the Drees team! Everyone including Mike T., Mike H. and Fawnia have been very helpful, quick to respond and friendly. Drees built a beautiful home and we highly recommend them!

We could not have asked for a better team in purchasing our family's first home. The entire Drees Team: Doris (Sales), Mike (builder), and Dan (Lender) were all amazing and went our of their way to guide us along every step of the process. Our home is beautiful and the expert craftmanship is unmatched!

Beautiful looking home but very poor workmanship/quality of materials through out the home, end-up having many patch work fixes right after move-in(moved in after 5 weeks of closing) including post closing open issues, It is very disappointing experience, hassle, getting exhausted going thru fixing the many patch works thru many vendors, Not happy. Looking forward when every thing will be fixed (3 months passed so far, still many open issues) to get some peace.

Had a great experience working with the sales team & the design center. Builder was very proactive in providing weekly updates on progress throughout the build phase. However, have been disappointed with the workmanship even though the materials used are good quality generally. Had multiple electrical issues, wiring not done right, wiring not done at all etc. Floor tiling is warped in a couple of rooms and needs to be done again. Flooring & Skirting is not done right and had to be done again in couple of rooms. Couple of walls were not straight that had to be fixed. However, the builder & the warranty team has been very responsive in acknowledging the defects and scheduling the appropriate fixes. Special mention to warranty team for sending out instructions to prepare the house before the freeze. Did not have a good experience working with the affiliated lender, would have expected lender to have good financial acumen but was found wanting in knowledge. ... More

Overall couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a wonderful experience designing our custom home with Denise at the sales office. She helped us personalize our home to meet our families needs! We can’t say more about our amazing experience with Denise. During our build process we ran into some snags but Tucker and Ben and the Drees team did everything they could to make things right. The Drees team made us feel like family.

Scott and Jako were both great to work with!
