I was having a really good experience. Trying to get things done after closing has been a hassle. It is very disappointing, very different experience than our 1st house with Drees.

We really think the project manager Preston makes the difference. Love the quality of our home.

Poor communication with what is included in your home versus what was seen in model. Everything was an add on! Not built with senior living in mind. More focus on the details- sales office mediocre at best with direct follow-up and communication. Sent incorrect information on utilities, title location. For the value of this home very average service, this includes the design center. We had a solid onsite supervisor and hope our home was built to surpass our expectations.

Sales staff is fantastic and we are overall happy with our new home. However, we are disappointed in the overall craftsmanship and time to address issues and the “punch list”.

Excellent experience from first meeting with sales through closing.

The house build was chaotic but in the end it was all realized. Shauna and Reid really stepped up and helped us address all the little things that the home needed addressing after closing. We are grateful to have a positive experience. We are even more grateful that Shauna and Reid were true to their word on helping us with the issues after closing. It’s very far from the experience that I’ve had with previous builders. I have nothing but good things to say about the performance from Reid and Shauna.

Drew had a broker represent me that I never met, did nothing for me but get almost $11k Granted I got a credit but this is a scam the builder has no idea how much they're getting cheated. I got no help is trying to trade out trees, get a functional dog shower and repairs completed in a timely manner- 3months and still waiting.

Wouldn’t purchase a Drees home again, overall bad experience. There are other builders where you can get more for your money and still have the same quality & craftsmanship.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience. Sales and construction managers were responsive and kept us informed at all points in the process. Overall, the quality of the home feels solid. We haven't had any issues upon move-in. All of the issues that were found before we moved in were addressed and they even cleaned the house again upon request. I think other folks will like working with both the sales, constructions and warranty folks. Drees seems to be more modern in their approach to many aspects of buying, building, and servicing their homes.

Had a terrific construction manager in Brian. He kept us updated every week and was prompt in answering emailed questions. He considered our feedback and insights, and was very open to conversations about potential issues or concerns. The quality of workmanship is excellent and Drees subcontractors took excellent care to preserve the work of others. The sales and selection process was quick and very well planned. Drees made excellent suggestions to help us make the most of our plans.

Drees made the whole home buying process easy. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and corrected a few minor issues quickly. I would highly recommend buying a Drees home for anyone in the market for a new home.

Drees folks were great. Quality is there but expected better. Some of the finishing touches are not that great such as Paints, caulking etc,

Purchased my home in Oct22, closed Jul23. During Oct - June it was the normal weekly updates with very few delays due to circumstances outside builder control. However, my close was a nightmare as a result of the builder's affiliate lender forgetting the original closing date, showing it as a week later than originally scheduled. Because of this I was unable to close on my original close date and incurred thousands of dollars in additional moving expenses just by them having the wrong closing date. Construction project manager was very responsive. Closing was a breeze

Matt, the superintendent has gone above and beyond. He is sure to give daily updates on post move in issues and is in the know about everything. Matt is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Floors Inc has been awful. Between their rudness, lack of care, excuses and Will Sumers; my view on Drees has dropped.

They need to work on finding better contractors with better quality work.

On-site builder was good, salesman was not. He was not responsive and not our advocate. Design center was average. Needs more reasonable choices.

We are still waiting for a few things to be fixed and it’s been over two months. There are also a few quality issues in some if the cabinetry.
