Building with Drees was a great decision. Drees has a process in place that helps the homeowner navigate the entire build. Michele in sales kicked it off and got us started. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The design center to choose all our materials was a good experience. The Construction Manager, Fred, was the very best. He communicated with us the entire time. We got weekly calls with updates. He answered all of our questions and resolved any issues that came up. Fred is a true professional. Marketing Manager – Noah: Noah is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He clearly communicated all of our options, provided valuable guidance, and was consistently supportive—from the moment we expressed interest in the home all the way through closing. He even remained reachable afterward, which speaks volumes about his dedication. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! Design Studio – Suzanne: Suzanne was simply amazing. She made the design process fun and exciting. Her warmth, patience, and thoroughness made us feel confident every step of the way. She answered all our questions, walked us through pricing, and helped bring our vision to life. She genuinely cared, and it showed in every interaction. Builder – Bill: Bill was approachable, professional, and great to communicate with. We brought in an external inspector for both the pre-drywall and final inspections, and he had nothing but praise for the build quality—testament to Bill’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. It’s been over two months since we moved in, and we’re incredibly happy with our home. Many people describe the home-buying journey as stressful, but that wasn't the case for us. Thanks to Drees team (Brett, Nick & Matt), our home build went smoothly and we appreciated the constant information and updates. For being in a different state (TX), the remote factor was of minimal disadvantage. Greatly appreciated the professionalism and customer service approach at every stage.

Our home was built and delivered as promised. We had a few small items that need to be corrected and was done in a timely manner. We have purchase 4 homes in the community, two with Dress and two with other builders. Dress home is a far superior built home.

Roby is a hard worker. He’s on the property so much you would think he lived out here. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. He tries to be responsive to everyone’s concerns. He’s very professional and kind. I appreciate all he has done for us.

This is the sixth new house we’ve built. By far, our experience with Drees was the best! The sales process, selection process, and building process were all very organized, professional, and well run. Our building supervisor, Clayton, was the best we’ve ever worked with!

Building process was exceptional, our build team was very responsive providing updates with pictures on a weekly basis, this was extremely informative considering we were living over 3 hours away from the build site at the time.

We were looking into number of homes for almost a year. Dress homes checks all of our requirements perfectly in terms of craftsmanship and design. We are so pleased with how smooth the closing process was. They helped us to fulfill our dream to buy just the right house.

We were going to proceed with the other developer in our subdivision but they withheld information just prior to signing a commitment and paying deposits that left us thinking they were not completely trustworthy. Drees stepped in with an equivalent house that was $70K less expensive and on a better lot. Overall Drees chose to use better materials than the other builder,, for example our gutters drain in to enclosed pipes underground rather than just onto a plate on top if the grass. Drees also include a lot of low voltage items at no cost which were a cost for us with the other builder. Drees were excellent to deal with and highly responsive. A couple of small warranty issues were dealt with very quickly and we are fully happy with the support we have received. When we build another house on land in a couple of years we will ask Drees Homes to quote but we wont ask David Weekley Homes! ... More

Very nice people to work with and easy to work with

From the first inquiry to the closing, Drees was very quick to respond with pertinent, accurate information. Our home was built according to the options we chose, and the Drees staff was extremely helpful. While we did have the option of using several different builders to complete our dream home, we really feel that we made the right decision by choosing Drees.

I was very pleased with the buying process and getting to the final move in date. It was my first time building so a whole different situation for me. They mapped out everything that was happening. The website they have for you to look at all your progress and document was very helpful and good reference. Was able to move in a little earlier than first expected. My specific builder was great and so helpful.

Great buying experience! Sales were always quick to respond to questions!
