Michelle, Aaron and Travis were EXCELLENT throughout the process from signing paperwork to moving into my new home. Aaron was part of the builder team and really responsive to questions. Michelle and Travis were always willing and able to assist with questions. The home is gorgeous and I'm thrilled with the Drees team that were involved.

Marketing Manager – Noah: Noah is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He clearly communicated all of our options, provided valuable guidance, and was consistently supportive—from the moment we expressed interest in the home all the way through closing. He even remained reachable afterward, which speaks volumes about his dedication. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! Design Studio – Suzanne: Suzanne was simply amazing. She made the design process fun and exciting. Her warmth, patience, and thoroughness made us feel confident every step of the way. She answered all our questions, walked us through pricing, and helped bring our vision to life. She genuinely cared, and it showed in every interaction. Builder – Bill: Bill was approachable, professional, and great to communicate with. We brought in an external inspector for both the pre-drywall and final inspections, and he had nothing but praise for the build quality—testament to Bill’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. It’s been over two months since we moved in, and we’re incredibly happy with our home. Many people describe the home-buying journey as stressful, but that wasn't the case for us. Hello, throughout the searching, buying, building process for this home...my wife and I were fully informed, supported and every question was answered/addressed. This was our first build, but not our first home and frankly having moved throughout this wonderful country we are more than pleased to be here and in such a well built home. We highly recommend looking into Drees as your builder and trust that they will help you to be 100% comfortable with this purchase/process.

Buying a new home can be stressful but the Drees team did an amazing job accommodating my families tight timeline to finish the house and close on the target date. Sean and Ray did great with weekly call updates and have continued to check-in on us after the close date. Super responsive with any issues.

We loved our experience building with Drees! They were kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs through all parts of the process. We are overall very happy with our home. After we moved in, we have had a few kinks that have needed to be worked out that we did not expect in a new home.

New home is nice to have, but issues have arisen within 90 days of moving in. Questionable HOA which has never been seen or resolved issues around the property. I.e., noisy neighbors, loud parties and frequent garage sales in one home.

Drees advertise as Custom Home builder. But they only allow minor tweaks in plans. Their original plans lack modern layouts, fancy elevations and open plans. Lot of wasted attic spaces. Literally filled the useful area under extended living with dirt, instead of using that space. Lot of design choices, but it can make the life very cumbersome with design centers. Their basic selections are old style and dated. Ex; Old style switches, very traditional light fixtures, trims etc. We have to buy upto new styles and materials. I have to pay up a lot to bring it to Toll Brothers style. Elevations are dated too. Not much choices there. Essentially a good builder, but dated choices with Materials and Floor Plans. Also they dont spend on community signs nor fence the neighborhood etc. Outside your home lot, they are not even leveling or clearing ground or put up a tree line. Responsiveness to issues is very lagging. Some staff are good, some dont even respond to emails/phones. ... More

There is disturbing knocking noise coming from the ceiling in my study room and unfortunately it does not look like it will be resolved any time soon

Definitely get a private inspection done!. The sub contractor(Atlantic Building) that fixed my doors don't care about the work they did. Front door has been having locking issues. Drees put in an order for them to fix and i have had to technicians here but still need a replacement jamb. The first Atlantic worker had the attitude like I was bothering them with my report for the front door to be fixed. All the screws on the interior door locks installed were not tightened. A month and half after move in, the owner's bedroom door lock fell off. The door lock on the second bedroom got very lose almost coming off. I had to go around and tighten the screws on all the interior doors as they were all lose and shaking. HVAC unit cover over the filter insert won't close so I'm holding it in place with a tape. Horrible! Some of the tape on the HVAC system in the mechanical room has come off and I'm just wondering what is next. Basement bath needs re-caulking and Joe the builder has put in a work order to get it done but 2 months after move in, contractor hasn't done anything about it. I'm waiting on the 3 months work with Drees to bring up other issues I have to give them a fair chance to redeem themselves. It's a beautiful home from Drees but the sub contracting companies have let them down in my opinion. Overall, the sub contracting companies work is a reflection of Drees work and leaves me with a below average rating for Drees at this time. Hopefully Drees can redeem themselves at the 3 months walkthrough/follow up. ... More
