Please understand that when you meet with the salesman that they DO NOT MAKE clear that everything in the home is ala carte! After you go to the Home Center and pick what would be put in any modern home - they are willing to provide with the home from the 90's at no additional cost - but I am certain that the items chosen are not appreciably more expensive than what they will "give you" for the sales price. You may have "sticker shock". The home does not even come with a garage door opener at closer to a million dollars than we ever expected - we are still replacing or putting in items that were not included. This is wholly not explained during the purchase meeting. Additionally, we had to spend money having the home inspected for improper installation because Drees DID NOT have a process to do that behind their workmen. We literally became their quality control and paid $1,000 for the pleasure. The people are very nice and the finished home is surprisingly nice but the process, the extra costs, the unexpected lack of follow through while leaving it up to us to figure out was - repugnant to say the least. ... From beginning to end, the home buying process has been phenomenal. The home itself is truly a dream, but what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service from the Drees team. They were attentive, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

My experience with Drees was ok. I had an extensive issue with the soil being bad which delayed the building of my home by four months. This was quite a shock to me and an inconvenience, while Drees did all that they could to remedy the situation to build the house, they did nothing to remedy the inconvenience it put me in my family in. While the quality of the house is good I believe the price did not match. The layout of the home is very nice however a linen closets and larger walk-in closets would have been nice. New home is nice to have, but issues have arisen within 90 days of moving in. Questionable HOA which has never been seen or resolved issues around the property. I.e., noisy neighbors, loud parties and frequent garage sales in one home.

Michelle, Aaron and Travis were EXCELLENT throughout the process from signing paperwork to moving into my new home. Aaron was part of the builder team and really responsive to questions. Michelle and Travis were always willing and able to assist with questions. The home is gorgeous and I'm thrilled with the Drees team that were involved.

The timeline Drees Homes provided was not properly followed. The materials used all over the house is below standard. The Drees financing is another dilemma and headache to deal with. Overall, personally I would not buy again from Drees Homes.

We had a delightful experience with our Drees home flat purchase! From the very start we were impressed with the attention to detail Daniel and the entire crew has given. We have bought and sold several houses over the years and this process by far was Easy! Thank you to the Drees Crew!

Drees advertise as Custom Home builder. But they only allow minor tweaks in plans. Their original plans lack modern layouts, fancy elevations and open plans. Lot of wasted attic spaces. Literally filled the useful area under extended living with dirt, instead of using that space. Lot of design choices, but it can make the life very cumbersome with design centers. Their basic selections are old style and dated. Ex; Old style switches, very traditional light fixtures, trims etc. We have to buy upto new styles and materials. I have to pay up a lot to bring it to Toll Brothers style. Elevations are dated too. Not much choices there. Essentially a good builder, but dated choices with Materials and Floor Plans. Also they dont spend on community signs nor fence the neighborhood etc. Outside your home lot, they are not even leveling or clearing ground or put up a tree line. Responsiveness to issues is very lagging. Some staff are good, some dont even respond to emails/phones. ... More

Marketing Manager – Noah: Noah is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. He clearly communicated all of our options, provided valuable guidance, and was consistently supportive—from the moment we expressed interest in the home all the way through closing. He even remained reachable afterward, which speaks volumes about his dedication. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! Design Studio – Suzanne: Suzanne was simply amazing. She made the design process fun and exciting. Her warmth, patience, and thoroughness made us feel confident every step of the way. She answered all our questions, walked us through pricing, and helped bring our vision to life. She genuinely cared, and it showed in every interaction. Builder – Bill: Bill was approachable, professional, and great to communicate with. We brought in an external inspector for both the pre-drywall and final inspections, and he had nothing but praise for the build quality—testament to Bill’s attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. Sales process was not always transparent, design studio was very chaotic and disorganized, the contractor was great.

Moving was very smooth and easy. Staffs are very helpful.

Drew’s made my new construction experience awesome. I was able to select what I wanted. The weekly phone calls were very helpful. Highly recommended. Our home is beautiful!

Overall we are pleased with our new build by Drees. The process to purchase and responsiveness have been helpful especially as first time homeowners!

We can design the house the way we want and the house is part of a community. The process of designing the house is awesome. If we have a idea they will help us to build that.

The process with Drees was great. We had stopped technically looking since we had not seen anything we were in LOVE with. One rainy weekend, we decided to go look at the model and fell in love. 2 short months later, we were moving into our new build home with very minimal issues and imperfections. Our GC through Drees was EXCELLENT and super caring and always willing to take a few minutes to help answer our questions and address anything needing attention.

Buying a new home can be stressful but the Drees team did an amazing job accommodating my families tight timeline to finish the house and close on the target date. Sean and Ray did great with weekly call updates and have continued to check-in on us after the close date. Super responsive with any issues.
