We purchased a new spec home. It is beautiful!! Closing in our house was quick and seamless. The price was very reasonable. Our salesman, Ben, was very helpful and patient with us. I would recommend a Drew’s home for those who appreciate quality construction.

Saul communicated with us several times during the week, including pictures. He went the extra mile to make sure our house was perfect and problem free.

Building with Drees was a pleasant experiences, from the financial aspect to construction. We looked at multiple builders, and Drees seemed to be the best choice got quality and customer service. Also, the team has been responsive to maintenance requests. I highly recommend to other buyers.

Overall the experience has been Great. Saul and Joanne did an amazing job upfront during the purchase and moving in. The care team of Anita and Tierra have been responsive to all my needs. While the service has been great Saul has gone above and beyond in making sure things go well and even tho Joanne was in sales she continued to support after. Highly pleased.

Before I purchased with Drees I did a lot of checking with other builders and after that process was over Drees Himes was whom I wanted to choose to build my home. They were efficient and professional throughout the process. Mark our house project manager was outstanding and went over and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us.

Outstanding job - great attention to detail.

Your sales department was terrible, I never felt I could trust him or felt respected by him. There were more than one occasion when we were not spoken to with 100% integrity. The design center ladies were amazing. Albert was really good until we got close to closing. He was a little more hesitant to correct minor discrepancies at that time than I would have liked. His trustworthiness and communications is what kept me from walking away throughout the build process i felt i could trust him.

excuses for poor workmanship like that's our vendor, is not acceptable. Someone knows how to do it right get that someone with that contractor. if your going to charge for something make sure its right and don't make excuses when its not.

Make sure with this builder that you have everything in writing and even then you're taking a chance! For the amount this builder charges for homes, you'd expect better overall experience with the process

When we moved in we were elated at the prospect of peace and quiet in our beautiful home. I am a very handy man and probably would have been a carpenter if it weren't for my nagging back injury suffered many years ago. My wife and our college age son moved in and immediately we had a problem with hot water heater the Drees team went into action getting a plumber out to chg the all of the heating elements. The sudden and serious AC partial failure in the midst of one of the hottest summers on record was approached with poise and professionalism by again the Drees team (Customer service professional and her Supervisor) They made sure AC company came out until we were somewhat cooled. Overall the experience was decent. The Drees product is definitely a must have as far as design and function. As for overall workmanship I would say my home is an anomaly compared to the others I have seen, not to say Drees has not been extremely supportive (Saul) in resolving these issues. We have several minor flaws within our home but overall we are happy with our purchase. We will recommend Drees to our peers and community.
