Total lack of craftsmanship in our home - no pride in workmanship. No follow-through with site manager. Incorrect materials used, walls and trim work are curved, light switches wired randomly, no insulation in basement, floors are not even, brick and mortar sloppy and ruined porches, standing water in duct work, poor quality of lumber used, etc.

I chose Dress Home because I believed they offered better products and designs than the competition, but my experience from start to finish was quite disappointing. 1. We were not given the option to choose our kitchen appliances due to paperwork issues, and we later found out that they were selected without our consent. Closing was a major mess, delayed by more than a month. I was informed to have the funds ready, so the money sat in my account for a month. Not sure there is a good builder out there, but Drees is definitely not one. The building process is stressful enough, but when you throw bad quality workmanship, delays, laziness/sloppiness, it just compounds the issues.
