We bought remotely and the team was fantastic. The quality of the home, attention to all the little extras really set Drees apart. We could not be happier with our new home and the folks who helped us!

The process was much more enjoyable than an experience we had with a previous builder. The entire team was very friendly and easy to work with.

Good support from start to finish. Very pleased with my home. Two suggestions: more support with accessibility is*****s at *****. Also had after hours emergency and had trouble reaching someone. Love my new home!

They have or in the process of fixing all punch list items

It would be nice if Drees could add to their finished condos. I’m handicapped and needed a utility sick to clean things. They couldn’t add anything. But we finally found one condo that’s had the utility sink but that meant we had to choose that floor plan

From the initial walkthrough to the final closing, we had an exceptional experience! We have been very impressed with the communication and professionalism of the Drees team, and we are highly satisfied with the quality of our Drees home.

Salesperson was very helpful and worked with me patiently and kindly. Several issues with my home but hopefully they will get taken care of sooner rather than later.

Great experience from day one. Everyone at Drees was very knowledgable, helpful and great to work with at all steps of the building process. The quality of the home is great. This is the second Drees home we have owned but the first one we have used their build process.

There is a lot of problems we found in house which is we keep calling dress we keep email them. They don’t come to fix that and then there’s a crazy HOA things. They don’t allowed anything me and my brother we both two house same place and we have a big backyard. We cannot do anything every single thing you have to get approval. If not, you’re gonna have to pay fee fees there is no playground in this comment. No swimming pools and our kids is playing outside. There is construction going on no safety at all. It’s open. There is a lot of kids playing by the construction area.

Salesman Chris suggested us going to Dream Days at the selections office. This gave us the opportunity early to see what selections were available and helped us down the road during the selection process. Brandi was very helpful showing us around at Dream Days. Chelsea was very helpful working with us to make decisions during the selections process. Our builder Kai was outstanding. Great communications and very easy to work with. Anything he felt wasn't done right or that the contractors missed he had them return and resolve. We are very happy with our new home.

From start to finish, our experience with Drees has been exceptional. Our sales representative was top‑notch—knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful in guiding us through the buying process. At the Design Center, our consultant’s expertise and keen eye made selecting finishes and styles both easy and enjoyable. Although we worked with four different builders throughout construction, each one was professional, informed, and responsive. The builder who brought us to the finish line went above and beyond to ensure we moved into our home on schedule, addressing every detail with care. Building our home started Early November and we closed mid March. We closely watched our home being built. Questions were answered right away. We were getting ready for our walk through and Will found things that we didn’t see and had them fixed before our walk through. Any issues were addressed right away.

There is a lack of attention to detail. Many little annoying things that were overooked, not earth stopping, but annoying nonetheless. Drywall mud over outlets, unsanded areas on walls, missed paint, water spigot not working, landscaping poor. Little things but, a little attention to detail makes a difference. Most annoying thing is a design flaw (my opinion) that the hot water heater is installed clear across the house from the kitchen, master bath, bedroom basement and washroom and takes over a minute to get hot water to those destinations.

Buying our townhome was so simple w the assistance from all involved.

I had a wonderful experience buying my home at Riffle Ridge from beginning to end! Sam Nick Jacob are great to work with, Nick kept me informed every step of the way, it was an easy process with them by my side. If I do have a problem I call Tammy and she tells John and it is all taken care of very quickly. I am very very happy with my home and I encourage anyone looking for a beautiful townhouse in a beautiful surroundings to come to Riffle Ridge! Thanks to all that helped me through this journey!

My builder, Kai was incredible. He responded to every email and problem we had along the way. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I have had two friends buy back here and told them to request Kai as the site supervisor. I have spoken to all my new neighbors and those who had him said the same things. Our salesperson was Greg. He helped us design our dream home and keep it within our budget. Mehyar was our post build problem solver. He has an eye for issues like no one I’ve ever seen. The whole team was great to work with from start to finish! Our only issues would be with drywall and paint crews and their lack of attention to detail and cleanup!

I had very little communication throughout the build. Had to follow up on outstanding items multiple times. Painting is not the best. Lots of touch up needed. Birds in the external vents. Vents should have been cohesive with the other townhomes. Had to provide my own screening to keep birds out. Overall, I like my home, but having to reach out 3 and 4 times to get small things cared for was frustrating.

As I was told by one of the Drees reps " anyplace where corners can be cut as far as materials, Dees will always take the least costly route". This is evident in the plumbing structure where cheap plastic tubing is used instead of copper pipe, window sills are no longer standard and interior framing, drywall installation and finishing work were sub-standard. I will say that the Project Manager was quick to resolve issues when we pointed tham out to him.
