For several months after we moved in the adjacent house was under construction by Drees. Scaffolding and materials were placed on our property and in our driveway without asking our permission. On at least a half dozen occasions I picked up a number of nails from our driveway as well as stones and other debris. Drees literature states that lots are properly graded to deal with runoff… NOT true! Our neighboring lot slopes into ours and there is a flat area where water collects and does not drain as the underlying soil is clay. I spoke with several Drees managers with zero success in having this corrected. Finally, a work order to have some “clean-up” done on our side yard remains open… I have contacted the construction manager several times with no response. ... More

DRESS customer support doesn’t stop once you pay for the house and move in. Really impressed with how concerned DRESS is with my overall satisfaction now that I’m living in the house. My wife and I are so happy we bought a DRESS home.

Overall a great experience buying a home Drees. Just make sure you double-check what your monthly payments will be, including HOA fees.

My wife so loves the big kitchen, the floor used high quality materials and without squeezing noise, it has a lot of big windows which brings in brighter light and look thru windows with better viewing.

Mike was responsive to concerns. The deck as sublet and of lower quality and the reason for the overall 4 stars. I noted that on my prior review but no one contacted us.

The quality of the construction of my new home surpassed my expectations. From the beginning of the process everything was smooth and in order, towards the end the responsiveness to questions slacked off. Overall I am impressed with Dree's.

Everyone I worked with were very welcoming, kind, professional, and intentional. Anything I wanted or needed to know about was clearly explained. Though the process of buying a home/condo is lengthy and overwhelming in general, the people I worked with were always available for help.

My wife and I sold our "family" home as we didn't need (or want) the square footage, acre lot and built in pool to deal with since all children have been gone for several years. We timed that sale correctly and found a development by Drees which included condos and patio homes which were perfect for our new needs and lifestyle. Was a previous Drees homeowner more than 25 years ago so was familiar with their quality and support. This purchase was same as previous-- handled very well personally and professionally. Would highly recommend Drees to anyone searching for a builder.

We purchased a Drees market home, and we love it. The quality is exceptional. The floor plan is well thought out. Drees made the whole process easy.

We had looked at a lot of existing houses before deciding to build a house. We looked at multiple developments by many builders before choosing Drees. We dealt with Melanie and she was great through the whole process. Builder Mike kept us informed weekly with email updates and pictures. This was important since we were staying in Florida during the build. The weather was mild this winter so the completion date was ahead of schedule. After we moved in we met Matt the warranty specialists. We had a couple minor issues and he was Johnny on the spot in correcting them. We'd like to give Melanie. We purchased a market home from Drees and the sales process as well as the walk through process were great! We have purchased several new homes and they are probably one of the best for following up and very little in regards to issues.

Sales manager, Debra, was very good, helpful in many ways.

Doug was always on site and kept me informed during the whole process. Was there for the walk-thru to answer any question and when he or I couldn’t set up the keypad for the garage door, got the installer down the next day. He knows his stuff and is always available to answer your questions.

Debra was great and answered all our questions during the purchase process. Really felt that she was working to insure we were getting what we wanted. During the build Mike was always available and communicated weekly. He addressed any issues the best he could within Drees guidelines. I feel Drees could have fine tuned the selection process and added a couple additional options.

We relocated to Ohio and had 7 days to find a home, while visiting here. Drees had several homes we really liked and the last one we toured was the one, we knew right away! The home is beautiful with modern styling. Our interaction with all the Drees team members was fantastic, can’t say enough how stress free and easy the process was!! And since moving in, our builder has been over several times to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Drees to anyone looking for a home!!

Enjoyed the experience of building a home with Drees (this is the 6th home we have built). Very good floor plans and Drees was flexible to some changes we requested. Design center is up to date with current trends and made the selection process easy to see the complete home style at once. Building experience and follow-up with everyone was exceptional! Couldn't be happier to finally be in our dream home...every day feels like we are on vacation!

All of the people we worked with were very good, professional and responsive to us. David, in sales, and Michael, the construction supervisor, were excellent. The house turned out beautiful and completed timely. There was no pressure in the buying process or selection of items. Their showroom is great.

The purchase of the home was good. Drees needs better quality review in the building process. They should listen to their Builders, when they have problems with the contractors. Need better contractors to do better workmanship
