It was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful in providing information and getting on calls to resolve any concerns. We customized quite a bit and the builder was very open to making those changes. By the time we moved in, we got everything we wanted and more. The quality of the materials was great and have no major issues. This was definitely a great buy and Thank you to the entire team for making this experience the best one.

He was extremely knowledgeable, and he was very diligent and attentive to the details of building a high quality home. The entire process with Drees was very seamless. Chuck was invaluable helping us get started and working on our selections. Franklin did a phenomenal job building for us. Everything was on time and we finished earlier than we thought. Drees even fixed some things for us that we felt like should have been included that weren't. Overall a great experience. Working with MJ and Jonathan throughout this process was my most treasured experience! With the most amazing Realtor (Gerald) I did not imagine that I would too receive such a great team from the builder! Well I did and they were thoroughly impressive, responsive, respectful and knowledgeable!!!! This was the smoothest home buying process all around, to include my lender (SECU)!! They all brought my vision to life!!! Well done!

The Drees team provides great customer service and are organized. I was nervous about a new build but they provided quality work and were quick to answer any questions.

With me being a realtor I have experienced a lot in the real estate world. I must say the entire team has been amazing with all the important things that matter. All houses sometime have issues regardless of the builder. However I had a major issue to happen but everyone got on top of the situation very quickly and repaired everything. I did not even have to call the warranty company to deal with third parties. The entire team did everything and very quickly. This meant everything to me because some builders do not make any repairs once things happen. Also they went above and beyond to also give me a 60 day follow up which is not normal in the new construction world. Buying a Drees home in Belmont has been a great experience with a new home. The responsiveness of Joe, James and Ryan has been excellent. There are always things that require attention, but James and Ryan were very helpful to get the little things sorted out. As this being my first new house I feel this house, with all the amenities is our dream home and we plan to be here forever.

overall great experience. the team kept us very informed the entire way! good quality builder. only a few suggestions. water quality in wells should be livable which ours was not. we immediately had to invest in a filtration system.
