Building with Drees was a great decision. Drees has a process in place that helps the homeowner navigate the entire build. Michele in sales kicked it off and got us started. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The design center to choose all our materials was a good experience. The Construction Manager, Fred, was the very best. He communicated with us the entire time. We got weekly calls with updates. He answered all of our questions and resolved any issues that came up. Fred is a true professional. I was very pleased with the buying process and getting to the final move in date. It was my first time building so a whole different situation for me. They mapped out everything that was happening. The website they have for you to look at all your progress and document was very helpful and good reference. Was able to move in a little earlier than first expected. My specific builder was great and so helpful.

Michele and Derick answered all our questions and concerns we had from the day of signing until we took possession. Michele gave us peace of mind and helped us understand the transition from building until the day we received the keys. Derick was hands on. The weekly updates are fantastic. He kept us informed on the progress and was completely knowledgeable concerning timelines on the mid-build review. He assisted on the very few problems we had after taking possession. Both are consummate professionals!

This home appears to be much better built. I am unable to hear traffic, birds, and other sounds that are coming from outside. Heating appears to be a lot more efficient as well. Our experience from Day 1 with Drees has been phenomenal in every way. The best way to describe the relationship is analogous to Chik Fil A. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and always was helpful in this journey to build our dream home. Drees was upfront about the process and pricing so we could make a wise decision to move forward with building. The design selection meetings were a perfect timeframe so we weren't overwhelmed or tired. Selections were great, and very reasonable compared to another builder that priced us out of building. It was great working with Ed during the home construction. I happened to get regular updates on the ongoing and upcoming construction. Always been available to assist as needed for my questions and provided solutions as requested for my requests. In overall working experience with Ed was exceptionally great.

Was easy. Wish the paint in the home was better quality and weI had a place to put a bathroom in the basement but other than that we are satisfied.

The team that got me in here was excellent. They worked so hard to make sure I could get in according to the timeframe that works for me. Not one element of quality was sacrificed. One of the small concerns I’ve had has been addressed immediately. I couldn’t be more happy. The reason why you did not get a five on quality and workmanship was because the cabinets that you sell with these half million dollar houses are junk. And the light fixture to sell cost $120 at Lowe’s. I think that’s shameful. Otherwise I can’t complain about anything here.
