Drees provides a product that is low in quality, but high in price. They mislead you every step of the way just to get your money and make promises that they do not follow through on. Their customer service lacks luster as does their upper management. Customer concerns and complaints are not taken care of and you are left to deal with it. If you complain, watch out for retaliation. Two days after we closed, ironically our sewer drain backed up into our basement from a bunch of paper towels that were shoved down it.
