I recently had the pleasure of working with Lori at Drees Homes for my new home, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The craftsmanship of the home is impressive. The attention to detail in the finishes and the overall construction quality exceeded my expectations. They use high-quality materials, which I appreciate, as it adds to the longevity of my home. One of the standout aspects of working with Drees Homes was their communication. The project manager was always available to answer my questions and provide updates. I never felt left in the dark about the progress of my build. The project was completed on time, which is often a concern with home builders. They provided a clear timeline at the beginning, and they stuck to it, which was a relief. The team was friendly and professional. Lori listened to my ideas and incorporated them into the design, making me feel like a valued part of the process. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly. While Drees Homes is not the cheapest option out there, I believe the quality and service provided justify the investment. I feel confident that I received good value for my money. Moving was very smooth and easy. Staffs are very helpful.

This builder is very fair to the purchaser. They will go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience makes you totally satisfied. They go that extra mile to give you what you ask them for. If there is a problem with anything, they attempt to take care of it. This purchase was a semi-custom home, but the flexibility that they offer makes it feel like a custom home. The overall quality of the finished product is excellent and so far, if there has been a call-back issue with something, they have fixed it in a timely fashion.

Great experience from start to finish! I was looking to downsize and new build in a nice area, with very little time to finalize. Kelly and Andy made the whole process simple, stress-free and fun!

Building with Drees was a pleasant experiences, from the financial aspect to construction. We looked at multiple builders, and Drees seemed to be the best choice got quality and customer service. Also, the team has been responsive to maintenance requests. I highly recommend to other buyers.

From first introduction, exploring options, picking the perfect location to build, selecting a home to build that met our needs, selecting options and throughout the entire building process..,,we cannot say enough about all of the staff!! Everyone was very knowledgeable, thorough and hands on helpful to make this a stress free experience. We only chose to leave our first build Drees home to downsize, We’ll quality build!!!

For the most part, it was a great experience.

Overall the experience has been Great. Saul and Joanne did an amazing job upfront during the purchase and moving in. The care team of Anita and Tierra have been responsive to all my needs. While the service has been great Saul has gone above and beyond in making sure things go well and even tho Joanne was in sales she continued to support after. Highly pleased.

We’ve been in our house for a few months and are enjoying it immensely! They allowed us to customize our house to make it truly our home. There have been a few issues along the way but the Drees team has been very responsive in working towards solutions. I would build with Drees again.

All of the Drees people were professional, well prepared to answer any and all questions or concerns, and rapidly responded to any concern. I am totally happy and impressed with this build and resulting property we now call home.

Treamore is a niche neighborhood, proximity, good schools. Would be wonderful & complete if DREES can carve out space for a play area & tennis/basketball courts.

Our Sales Lady Melanie was a pro’s pro with us the entire way. Nate & Evan our builders had excellent communication and extremely responsive to ALL matters! It was a wonderful experience for us.

Our purchase and construction of our new Drees home has been great! The process was clear and outlined in an online website for all construction updates. Our process of finalizing and approving any end of construction details were addressed and resolved professionally by our Drees builder and sales rep!

Overall a good experience with Drees. Greg and Patrick were very professional and helpful in building our home.

We love our Drees home. This is our first experience building a house as we as have bought used in the past. We wanted a certain style and top quality construction and they delivered. Their attention to detail and energy efficiency is amazing. Every step of the process the teams were amazing.

Easy and simple experience when looking into and purchasing a Drees home

All in all, the building process was great. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with the builder and review building process unhindered which was great. The quality of the materials used was good and reputable Brands. The one thing I was disappointed in was the Quality of Craftmanship during the building process. A lot of mistakes and do overs that could have been avoided if there was a full-time superintendent during building process to review drawings and related structure to be sure work crew understood (in Spanish) the trade activities for the day. This would have prevented poor workmanship and mistakes in structure. Then as home progress into the finishing stages the placement of protective care over permeant fixtures, moldings, flooring, doors, cabinets, hardware to prevent damage and replacement of these items upon completion of home prior to final walk-through inspection. There were several times during the building process had I not been able to come on a day to day bases certain items would have been completed and then either modified (if possible) or tore up to be corrected; due to lack of communication and understanding of appropriate tasked trade. There were some trades that were very good at their skill; but these were few. Would I build again with Drees----YES; they provide a quality appealing home astatically outside as well as inside. Drees exterior options and interior options provide the breadth and depth and flexibility of injecting custom items and changes outside and inside that personalize the home to us. thanks ... More
