Easy and simple experience when looking into and purchasing a Drees home

overall very good job. had a few issues with the garage doors but they are working on them

overall great experience. the team kept us very informed the entire way! good quality builder. only a few suggestions. water quality in wells should be livable which ours was not. we immediately had to invest in a filtration system.

I loved working with Drees, everyone was fantastic. They are a premium priced builder, which is hard with rates at they are in 2023. It feels justified!

Overall, everyone was wonderful. Our builder was what made this experience great. He was professional and handled all of our questions. Everytime something needed resolved, it was. I would recommend Drees, Seth, and the Drees team to all of my friends!

Derrick was very knowlegable , helpful. He took care of all problems. He was friendly.

I don't regret choosing Drees. My home was build in 4 months and delivered ahead of the schedule with high quality workmanship. Each detail was neat, well done and specious. My PM was kind knowledgeable and thoughtful compared to other competitors we visited who seem to mass produce homes and careless about the customer and thier experience. Great job.

Overall a great experience buying a home Drees. Just make sure you double-check what your monthly payments will be, including HOA fees.

Our experience with dress, Jeff and Kenton specifically, was amazing. Jeff kept a us up to date every step of the way. His knowledge and experience shined! Jeff never hesitates to answer our questions; even after we have moved it! Would not hesitate to work with Jeff and Kenton again.

My wife and I spent 2 years looking at various builders and communities in NE Ohio and are very happy we went with Drees. The communications between our salesperson, design center consultant was quick as any issues came up. We looked at small custom builders as well as the very large national names. Drees is a good hybrid of both. They had more customization options than any of the national names and were also willing to work with you on options that were non-standard. The quality of the materials and available options were more than adequate. They broke ground in December, and we moved in the following April. There were no delay issues and work moved along very quick. There were some minor issues that were annoying but the speed at which they responded to correct was excellent. We lived an hour and a half away and weren't not able to be onsite as often as we wanted (or needed). This probably would have prevented some of the minor issues from happening but overall, we feel we made the right decision in choosing Drees. ... More

Great home in a great neighborhood.

We loved our experience building with Drees! They were kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs through all parts of the process. We are overall very happy with our home. After we moved in, we have had a few kinks that have needed to be worked out that we did not expect in a new home.

My husband and I built our Drees home with such ease. We were building from out of state and the process went smoothly. When issues were brought to our attention , they were quickly resolved. Our home is beautiful and Drees went above and beyond to make our house even more custom. Even after our final walkthrough, there were some items that still needed to be taken care of and are currently being handled after closing, they have been in constant touch and make their buyers feel heard. We appreciate buying a Drees home!

Overall our experience with Drees was great, from sales to design and the actual build no matter how small our question was it was answered timely. The only suggested area for improvement was around financing and the interest rate lock. We were originally told we could lock the rate after we completed the design phase then it changed to once the foundation was poured (a couple months later). A reminder from Drees to lock the rate once the foundation was in would have been helpful. We didn’t act immediately and with the crazy market our interest rate was significantly higher than when we met originally. ... More

Takes long time to take care issues

So many times, you hear of all the nightmares with building a new house. Our process couldn't have gone smoother. Greg, our Market Manager and Keith, our builder, were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, caring and respected everything we needed and wanted in our home. We were given weekly updates and always got responses within hours when we reached out with a question or concern. I would highly recommend Drees to anyone looking to build.

The entire process from visiting models through option and feature selection, all the way to final walk through and move in has been well planned and executed. The entire Drees team has been very responsive and supportive.

From our sales experience through the build process, communication was excellent. When we had our walk through, the final build - especially fit and finish- our home exceeded our expectations!

Our home was clean and move in ready when we actually moved in. All items that were on our walk through were completed before we moved in. Others that we saw afterwards were completed as well in a timely manner. Our builder was available before we closed and afterwards, we have a number to call for customer service that was very responsive as well.

Mike, our Project Manager, is fantastic! He was honest, helpful and kept us informed every step of the way!

I would rate my overall experience with Drees as a 10. The reason for this rating is due to the professionalism, openness and genuine experience I have/had with everyone I have come in contact with. As a homeowner purchasing your first home and building it from the ground up, can be overwhelming on all fronts. As a builder, Drees truly made it less daunting and provide experience, knowledge and wisdom to overcome some issues and ensure we stayed on target for closing. The reason for the two four stars is due to follow through and details. As one who is detail orient it is hard to overlook some of the simple details that went undone and had to be redone or fixed. One might say that is a reflection on Drees because of the contractors they use, but I say it is the contractor as well. Drees could hire the best contractors out there, but they can't control who the contractor sends into your home (mine you they are not just contracted to your home especially when they are new builds) to do the work. They have been very attentive about making sure they come back out and make the corrections. With that, value is based on quality and workmanship. I love my Drees homes. We fell in love with the floor plan options, style and modern feel of Drees Homes. We felt the quality, plus the Customization and design options, filled our desire to building a home.
