Cameron was very communicative. I received a weekly update on what had been done and what was going to be worked on the next week. Very pleased with the quality of the house.

We looked at multiple builders in our area, and Drees clearly delivered the highest value. Our sales rep was attentive and informative. The design center is fantastic, and our designer greatly helped in the decision-making process. Our builder was on top of organizing multiple work crews and quickly handled most concerns that we raised. We've had some minor issues in the house completion, but all-in-all a very positive experience.

The team that got me in here was excellent. They worked so hard to make sure I could get in according to the timeframe that works for me. Not one element of quality was sacrificed. One of the small concerns I’ve had has been addressed immediately. I couldn’t be more happy. The reason why you did not get a five on quality and workmanship was because the cabinets that you sell with these half million dollar houses are junk. And the light fixture to sell cost $120 at Lowe’s. I think that’s shameful. Otherwise I can’t complain about anything here.

Peyton has been fantastic during our building process. He has been responsive and always so kind and patient. He has been great to work with and we would highly recommend him. Our biggest disappointment has nothing to do with Peyton but has been the state of the neighborhood entrance which we understand to be the developer responsibility. Regardless, it is terrible and not a first impressive you would like in a million-dollar neighborhood. The monument has no lighting and the entrance has absolutely no lighting. The roadway leading to the neighborhood by the pond of "Wyncliffe Pond" is terrible and has had fallen dead trees there from the beginning. We had initially thought it would all be resolved but all of these issues have remained for months. Very disappointing and very sad first impression to a Drees Neighborhood. ... More

The process end to end was great. Great communication, design selections, and updates. Anytime I had a question/concern, our builder responded and we could walk though the topics.

Overall, our experience with Drees was great. The build came in on budget and sooner than expected. Follow up service has been superb. Our only issue was with the initial salesperson- communication was excellent until the contract was signed at which time communication became difficult.

Overall happy with our experience. The Market manager was very responsive. Design center rep also very helpful. Overall quality is good; however, baseboards are made from particle board type material - already chipping after 2 months. We’re not happy with microwave/oven combo. The power level of the microwave is too low and controls take too many touches to accomplish a quick warm. Since the controls are shared, the oven is cumbersome to use too. Be sure to try out the design center appliances to ensure you like them. Having some electrical issues but Drees has been quick to help. Even with the above issues, I would give 4.5 stars. ... More

Moving was very smooth and easy. Staffs are very helpful.

This builder is very fair to the purchaser. They will go out of their way to make sure that your buying experience makes you totally satisfied. They go that extra mile to give you what you ask them for. If there is a problem with anything, they attempt to take care of it. This purchase was a semi-custom home, but the flexibility that they offer makes it feel like a custom home. The overall quality of the finished product is excellent and so far, if there has been a call-back issue with something, they have fixed it in a timely fashion.

Great experience from start to finish! I was looking to downsize and new build in a nice area, with very little time to finalize. Kelly and Andy made the whole process simple, stress-free and fun!

From first introduction, exploring options, picking the perfect location to build, selecting a home to build that met our needs, selecting options and throughout the entire building process..,,we cannot say enough about all of the staff!! Everyone was very knowledgeable, thorough and hands on helpful to make this a stress free experience. We only chose to leave our first build Drees home to downsize, We’ll quality build!!!

For the most part, it was a great experience.

Overall the experience has been Great. Saul and Joanne did an amazing job upfront during the purchase and moving in. The care team of Anita and Tierra have been responsive to all my needs. While the service has been great Saul has gone above and beyond in making sure things go well and even tho Joanne was in sales she continued to support after. Highly pleased.

We’ve been in our house for a few months and are enjoying it immensely! They allowed us to customize our house to make it truly our home. There have been a few issues along the way but the Drees team has been very responsive in working towards solutions. I would build with Drees again.

All of the Drees people were professional, well prepared to answer any and all questions or concerns, and rapidly responded to any concern. I am totally happy and impressed with this build and resulting property we now call home.

Treamore is a niche neighborhood, proximity, good schools. Would be wonderful & complete if DREES can carve out space for a play area & tennis/basketball courts.

My wife is disabled. Drees builders could not have been more attentive to my wife’s disability. They were constantly in contact with us to make sure that the building process was accommodating her needs. We would recommend Drees builders to anyone that is considering building a home

Everyone on my Drees Home building team was Great. I was treated very well. The craftsmanship of my Home was second to none. The quality of materials used from my selections are excellent..

Our Sales Lady Melanie was a pro’s pro with us the entire way. Nate & Evan our builders had excellent communication and extremely responsive to ALL matters! It was a wonderful experience for us.

Both of our build project managers were very engaged and easy to work with!
