The open floor plan is very good, comfortable, practical and modern. I loved that I could choose the colors, flooring and the kitchen cabinets package. The selling team was great, very professional and always responded in timely manner if I had any questions. The two months check was done professionally on time and the issues were fixed fast. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Drees to others.. Thank you!

Overall, 4.5 stars. We were very lucky to have an incredible Market Manager, Designer, and Builder. Best in the business! Upper management for Drees falls short of listening to their team and understanding the real issues in the field and the customers concerns.

With any new home construction, we had small issues. And, we have had some very minor after close issues. The people at Drees from the on site manager to the warranty people have been there for us every step of the way.

For what we spent on our new house, it's really good. Some inconsistent communication btw original sales person, building sup, new sales person...

We love harmony bluffs we have a beautiful view of the lake and wild life.

Everyone on my Drees Home building team was Great. I was treated very well. The craftsmanship of my Home was second to none. The quality of materials used from my selections are excellent..

All in all, the building process was great. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with the builder and review building process unhindered which was great. The quality of the materials used was good and reputable Brands. The one thing I was disappointed in was the Quality of Craftmanship during the building process. A lot of mistakes and do overs that could have been avoided if there was a full-time superintendent during building process to review drawings and related structure to be sure work crew understood (in Spanish) the trade activities for the day. This would have prevented poor workmanship and mistakes in structure. Then as home progress into the finishing stages the placement of protective care over permeant fixtures, moldings, flooring, doors, cabinets, hardware to prevent damage and replacement of these items upon completion of home prior to final walk-through inspection. There were several times during the building process had I not been able to come on a day to day bases certain items would have been completed and then either modified (if possible) or tore up to be corrected; due to lack of communication and understanding of appropriate tasked trade. There were some trades that were very good at their skill; but these were few. Would I build again with Drees----YES; they provide a quality appealing home astatically outside as well as inside. Had a good journey through out the build process

Overall, the home buying process was great. The Market Manager was very helpful and insightful. The Building Manager was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship should be reviewed during the home building process in a more frequent way.

All of the people we worked with were very good, professional and responsive to us. David, in sales, and Michael, the construction supervisor, were excellent. The house turned out beautiful and completed timely. There was no pressure in the buying process or selection of items. Their showroom is great.

We had a great sales person: Suzanne was wonderful with changes we wanted and always pleasant and tesponsive. We had a wonderful general contractor/superintendent, Michael Carroll. He was very responsive to any questions or changes needed. Unfortunately, he was brought in after work was already being performed. Mike had to troubleshoot the problems. He was wonderful and positive anytime we worked with Mike. However some of the workmanship is not quality work. It takes 5 min to get hot water to our kitchen faucet, with very low water pressure as well. We also have a large crack in our ceiling that was repaired before we moved in. You could tell where the ceiling was patched. Now the crack is back after 2 months and part of ceiling coming down. We are reaching out to get this resolved, but feel there is a structural issue. Our experience with Drees Homes was great! Zen was our builder and he did a fantastic job as our project manager. There were things that were not addressed in our final walk-through, finishes that were not exactly to our liking, but overall our experience with this group was positive. This was our first time buying a house, so this gave us insight into what we will need to do for next time!

Drees Homes did a great job building our home. With supply chain shortages they explored every option to get our house built in teh time that was promised and at teh price we were told. Debbie and Kris were great to work with and I highly recommend building with Drees.

Drees home are beautiful and spacious! This is my second one and I would build with them again!

Everything has been good except slow taking care of a few problems

Peyton has been fantastic during our building process. He has been responsive and always so kind and patient. He has been great to work with and we would highly recommend him. Our biggest disappointment has nothing to do with Peyton but has been the state of the neighborhood entrance which we understand to be the developer responsibility. Regardless, it is terrible and not a first impressive you would like in a million-dollar neighborhood. The monument has no lighting and the entrance has absolutely no lighting. The roadway leading to the neighborhood by the pond of "Wyncliffe Pond" is terrible and has had fallen dead trees there from the beginning. We had initially thought it would all be resolved but all of these issues have remained for months. Very disappointing and very sad first impression to a Drees Neighborhood. ... More

Overall we are pleased with our new build by Drees. The process to purchase and responsiveness have been helpful especially as first time homeowners!

Outstanding job - great attention to detail.

The sales agent was very good and responsive to my requests.

Purchasing a home through Drees, was a Very Good Experience. The person that made the difference for us was Kenton. We went through a lot & he was there with us all the way. We went through several companies, and not once did he abandon us. God Blessed us with Kenton. You Need More People Like Kenton, that Really Looks out for the Customer.

Very quick to respond and fix issues

Lawn maintenance was not good as need to reseed the backyard lawn within one month after moving in. There are medium size rocks and two very big sized rocks in the backyard.

Wish they would have paid a little more attention to detail . Especially for the coast . But overall I’m happy .

I am concerned about drop off from porch to patio which is dangerous but manager tells me it is up to code also no handrail by existing step that was untreated also dangerous

I have so much love for our new home but there are things. That the builder did or missed that now that I’m living in the home just make me feel the value for every dollar spent is not equal. The paint quality absolutely stinks I’ve only been in the home 2 months and it’s terrible everywhere. If you have kids it’s going to suck. So I’m aware that after drywall touch up I’m stuck paying to repaint with better paint. The electrical work is absolutely terrible I’m finishing a room downstairs myself as I have the skill set and I work in electrical utility. They literally rammed all the electrical circuits through a single knock out in the panel and no organizing of the wires at all. When my home failed the framing inspection the electricians pulled the wires back out of the Joist and upon returning the wires they just tacked them up to the underside of the joist. Just terrible workmanship. This is just a few of the things that I don’t feel I got the value for the money I spent.
