Honest caring folks they build us a beautiful home

Overall, the home buying process was great. The Market Manager was very helpful and insightful. The Building Manager was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship should be reviewed during the home building process in a more frequent way.

Overall, everyone was wonderful. Our builder was what made this experience great. He was professional and handled all of our questions. Everytime something needed resolved, it was. I would recommend Drees, Seth, and the Drees team to all of my friends!

The sales agent was very good and responsive to my requests.

Derrick was very knowlegable , helpful. He took care of all problems. He was friendly.

Purchasing a home through Drees, was a Very Good Experience. The person that made the difference for us was Kenton. We went through a lot & he was there with us all the way. We went through several companies, and not once did he abandon us. God Blessed us with Kenton. You Need More People Like Kenton, that Really Looks out for the Customer.

I don't regret choosing Drees. My home was build in 4 months and delivered ahead of the schedule with high quality workmanship. Each detail was neat, well done and specious. My PM was kind knowledgeable and thoughtful compared to other competitors we visited who seem to mass produce homes and careless about the customer and thier experience. Great job.

Debra was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the process so easy. Once I had signed my contract, the builder sent me weekly updates on the progress of my home build. These updates were extremely important to me since I was living in California at the time. Upon closing, Joe was instrumental in making sure the home was up to standard and in tiptop shape. A great team and a great experience. I highly recommend Drees Homes.

Overall a great experience buying a home Drees. Just make sure you double-check what your monthly payments will be, including HOA fees.

Buying a Drees home in Belmont has been a great experience with a new home. The responsiveness of Joe, James and Ryan has been excellent. There are always things that require attention, but James and Ryan were very helpful to get the little things sorted out. As this being my first new house I feel this house, with all the amenities is our dream home and we plan to be here forever.

Our experience with dress, Jeff and Kenton specifically, was amazing. Jeff kept a us up to date every step of the way. His knowledge and experience shined! Jeff never hesitates to answer our questions; even after we have moved it! Would not hesitate to work with Jeff and Kenton again.

My wife and I spent 2 years looking at various builders and communities in NE Ohio and are very happy we went with Drees. The communications between our salesperson, design center consultant was quick as any issues came up. We looked at small custom builders as well as the very large national names. Drees is a good hybrid of both. They had more customization options than any of the national names and were also willing to work with you on options that were non-standard. The quality of the materials and available options were more than adequate. They broke ground in December, and we moved in the following April. There were no delay issues and work moved along very quick. There were some minor issues that were annoying but the speed at which they responded to correct was excellent. We lived an hour and a half away and weren't not able to be onsite as often as we wanted (or needed). This probably would have prevented some of the minor issues from happening but overall, we feel we made the right decision in choosing Drees. ... More

The Drees Sales and Builder team was phenomenal! The best home buying experience I’ve ever had!

Buying a new home can be stressful but the Drees team did an amazing job accommodating my families tight timeline to finish the house and close on the target date. Sean and Ray did great with weekly call updates and have continued to check-in on us after the close date. Super responsive with any issues.

Compared to other builders I have dealt with Drees was amazing. Would absolutely do it again if Drees was my builder. From their sales man to the weekly build updates, they were top notch.

We purchased a market home from Drees and the sales process as well as the walk through process were great! We have purchased several new homes and they are probably one of the best for following up and very little in regards to issues.

Great home in a great neighborhood.

Enjoyed the experience of building a home with Drees (this is the 6th home we have built). Very good floor plans and Drees was flexible to some changes we requested. Design center is up to date with current trends and made the selection process easy to see the complete home style at once. Building experience and follow-up with everyone was exceptional! Couldn't be happier to finally be in our dream home...every day feels like we are on vacation!

All of the people we worked with were very good, professional and responsive to us. David, in sales, and Michael, the construction supervisor, were excellent. The house turned out beautiful and completed timely. There was no pressure in the buying process or selection of items. Their showroom is great.

We loved our experience building with Drees! They were kind, helpful, and responsive to our needs through all parts of the process. We are overall very happy with our home. After we moved in, we have had a few kinks that have needed to be worked out that we did not expect in a new home.

My husband and I built our Drees home with such ease. We were building from out of state and the process went smoothly. When issues were brought to our attention , they were quickly resolved. Our home is beautiful and Drees went above and beyond to make our house even more custom. Even after our final walkthrough, there were some items that still needed to be taken care of and are currently being handled after closing, they have been in constant touch and make their buyers feel heard. We appreciate buying a Drees home!

We had a great overall experience with Drees. Mary Jo and builder, we're very responsive to our questions and concerns and provided great feedback to us.

We had a great sales person: Suzanne was wonderful with changes we wanted and always pleasant and tesponsive. We had a wonderful general contractor/superintendent, Michael Carroll. He was very responsive to any questions or changes needed. Unfortunately, he was brought in after work was already being performed. Mike had to troubleshoot the problems. He was wonderful and positive anytime we worked with Mike. However some of the workmanship is not quality work. It takes 5 min to get hot water to our kitchen faucet, with very low water pressure as well. We also have a large crack in our ceiling that was repaired before we moved in. You could tell where the ceiling was patched. Now the crack is back after 2 months and part of ceiling coming down. We are reaching out to get this resolved, but feel there is a structural issue. The white caulk with green siding looks terrible, not done very professionally. ... More
